My little sister go to this dance studio and she is very grateful to be there! Im so happy that she is happy. She makes lots of friends in every age, she doesn't get bullied, she always gets help whenever she needs too, I never heard a single negative out of my sisters mouth. Everytime she facetime her friends, they laugh and giggle, they sometimes practice and sometimes play games. Synergy Dance Production is a wonderful and hard working place for your kids to be a great dancer.

My daughter danced with this studio for over ten years. During those ten years there was always drama. Whether with the girls or the moms or the studio owner. Would have left years before but my daughter wanted to dance with her friends and to be honest I always wanted to believe in Amie. (the owner) My daughter learned a lot, but usually from the choreographers that Amie would bring into the studio, and us parents would paid for. Many times Amie would add things to accounts without permission and most times we just had to deal with it. The show must go on type of thing! Well my opinion of things and Amie changed the last couple years. She became a person I didn’t recognize. During COVID when everyone had to close, many studios were refunding parents and canceling classes until further notice. Not Amie, not only do she not refund she still made parents that signed contracts, pay tuition through COVID. Imagine paying $300 a month for 5 months and your child not dancing. When she finally had zoom we were lucky if it would connect, or would loose connection. If that didn’t take the cake I had to take her to court to try and get money back that I paid to competitions. She lied under oath and was rude in court. Would not only talk over me, but the judge as well. She claims she got credits and didn’t get money back and didn’t have the money to pay us parents back. So I guess my credits will just pay for her daughters future dances and anyone else she wants to give them to. Funny how during this time most people couldn’t pay their bills, rent or even buy food, but not Amie. She bought a new house, and new cars and took trips. Now I don’t know about anyone else. But if you can’t pay people you owe. You don’t go buy expensive items and go on trips. She is a liar and a cheat and definitely not the person I thought she was. I wouldn’t recommend taking your children here, there are other studios that are way more professional and will teach your children how to dance. Don’t pay her a tuition and then also pay for a choreographer to come in. That’s paying twice!

So not sure if anyone can see my review anymore. Because for some reason, almost all of Amies negative reviews have been taken down. And there are a few students that had something to say about their treatment, but I guess all the made up stuff from students. Making Amie look wonderful is fine. The same students that actually complained about her all the time. Including most of the parents. Sad that there are actually people that believe her and are getting taken advantage of. Just remember, tried to warn you!

Take your children somewhere that’s full of positivity. After switching to a new studio I realized how bad my child, her friends, and myself were actually treated. Dance is supposed to be a safe place. The level of toxicity is mind blowing. Lies, threats, aggression, passive aggressive behavior... the list goes on. It is ran very unprofessionally.

Edit to add: This has happened before. If Amie gets a bad review, she asks parents to drop a positive review to bring her ratings back up. Damage control. If she had anything to hide, she wouldn’t be asking others to help her. My experience is almost everyone’s experience, I’m just one of the few that have done something about it and left.

My daughter is on her 2nd year of being at Synergy and she loves it so much. She started taking zoom classes while She has made so many friends and has learned from so many great teachers!
She has also grown so much and has really fallen in love with dancing
My advice… instead of reading these bad reviews, come and have your kiddos take a class and I guarantee they will have so much fun!!

This dance studio is one amazing studio. The teachers are amazing, master classes have been a great experience, and the competitions are always a pleasure. The owner is always joyful, and handles everything in the best way possible. I really recommend sending your child here if you want your child to be in a environment with positivity and love.

With two dancing daughters we have been with this studio since it began about 14 years ago. My girls have both been on the competitive team consistently and have developed good relationships with their team mates and other dancers at the studio.

The instruction keeps getting better and better. Amie is creative and proactive about seeking out quality professionals to come in and teach master classes and provide choreography. She also seeks out new competitive opportunities and conventions to keep her students challenged and moving forward and provides experiences beyond those typically found in smaller communities.

I recommend trying this studio. Dancers who want to progress and are willing to put in the work to do so should do well here. It provides lots of opportunities for growth on many levels (technique, teamwork, personal growth, etc.) and so many of the people there are really great! Lots of opportunities for both recreational and competitive dancing. You can choose the level of participation and expense. We’ve never been tempted to go anywhere else.

All of the dancers and moms from this studio are very nice. They teach all ages starting from 2.5 years old and going to 18 years old. Through all those ages, each and every dancer I’ve come in contact with is sweet and outgoing, and all the performances that I’ve seen have been very well put together and executed. Good job girls and Amie!

Asked to cancel contract multiple times, got hit with secret fees, told I signed documents when I was never shown any documents let alone signed them. The secretary Valerie is VERY rude and not helpful in any way. Continue to charge my card after my daughter had not been there in nearly two months and want to continue to charge me doing forward another two months because "thats their policy" Garbage costumer service with little to no communication. When she was going to class little to no contact or updates unless you hounded them and even then the times were always wrong because no one is ever on time or they change the time without notice. Got charged for a shirt for a dance she never practiced for that she wasnt in and that we didn't have notice she had until the night before.

This program is the best!! they don't put a lot of pressure on us and it's really fun taking pictures of our recital dances!!! Also they have this thing where they go around the world to perform on a dance show to win awards and it's really challenging but also really fun at the same time!!! :) :D
