I am truly enjoying my experiences as a member of Tejas Yoga & Wellness. I am not new to yoga--having done it throughout my life at various times. However, I was reentering yoga when I came to Tejas (due to 3 serious cervical surgeries that had kept me from practicing). I immediately felt welcomed at the studio and have felt comfortable there! The instructors are extremely caring and have an outstanding level of knowledge (e.g., physiology and meditation). I just love going to Tejas Yoga & Wellness and truly look forward to my yoga & meditation sessions!

I enjoyed attend Yvette’s class very much. She is instructive, fluid in the transitions, and has a calming voice throughout the session. She demonstrates modifications, which is very encouraging for me.

This studio is everything you want. A variety of classes for all levels of yogis. The studio itself is clean, with two rooms, has blocks/ straps/ blankets/ bolsters and knowledgeable staff to help you with your practice. I love that there is hot tea available too. Parking has never been an issue which is a huge plus. Veteran/Military friendly with great owners who are approachable and inviting.
I recently moved to the area and am so grateful to have found this amazing place.

We had the pleasure of attending a charity event at Tejas that Zeb and his wife, Sita, hosted. Not only was the space super spacious and perfect for all types of yoga, but the staff were all extremely friendly and inviting (including the owners) - It really has that neighborhood feel and you can really tell that they all are truly passionate about what they're doing which is awesome!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

Two words come to mind, Genuine and authentic. I often see the owners behind the front desk with a smile. I have now attended 3- 4 different classes and each time I go I feel each class is lead with heart and intention. I love the variety of classes and the genuine presence of the teachers.

Jackie is an amazing practitioner & instructor. Took her HIIT Yoga class, and got solid work in. The energy she helps to build , and cultivate is well executed. If you are an avid Yogi that like the extra push in practice, this is the class for you! Thanks for the hospitality .

I am so happy that I have found Tejas. I was an avid in my yoga practice about 6 years ago, then life happened, then the studio that I loved closed. I tried different studios and I just could not find one that felt like home until I found Tejas. I was hooked since my first class, I love the variety of classes, the instructors and the times that classes are offered. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. I tried the 1st month special they had and as soon as that ended I signed up for their unlimited membership. I am very happy to be back in the studio and practicing after so many years. Tejas is great!!

This place is awesome! Hapa is a clean, friendly environment that offers classes for all levels. My kids and I have been coming here for almost 3 years, and the childcare staff is the best. It's so reassuring to know that I can take a high quality yoga class and feel confident that my children are having fun with great people!

Hapa yoga is a mother’s hidden gem!! The simple fact that the yoga studio has childcare alone was a HUGE bonus for our family! All the classes are truly enriching! Bring the family and take time for self care!

This is my favorite studio in San Diego. Hapa staff are incredibly welcoming and create a warm environment for anyone hoping to practice there. They offer a variety of classes that focus on both yoga and fitness workouts. They also have childcare which can be extremely helpful for parents who are practicing.

Hapa Yoga offers the best classes in town. The instructors are awesome, caring, and offer classes at all levels. I have fun in Pilates and Barre, and in yoga classes I have a deep appreciation for my body soul and spirit. I love Hapa Yoga. I have been a loyal member since they opened.

I love this studio. They do a really good job of keeping everything clean. The instructors are creative and friendly! The students there are equally as welcoming. It’s really a community there. Students know each other and so do their children. Childcare is offered during most classes. They have more than just yoga, it’s a whole body/mind experience with workout classes, yoga, barre and the many different workshops that they offer for healing and learning. It’s a well rounded space. Annnnd you can go try it yourself, first class is free. :)

I love Hapa! They have classes at a variety of times to fit your work schedule and allow time to get there even through rush hour traffic. All of the instructors are amazing and passionate. Each class has more to offer than just a work out. The studio is filled with a very healing energy. They have fitness classes if you aren’t in the mood for yoga and gentle or yin classes if you want to take it slow. The front desk staff is friendly and it has a very warm welcoming vibe that is hard to find other places. It’s always easy to find parking and the monthly membership is reasonably priced for unlimited classes. Oh and they have child care!!!!!

Hapa Yoga is such an amazing place to practice yoga. I started my yoga journey here two years ago taking gentle with my cousin who was pregnant at the time. Since that first gentle class, I started to take yoga classes religiously! I was hooked. I was averaging 4-5 classes a week in the Bay Area where I was living at the time. Since moving back it's been great to return to Hapa! From practicing at other studios, I appreciate the amount and the variety of classes that they have. There is a class for everyone ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners. I love how much parking they have and the fact that it is free!!! When I lived in LA, it was crazy - I'd have to pay to park my car before taking class. Aside from that I'd also check out their fitness classes. My favorite is barre and it's nice to be able to mix the fitness classes with yoga. In terms of the pricing, it can be a expensive but it is to be comparable with most yoga studios. One thing I appreciate is that they always have a summer and black friday sale on memberships and classes! So i'd wait til then before buying a package.

Started with Groupon coupon three years ago and was hooked. Favorite instructors have come and gone but current instructors always fabulous. Owner Tina has a knack for hiring the most positive, supportive and healing staff. Every Individual is encouraged to be respectful of their own bodies abilities and needs. Wide range of classes and yoga rooms and facility always well kept and inviting. Love this studio and has been huge stress reducer.

Great classes for all levels, good deals for new costumers too, nice studio, great people, but I find that the membership prices are kind of expensive even with the 10% discount. I have to stop going unfortunately and look somewhere else.

Every class is awesome. It's a friendly, welcoming place for beginners to more experienced yogis. Great teachers -- not a bad one in the bunch in my opinion. Each is unique and build your practice in both spirit and strength. I never thought of myself doing a headstand or crow BUT I am now! Yet I would feel totally comfortable taking child's pose when I feel like I need that break. Also the studio is so pleasant -- clean, smells nice, and the wood floors are beautiful. I am thrilled to have such a quality studio in Eastlake. You will love it, too.
