Saved. My. Life. T2T Fitness’s Founder James & all the coaches are considered in my mind agents of change. Consistency, work ethic, passion, support & community are some of the words that come to mind when thinking about this program. There’s innovation in our community platform, Skool, the workout app is next level and interface changes with the seasons & holidays, weekly meetings with my coach and a clear roadmap to success with what we I’m striving to do. T2T is not just about physical fitness but about the WHOLE person—mentally, emotionally, socially, financially, spiritually. I’m came into that program looking for someone who understood me as a gay man and would give me tough love, guidance & support. I’m met strangers who are now lifelong friends. This program is a game changer with real people who achieve real results! I would never go with another online coaching company because I feel like a person, not a number. You’re the average of the 5 people you hang around most & I’m with gay/queer men who are going next level! I LOVE IT HERE!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I became depressed and dissatisfied with how things were going. I tried to lose weight on my own but ended up gaining weight, reaching 340 pounds. I felt rudderless in an ocean of doubt and low confidence.

Then, the founder of T2T reached out to me after I interacted with their Instagram ads. We had a short conversation, and I decided to make an appointment—a decision that changed my life. I was matched with a coach, Jonathan, who motivated me, guided me, and held me accountable to meet the goals I set for myself.

With weekly meetings, daily check-ins, and guidance on food choices, nutrition, sleep habits, and workout decisions, I had all the tools I needed to succeed. Additionally, I found a community of people who supported my goals and shared similar interests.

I'm proud to say that I am working through my depression and self-confidence issues, and I feel good about my body and health. I am now at my lowest adult weight of 285 pounds and am still working hard on my weight loss goals. One of my proudest moments was fitting into my old favorite pair of pants—it was a moment of triumph and tears of joy.

I'm so happy that T2T and their community are there to help and encourage me. Engaging with the community is extremely helpful and fun. I've met people from around the world who are on similar journeys, and we support one another. There are even plenty of people in my city who are part of the community as well.

I’m incredibly grateful to Jonathan and the T2T community for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. I still have a ways to go, but my journey is worth it. The support from T2T not only helped me lose weight but also brought back my joy and zest for life. My next goals are to reach 250 pounds and start running 10K marathons, and I know T2T will be with me every step of the way.

T2T changed my life around and I’m in the best shape of my life!! As one of the older members at 64, I dropped 31 lbs in the program within 6 months, my waist went from 37” to 32” and my nutrition has been logged and monitored every day on a 180g protein, 1900 calorie diet. . I have a new wardrobe, I look 12-18 yrs younger and my coach kept me on track and worked with me to heal 30 yrs of bad habits. Arthritis in remission, torn rotor cuffs rebuilt, good habits in place.

Now in maintenance mode, I still work out 3 days a week, I’m now 11 months from starting and still going strong and loving the new body and mindset!! Definitely worth the investment for any man, any age that wants to change their life. Highly Recommend!!

I first found James on insta when he posted something about dealing with depression. At the time I was in a rough place, unemployed, broke and struggling. I reached out just wanting to say how much I appreciated seeing something I could relate to and he responded right away. Despite just starting T2T and knowing I couldn’t necessarily afford training this guy said, “I’m going to help you.”
A few weeks later I had gone from feeling lost to becoming a full ass gym rat. James has been a constant source of motivation, not just in fitness but in life. He’s helped me push through my struggles with mental health and he’s made me enjoy the journey along with the results. Now I walk into the gym fully confident from his help and because of what I’ve accomplished.

Joining this program is one of the best gifts I've given myself in years. I joined in December of 2023 with the goal of learning a way to approach fitness as a life-long activity and the folks at T2T did not disappoint in any way.

From Day One to One Day, they've listened to my requests and questions, taught me how to think strategically about fitness and nutrition, gave me strategies to continue enjoying the life I wanted while becoming a new person, and laughed with me when I started complaining about how none of my old clothes fit anymore 😅

One of the best fitness companies I have ever worked with. Everyone that works for this company is amazing and supportive. T2T, James and the team, really helped me through that hump of the last few pounds I needed to lose. Basically, grad school reved up and I gained 20 pounds after losing 83. With the help of Alejandro, the community in Skool, and general competitive encouragement the trainers fostered, I passed my goal in 3 months. Had a damn near six pack for the first time in my life and gained the confidence to put on muscle and know I can shed it when the build is complete.

If you’re willing to put in the time, it is absolutely worth it. But they aren’t lifting anything for you. You logged the food. You put in the steps. You pick up the weights. You succeed. They’re here to guide and assist, but you’re the arbiter here. :)

I was skeptical of online fitness coaching, but eventually signed up with T2T because I felt like they understood that it wasn’t just about “being fit”, but also about confidence and personal growth. The results I got from my six months in the program were so much better than I could have expected. Not only do I look better, but I feel more confident, and almost a year after finishing the program, I have not regressed or fallen off the wagon. If anything I’ve only continued to get stronger thanks to the foundation James help me set! I still talk to my coach from time to time, even though I’m not enrolled anymore. I love that the care he and the other coaches display is genuine and T2T holds you accountable. It has been one of the best investments ive ever made in myself.
