Tahoe Pilates is one of the best studios I have visited. The decor and equipment are excellent. Liz is friendly, knowledgeable and cordial. I highly recommend this business!!

Taking a class with Annika was a highlight on an already great trip to Tahoe! I loved her teaching style and emphasis on breath work. I highly recommend stopping in for a class for a little treat of a workout while on vacation.

Excellence! Liz is amazing. She has built a studio and practice which is intelligent and studied. Her knowledge of athletes for training in ultra sports - ultramarathons, swimming, high-sierra hiking, cycling - is phenomenal. She can address past injuries and issues, strengthen for the future to avoid injury. 6 weeks in and I'm stronger (without neck pain!) and with greater endurance due to strength, flexibility, and stability. Not only do I highly recommend Liz, but also recommend all of our marathon swimmers and triathletes to her.

We booked a duo visit at Tahoe Pilates while up at Tahoe for a week. It was a great and relaxing session with Liz. She clearly knows how to teach Pilates to beginners--I had not done Pilates before and appreciated her guidance and thoughtful adjustments for me.

Tahoe Pilates studio has top notch equipment and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Liz knows so many ways to stretch and is thoughtful to help you with your specific needs. I can tell it is her passion to help educate and heal people through practicing pilates. I left the first visit feeling like I learned a lot. I look forward to more visits. Definitely a big motivation booster to continue daily habits of incorporating pilates to my health routine.
