As someone who has moved around a LOT in the last few years (military family) and tried out a LOT of different gyms, the Sweatdreams community is like nowhere else I’ve experienced! The energy is amazing, the support is unmatched, the gains are next level, and my confidence and mental health are through the roof! I never thought I would be excited to wake up at 6am for a workout but I can honestly say it’s the best part of my day. So so grateful for not only the challenges of the class but also for every person in there. They all genuinely want to see you win 🫶🏼 Thank you, Sweatdreams!

Mike could easily be a very successful DJ if he wanted to! He has the personality, the energy, and the playlists. Fortunately for us at Sweatdreams, he is our trainer.

Not only is he giving his energy to the classes, he's also designing the exercises. The workouts are tailored to keep you on your toes, yet still allow you to see progress. The workouts are similar to those you'd see in a crossfit gym but with more intention. You're not doing a 40min burpee AMRAP or performing an olympic lift without guidance. It's easy to think the workouts are random, but they are more curated than you think.

Each workout is explained every session with helpful cues, even for the experienced. Haven't nailed the movement yet? No worries, everything can be scaled back by reps/weight or an alternate exercise.

The workouts themselves are awesome. The community is better. Both are the way they are thanks to Mike. Doesn't matter where you're starting you will see an improvement!

Been going here 2 yrs with my wife and we've met plenty of sweatdreamers. Have met multiple people who regularly drive 30-40 min to get there. Fortunately we can walk there but I understand why people make the drive.

I’ve been going to SweatDreams for two months now. I had been going to OrangeTheory, but got tired of the repetitive nature and lack of community. SweatDreams has become my second home, and has fully transformed my view of fitness and health. The community is incredibly welcoming and the workouts are challenging but fun!

As a person who is physically larger than average, I was a bit worried with how I’d be accepted in a gym like this. Everyone has been nothing but kind and welcoming. I truly feel loved and valued here. The coaches focus on form, but also know when to push you. Mike has helped me a lot with nutrition as well. SweatDreams is the best and you won’t regret checking it out!!

Just show up! That’s how simple they make getting your fitness goals back on track. The entire crew and other members are all extremely motivating and supportive. If you keep showing up you’ll see results- without the headache of planning all your works. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Give it a shot, you’ll be addicted.

Sweat Dreams in Oceanside has been my go-to for strength training and conditioning classes! Michael is a skilled and motivating instructor who provides a great workout for getting stronger. My husband and I have been coming to the this gym for almost two years and we love it! The community, the workouts, the accountability is unlike any other gym. Michael always hits the spot with his energy and music. We love it so much, but are unfortunately moving this summer, this raises the concern…how are we going to find another SweatDreams? I’m a huge fan of group fitness, and this gym has such an incredible vibe. The people here are amazing—the community is the best!

The workouts are high-intensity and super effective, but what I love most is how adaptable they are. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can tailor the exercises to fit your needs and still get a killer workout.

I have been going to SweatDreams for about a year now, and I have to say it is the best gym I have ever been to. I have tried everything from Spin classes to Pilates and never felt like I was getting the results I was looking for, or at least I would for a little bit and then feel like I would plateau. I knew how I wanted to feel and look but never knew exactly how to get there, until I found SweatDreams. The overall atmosphere, training, and trainers are seriously next level. I have never been a “go to the gym” guy, I’ve just stuck to my same routines at home to stay in shape. A friend recommended SweatDreams after asking her where her transformation was coming from. I went a couple times here and there, got used to the workout style, and now I absolutely love it. Once I decided to be more consistent the results became obvious. My boyfriend and I have been going to this gym for a year. I personally love group fitness and this gym has the best vibe and the best people. I’ve made a ton of local friends and love seeing “my people” in and out of the classes. The workouts totally transformed my body. It’s a high intensity workout but you can tailor it to fit your needs. 10/10 recommend!

Please dont blast your music at 4:30 am. All the houses behind you and the neighbors are upset. One guy had his travelers at his airbnb leave the first day of staying over night. We are all working and do NOT need to be woken up at 4:30 am with thumping bumping music.

Energy. It's the one word that I feel describes this play better than any other. Mike and Heidi bring it every workout. They CRUSH it and bring an unmatched level of pure energy. It’s been over two years now since my introduction to Sweatdreams. When I walked in the door, I couldn’t do anything more than a few push-ups, due to an injury. This class was everything they advertised - fast paced, high energy, and so great! You’ll want to give yourself time to take a few classes before you get into the groove. Former weightlifting / F45 / CrossFit experience helps as a lot of the movements utilize lifts that really can’t be easily taught on the fly. However it’s also super easy to modify so if you don’t know a move or aren’t comfortable the instructors make great recommendations so anyone can take the class.

Parking was a breeze if you get there early. Morning classes get packed fast.

Everyone was so welcoming - from the instructor to fellow participants. Loved the community. No egos, just people who want to sweat and get fit together!
