I took classes from Sweat HB with the instructors Sam Price, Allyssa Mesbah, Holly Brazney, Dan Truzzolino, Sara Muchnij,and Taylor Byrom consistently for 6 months. Every class I've taken was different, which I appreciated since I took classes 3-4 times a week. I was also new to pilates when I first started, so I appreciated how encouraging and supportive the instructors were and how they would come and correct my movements if needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sweat HB. Pilates has helped my strength training, body composition, and getting me back in shape. The only sad part is since I'm moving out of the area, I need to find alternative methods of exercise.

FYI it's on the top floor. You will sweat here for sure! Most challenging Pilates studio I've been to. I like that everyone is spaced out and it feels very spacious. Wish there were mirrors though, they would be helpful.

sweatHB is the best Pilates studio. Each class is carefully structured. All of the instructor's are great and have different techniques. Each client is given encouragement and guidance. I have been a member for several years, I enjoy sweatHB as they continue to add a variety of classes to try and enjoy.

Sweat HB is the best! All teachers are excellent. I took classes with almost all the instructors, and they were all wonderful. They challenge you, help you correct your posture, and ensure you don't get hurt. The space is inviting and super clean. I am always looking forward to my Pilates classes.

One of my favorite places to go in Huntington Beach. Ever single instructor is amazing. Each bringing there unique experiences to each class. Extra help is always given if needed and I have seen ages from 18 to 70+ workout here. All skill levels are welcome and even the customer's are all very friendly. The equipment is key. I enjoy exercising on a real professional Balance Body Reformer and not other cheap glide reformers. I would like to try a Gratz Reformer someday but that's another issue lol. If you are interested in doing pilates in Huntington Beach, Trina Elmore and her Sweat HB is the place to go. Happy to support this amazing local small business.

Love love love Sweat HB. The instructors are awesome and it is like one big family working out together. Classes are well thought out with something for everyone. I've been going since they opened and the changes in my body were seen and felt within a month. Even after 5 years I continue to get stronger because pilates can be built upon no matter your skill level. Highly recommend this studio!

I love this place! The variety of class times gives me plenty of options throughout the week. The instructors are nice, the space is simple and clean, and people are there to exercise and focus on themselves (in a friendly way). The classes are fun and challenging and with consistency I’ve gotten so much stronger.

My interest in Pilates classes took me to this studio. I registered for quite a few sessions and was not disappointed. The registration was simple, the information about classes very detailed and freely given, the instructor (Dan) very knowlegeable and able to tailor exercises to my level of fitness and needs. I can recommend this studio wholeheartedly and will resume my classes upon coming back from long vacation.

I purchased a groupon and then got myself injured before I could use it. I talked to the owner and she worked with me to help me get started once I was released by my doctor to start working out again. Every single class is different and each class is a good challenge. Very well done. I have enjoyed each instructor and their willingness and patience to help keep us all doing things correctly and safely depending on any limitations. I will be back!

Trina runs a fantastic studio! I love working with her one-on-one in pilates, because she really understands what I can (and can't yet) do. She pushes me, but is gentle about it. She's helped me feel great! The instructors she employs for her classes are first-rate, who really know their stuff. There is always a fun, but calming vibe in her studio.

Sweat Hb has a lot to offer which is why I love working out here. I can come and do Pilates or do cardio Pilates which is with the jumpboard or I can do there new class power plate cardio which is an amazing workout. I have been a member for 4 years now and I would not go to any other gym/ Pilates place.

My dad and I were personally trained by Trina for many months. I then joined the group pilates classes and spin classes. It got me into shape! The instructors and the other group members have great personalities. Highly recommend.

Every one I work with at Sweat HB is knowledgeable , friendly, and kind.
I work with Mychelle private train 3 times a week and communicate with Trina
a lots in booking, because I am not good with the system.
They are very patient and kind. Helpful
good people to know and work with.
Mychelle is excellent, very good eyes in correcting your possition and help get rid of the body pain.
I moved to Hawaii, Near the end of my transition, I drove from San Diego to train with Mychelle 3 times
Per week.
They are good, I miss them a lot.

There is no way I can say enough good about this studio and the instructors. It is well run and the instructors are so knowledgeable and caring that each person feels that they are individually Catered to. I would recommend Pilates and Sweat HB for anyone with or without injuries to stay in shape and fit.

So I started taking Pilates at Sweat HB. I have Fibromyalgia and I was told this type of exercise would help tremendously. I started going and was really impressed with the way I felt but better yet was more impressed with the group of women and some men that attend Sweat HB. I have tried out multiple places and didn’t really feel very comfortable. I look forward to going every single day and feel better every day I leave. The staff and the owner are all amazing. Everyone is very friendly And they make everyone feel very comfortable. Being new to this type of exercise and to the place. I was a bit worried but I was hooked after my first session. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try it out. I have already had 2 friends also join me at Sweat HB. The workout is always different and always a full body. The results I have seen have been so awesome and I saw results quickly. Which we all love.

