What a unique and incredible studio.

I was visiting from LA, where I take fitness classes every day, and visiting Sweatmood twice has been the greatest, most uplifting fitness experience I’ve had in all my years in the fitness world.

The instructors are engaging, uplifting, and genuinely interested in getting to know each person in class. Not only did the teachers check in with me during class, but the other amazing people taking the class were cheering me on and supporting me. I’ve never experienced this before—maybe because I’m used to the LA fitness vibe—but I’m definitely coming back and will never forget this experience. The class was so fun, challenging, engaging, and exciting. I can’t wait to return and get stronger with this team.

Wow. This gym is very high energy. I’m really disappointed I wanted to like it sooo bad. I was not prepared for what I walked into and the owner should really do a better job at letting You know what the vibe is. I was given zero heads up for how loud and overstimulating the classes are. They are literally screaming into a microphone so loud your ears are ringing and the room is tiny so there are just people crammed next to you. I don’t want to give them a bad review but I want to warn others this is not a normal Pilates class this is a VERY intense gym with loud music loud yelling trainers and extreme workouts. If you are easily overstimulated or claustrophobic this is not your place. Holding a plank for 10 min is not beginner level. I was in way over my head and was embarrassed and stuck out like a sore thumb. Beginners just be aware!

The best fitness studio! You will feel supported by the instructors and the other members. They keep you motivated, they encourage you to push yourself but will always give you alternative exercises if needed. The owner is always there to help you if you need anything. I have been a member for almost 3 years and go 3-4 days a week and I never feel like I’m doing the same workout twice.
Also the music and lights make it that much more fun!

LOVED the hot Pilates class with Kari! The energy in the room is incredible and so motivating! It is more of a boot camp/ HIIT style class rather than Pilates just a heads up!

Only amazing things to say about this studio. Kari, the owner makes a fun and upbeat environment for all. She pushes the veterans and helps test the limits for the newbies. I've been taking the new hot Pilates class and it's a great new take on traditional Pilates. You sweat and get your heart rate up. I would highly recommend checking out this boot camp if you're interested in trimming your waistline, getting stronger, or having a great time. Plus, you might make a few friends along the way.

Sweatmood is a great place to workout, get fit and stronger. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off the last 2 years and I've gotten stronger and learned that I can fit.Sweatmood has a positive, supportive atmosphere for all levels of fitness. No better place to be then at sweatmood working out!

I was so nervous to join a gym, but after just one class I was all in. The Sweatmood trainers got me in shape quick, and pushed me beyond anything I thought I was capable of. The classes combine the perfect amount of strength training with weights, and cardio. I gained confidence that I hadn't felt in years. 2 years ago I was brought to Sweatmood Fitness! Middle Aged and unfit.
I have never been an athlete or worked out on a regular basis.
Kari Cinnamon has created a group fitness environment for All levels! The encouragement and support that I have received has made all the difference! I went from a couch potato to being the fittest I have ever been at 52 years old!
If I could say one thing it would be . Don’t wait until your fit, Just start! I am so glad I did and if I could do it , I know you can!!!

A supportive environment where anyone can workout regardless of age or ability. Kari and her trainers take your level of skill and any injuries very seriously and provide a safe modification for all exercises. I’ve worked out at many places and with different trainers and this is by far my favorite place! All the trainers are wonderful and the support by the “team” environment is the icing on the cake!

I've been a member at Sweatmood in Santa Rosa for a couple years now. I'm not a big review writer, but this place----THIS PLACE---is a total game changer! (Can't believe I've not written this sooner!). I've never been one to work out in any consistent or strong way. But the trainers here have a very special spark that ignited an athlete in me! My favorite classes are Hiit training and indoor cycling classes, neither of which I'd ever done before. That's okay, they helped me to learn how, and also to move so I wouldn't injure myself. There's also loads of rockin' tunes in a darkened space which really helps to focus and have fun. I'm prone to low back problems and the trainers are always aware and suggesting modifies. The members are a bunch of total sweethearts who really care about each other and cheer EVERYONE on. I don't know what I would be like if I hadn't found Sweatmood. I've survived some major life changes thanks to this place. Oh, and I've lost over 20 pounds in the process! I never knew at my age (50-something) that I could actually feel so strong! It's so worth checking out!!

If you are looking for an ass kicking workout, this is it. It's a full hour (no breaks) of high intensity cardio and weights. The lights are turned down low, the music is loud, and the energy is super high. You will leave dripping with sweat!
