I signed up with my coworker thinking we would be able to workout during our lunch break. The gym is small, yet clean, and has all the equipment you need in order to get a good workout in.

Where they went wrong with me is their lack of follow through with promises they make. Originally I signed up with the manager, Anthony, and he was nice and welcoming. He promised me a shirt for signing up, but since they didn't have any in my size, he mentioned he would give me one when he got some in stock, the next time I came in. That never happened. This was the beginning of what prompted me to write this review.

As the months went by, Anthony's welcoming demeanor faded away. No more good afternoons, no small talk, not even a good day when we left the gym. Eventually he didn't even acknowledge our presence even if we made the effort to say bye. However, I did notice he would welcome any potential new members right away, with the same manner he once had with me and my coworker. Quick note though. The other employees at the gym were hospitable and always took their time to greet me as I walked through the door.

After a few months, I decided to quit this gym. Not because of the lack of personal touch from the manager, but because I could no longer make it during lunch. I came into the gym and cancelled my membership in October.

In January, I noticed monthly charges from Workout Anytime for the months of October, November, December, and now in January. I called and spoke with Anthony. He apologized and stated that sometimes these things happen. He assured me that he would take care of it himself. He stated that he would reimburse me the extra payments starting from November, as I cancelled in the middle of October. Also that I should receive an email regarding the reimbursement and should see a credit back to my card shortly.

It's March. I have yet to receive an email, nor a credit for those extra monthly charges. However, I have noticed a continued charge for February and March. I called again and spoke with Alexis. She notified me that Anthony isn't in today, but she will leave a note for him to contact me tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath...

It's April... still getting billed. Still receiving the same story that I'll get a call back. Sent an email directly to the manager, Anthony, and have not heard back yet. 6 months after I cancelled, and I'm still getting billed. Ridiculous....

I have a bad experience with this facility. They promised to deliver service but they do not till I said I have to go social media. The manager called and accused me to use social media to threaten him. I told him I just want to reach him. His accusation led me to call the head office in Georgia.

This place is great. The staff are always friendly and gym is always clean and is the equipment is extremely new. You never have to wait for anyone for equipment to open up nor is it ever too busy. It’s smaller but has everything anyone needs if they are looking for a nice local gym at a great price, definitely my kind of place.

The staff at this gym is fantastic. Anthony, Javier and Ari are professional and courteous to all. They are welcoming and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Great place for a workout.

My husband and I had been members for nearly 3 years. We enjoyed the convenience of having a gym close to home. Throughout the course of our membership, more often than not, the bathrooms are filthy and often times lacking supplies. Recently, since the Colin Kaepernick issue has taken centerstage, the American flag was put up followed by the flags of the armed services. My husband who is a retired Sergeant Major of the USMC and served this country for 32 1/2 years informed the manager, Anthony, that the flags were not in proper sequence. He assured my husband that they would be corrected when he had enough staff available to do it. Other veterans had also made it known that they were not pleased at the lack of concern to do it right. The flags remained out of order for an additional two weeks before Anthony added the yellow “Don’t Tread on Me” flag next to the still out of sequence service branch flags. Ari, who works there as personal trainer, was told by my husband that this was completely inappropriate and needed to be removed immediately. Ari stated that he would relay the message when Anthony arrived later in the day. It is very inappropriate to make a political statement in a public establishment. That flag has long-standing ties with the tea party and is a favorite amongst white supremacist hate groups. The flag had not been removed when we went the following day so we quit and joined another gym. Workout Anytime has chosen to make a political statement and send out a dog whistle with a subliminal message therefore we decided not to give our money to them any longer.

I love this gym, I needed one that was 24 hours so I can make time in my crazy schedule of going to school and work everyday. It's always clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff, nice variety of equipment. Definitely worth coming here than any other gym!

I give this gym a 5 star rating for 2 reasons.
1) I like the smaller gym and the atmosphere it provides. It's nice being able to go in at any time and not have to wait forever for equipment, you also get to know the regulars in there pretty well & since it's smaller, it's affordable, which I love!
2) Would definitely be Anthony, Teddy & Ari! There's nothing like walking into a gym and instead of being greeted with "Welcome to Workout Anytime" you get, " HEYYY RAYVEN! How are you?!" These gentlemen are the picture perfect idea of customer service!! When you don't come in for a little while, they ask your family about you or they send you a text! Ari always texts me encouraging messages and makes sure I'm eating well. He genuinely cares about the progress of his clients. Every single time I come to the gym after work, Anthony is the first face I see & he is always so kind, he's absolutely hilarious & if there's ever a problem he fixes it on the spot! You don't find people like him at most gyms. Anthony is the best & as long as he is there, my family and I will be there! Keep up the good work Guys!!