I couldnt love Trina Elmore and her team of highly talented pilates instructors. I miss you all so dearly. I am livibg now in Atlanta and there is zero studios with reformers and the many early am working gal schedules. Its all here for ladies who lunch. The prices are ridiculously high. Zero places with an affordable unlimited program and while the teachers and studios look nice .. none have expereince using the healing art of pilates like your owner. Trina explained all the techniques that helped her with her own torn meniscus on BOTH knees and she helped me way more than my Dr. Gibson an excellent surgeon in Huntington Beach ordered physical therapy treatments. I told Dr. Gibson he needs to get House of Sweat on an insurance paid program so he could really heal his patients like me. My PT with a reputable HB physical therapy company actually caused a new tear when they had me do crab walks
I felt it, dropped to my knees in pain and it was confirmed a new tear. How frustrating... But, thankfully House of Sweat rescued me. The work was steady, well instructed and all instructors were encouraging and supportive. Seriously, I am beyond thankful. Like I said just wish y'all would open a studio for working gals ... okay and maybe guys ... hahahah like me. One day maybe? Trina? Hollywood makes lots of movies here now so maybe????? I can’t say enough about this studio! I walked in most three years ago and have never looked for anything else. I get amazing workouts every time! The owner (local female) has put together a very diverse team who are knowledgeable and good. The community is wonderful - the other members are really nice and helpful too. I feel I’m part of a great group of people.

Working out can be a drag sometimes, but when you get to work out in a studio where you see your friends everyday, the instructors are great and know your name, and the workouts leave you ready to take on the world, the task of working out is fun and easy. I’ve been a member almost since the opening and have never been disappointed. Whether it’s spin, Pilates, Tower Class, or a combination of them all, I’m always assured a great workout. It’s the neighborhood studio, like Cheers!

Sweat HB is the best! They can individually target your workouts with you and help you achieve your goals. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed my experience so much that I had my husband sign up and he loves Pilates now! My level of exercise was zero prior to Sweat HB and I was afteaid of the machine and workout. But it's such a gentle way to tone and maintain strength that even my first day I felt like I could actually do something and feel successful. Trina is a very caring owner and maintains a clean and happy environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sweat HB, even to the least experienced customer.

Great studio. Clean and tidy. Helpful instructors, at a variety of levels, but they'll modify your routine, if you request it. Start with Dan, he's exceptionally patient with those new to Pilates, but they're all helpful. He teaches an intro class on Saturdays that's perfect for the noob (like I was three months ago). I noticed increased strength and flexibility after just the ten sessions from Groupon. I subsequently signed up for 35 more. The equipment is top-notch. Yes, there are some dudes that go there, but we're greatly outnumbered by fit ladies. BTW, I'm 62.

I love Sweat Pilates. I use to say I had favorite instructors until I tried everyone. I love them all. I wish I wasn’t 5 miles inland so I could come more often. I do however make the drive still after trying out 3 studios ( all closer ) before this one when I moved to the area and was shopping around.

Pilates has been amazing both for my physical and mental health, not to mention the abs and strength it’s given me. Started doing private sessions with Sam first and then started jumping into the classes once I felt a little more comfortable with the reformer since this was something new for me. I still see the benefits of doing some private sessions mixed in with the classes, as it gives me more confidence that I’m breathing correctly and using the correct muscles. It’s convenient, reasonably priced, and is a perfect hour of “me” time that everyone needs. I hope to incorporate Pilates into my health routine for as long as possible! If you’re thinking of trying it, take a private session without Sam to get acquainted with the process. She’s my fave and has gotten me in amazing shape. :)

Pilates cured my low back pain and my plantar fasciitis. I had never done Pilates and started with 3 classes. I felt better after the 3rd class so i signed up for a pack of 20. By the end of that pack I was hooked and now I have a monthly membership. The teachers are great and the place is always clean. I highly recommend Sweat HB 👍

I first started taking Pilates classes at Sweat HB back in February 2015 after my physical therapist recommended Pilates to help me get my strength back after a car accident and back surgery. The instructors are very good about asking every new client whether they have any conditions that may require modifications. The owner, Trina, has been in the fitness business for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable. Sweat HB has numerous instructors and classes to choose from - there is a class and an instructor to meet every persons preferences and needs. I highly recommend Sweat HB to anyone who is looking for a Pilates/spin facility.

Hb studio had been a blessing! I started there on a Groupon and have been there for over a year!
I have tried other studios, but this has such a family atmosphere and the really care about their client.
The owner, Trina is always available and asks if we are liking the class schedule. She takes our input and really caters to our needs.
I love the way the instructors Change class difficulty to client needs.
I have been going for over a year, so I may be not advanced then some, but onthrt are more advanced then me. All instructors are aware Pre your level and are always there to modify for every level.
If you are looking for a place To start Pilates, or you are we versed in the art, this is the studio for you! Well, it is for me!

I took a a Wall Tower and Chair class here with Mychelle. I'm a beginner and hate going to the gym because it's intimidating, but everyone was super friendly here. Mychelle made sure I had correct form so I wouldn't hurt myself with my inexperience. I will definitely be coming back! Great workout, great people, great environment.

I initially came to Sweat HB with a Groupon, having not worked out in awhile, & brand new to Pilates. All the teachers welcomed me & were amazing in their instruction & attention to form, maximizing the effectiveness of each exercise with impressive attention to detail & safety. Now in my 50s, I actually look better than I did in my 30s! It's a great community with something here for every body & level of fitness. These fabulous workouts, in a beautiful, clean studio, have lengthened & toned my muscles--I could not be happier with how my body has been transformed. Trina, the owner, has been in fitness for over 20 years; simply put: she is incredibly knowledgable & a real gem...
