I love this studio! This is the most relaxing, supportive, and kind environment I've ever been a part of. Vanessa introduced me to reformer pilates and I became obsessed over the past year! So much so that I now want to become an instructor. Vanessa, Kay, Nancy, etc. are all fabulous instructors! Something about working out in a yurt hearing nature, puppies, birds, etc., can't be replicated. Vanessa has really built such a great community!

This is the best Pilates studio I have ever been to and I've been doing Pilates on and off for 20 years. This is pure pilates - the way Joseph Pilates intended. At 65 I decided it's time to tune up all the small stabilizer muscles and get strong and toned. After 1 month I see and feel the difference. My arms were going to sleep at night from old injuries and that is no longer happening. Enrolling has been a great gift to myself.
The instuctors are kind and give sincere consideration to your physical concerns and give precise cues. The equipment is all top of the line. Great atmosphere. Being in the circle of the yurt, the instructors are easily there to help change springs and keep a watch on your form. Pilates is an elegant hour of exercise. Where else can you do effective squats laying down?! :)

Whoever said, “It is hard to lose weight after 50.” They have not done Pilates. I started Pilates here four months ago, after a year of trying to lose 10 pounds with no success. Four months later, I lost 10 pounds, 1 inch around the waist, down a size. I also built my core strength. Vanessa, the owner, makes these classes so much fun! Before you know it, the hour is over.
