Symmetry Athletics is dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance in body, mind, and lifestyle through customized fitness programs, practical nutrition coaching, and mindset development. Led by Godwin Kalè Pirga Jr., M.S. in Sport Psychology, and backed by ACE certifications and over a decade of experience, we combine proven science with genuine care to create lasting transformation.

Each session is personalized to your goals and conducted in a clean, private San Diego fitness studio, free from crowds and distractions. With a focus on strength, confidence, and overall well-being, Symmetry Athletics provides expert guidance and support every step of the way.

I’ve been working with Kale since 2021, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and well-being. Not only have I gotten dramatically stronger, but my entire relationship with exercise has changed for the better. I actually look forward to every session!

Kale has an incredible ability to tailor workouts to my individual needs—he understands my preferences and limitations and always has thoughtful modifications ready when needed. Every workout is unique and challenging. Beyond being an amazing trainer, Kale has become a great friend, and our sessions are a highlight of my week.

I have been using Kale as my personal trainer for well over five years now. I came in after a bicycle accident left me with an injured and weak shoulder and lower back aches (pre accident). Kale very quickly identified the issue with my shoulder as scar tissue and ran me through a set of exercises that had my mobility back to 100% in a month or so. With my back pain as well, he was able to diagnose it as an imbalance of my leg vs lower back muscles and set me up on a regime to strengthen the lower back. Within a month or so my lower back pain was also gone. Highly recommend Kale for personal training!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Kale. I started working out with him over two years ago at his clean, quiet gym space after I’d finished chemo and had gained some weight. Kale helped me shed the extra weight quickly with the workouts and nutrition counseling and within 6 months I was much stronger than pre-cancer and even pre-kids! I am now pregnant again and have some workout limitations from my doctors. Over the years, Kale has always asked how my body is feeling and adjusted the exercises and pace of the workout accordingly. This was especially important coming off of chemo, as some days I felt weak and/or light headed, and now with this pregnancy, it is important again. I am now fitter than ever and have gained a close friend in Kale. He has exceeded my expectations and I recommend him anytime I can!
