Solid gym! The classes are built to get you in shape and teach you how to box. Everyone here supportive and respectful. No bad vibes or intimidation here. Everyone is treated equally regardless of where you come from. They have a youth boxing program that really encourages them to try their best.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the very first day, they’ve made us feel like family. Coach Koas is incredible so invested in the kids and always going above and beyond, not just teaching boxing but also instilling discipline, confidence, and life skills that go beyond the ring.

The atmosphere here is positive and uplifting. Every child is encouraged to push themselves while being supported and cared for. My daughter absolutely loves it, and as a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your child thrive in such a safe, motivating, and inspiring environment.

Awesome all around. Really great coaches, optimistic attitudes and an excellent atmosphere. My daughter loves her training and can’t wait to come to practice every day. It’s her second home. Coach Koas, Coach Ricardo and Coach Brad make working hard a positive experience. The coaches are truly dedicated to the kids and teens. We have been with the Apex family for over a year and it’s been the best experience for my daughter.
