I trained with Taylor for a month. Initially, my goal was to lose weight so I was seeking guidance on specific workouts and building good nutrition habits to target weight loss. Taylor taught me a sustainable and flexible workout routine that I have been able to keep up with on a daily basis. In addition, he worked with me on nutrition so that I could establish a healthy style of eating for myself and my family. In the month that I worked with Taylor, I went down a whole pant size, I have more flexibility and strength throughout my body, I sleep and rest better, I drink a lot more water, I eat much healthier and most importantly, I feel great! I highly recommend TPT as your personal trainer. Taylor shares his knowledge on various exercises, workout plans and healthy food choices, as well as, many resources to help find the best plan that best suits you and your lifestyle. Working with Taylor was truly the best start to my healthy lifestyle journey!

Taylor is an awesome person and trainer! My family and I have utilized his training services for almost a year now, for rehab after major surgery, individual workouts, family training, and also individualized baseball training sessions for my son. Taylor is very knowledgeable, patient, and motivational! He does a great job of mixing things up and keeping exercise fun. His weight room is awesome and he also has a full outdoor training facility, plus a pool for water training. He also has accommodated me for remote workouts while I've been on the road for work.

He somehow has kept myself, my wife, and both my elementary school-aged children focused on health and strength on the days we aren't at his gym and motivated us to stay in shape for organized sports and lifetime fitness. I've even taken some of his workouts/exercises and demonstrated them to co-workers to increase our strength and flexibility. He legitimately has decreased and/or erased pain I've experienced in my lower back and hips through his exercise program.

My family and I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor Peasha Training and the Creed playlist he obliges while pumping iron :)

Taylor is definitely a solid dude and one worth supporting in our community. I cannot recommend him and his program enough. 5/5 and two thumbs up because I've only got two!

Taylor is a great personal trainer. He has been working with my son which is a baseball player. The goal was to improve speed and agility. Over a couple of months we really see the improvements and increase in these areas. He has also lost weight and slimmed down. He looks ready, feels ready, and committed for his athletic teams.

Taylor is very easy to communicate with. He is very responsive. Sets clear and detailed work outs. Reaches out to check in on non work out days.

I trained with Taylor for about 10 months, 1x per week. Sometimes, we would train at my home garage gym and other times I would go to his gym. He was always very flexible and able to help me figure out sessions that worked with my schedule.

About two months into our training sessions, my husband and I found out we were expecting a baby! My sessions with Taylor were initially focused on my goals of muscle gain & weight loss. However, once I found out I was pregnant, he was super attentive and helped pivot towards focusing on what my body needed at the time. For example, during my morning sickness period, we would do more strength trainings since cardio would trigger my nausea. If I felt better then next week, then he would inccardio. Sometimes, we would just focus on more stretching if my back was hurting from the pregnancy. It was so nice to have someone holding me accountable during pregnancy while also being understanding and knowledgeable of all the crazy changes my body was going through.

Some trainers have their own agendas and don’t listen to their clients as attentively as Taylor does. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness, health, and the body! I am eager to continue working with him once I have finished my postpartum recovery.

No matter what your fitness goals are, Taylor is more than qualified to help you accomplish them!
