I have been training with Jackson for 2 months now, and I could not be happier with the results that I am already seeing. During our initial consultation, he took the time to gauge my overall strength, ask about my diet, my fitness goals, and made sure he knew about any past injuries or lingering pain throughout my body. He set me up with a diet plan and workout routine catered to my goals, and so far he has exceeded my expectations. Jackson is an excellent trainer, knows his stuff and is great at motivating! The gym he works out of is nice and has everything you need. He's a young guy, but he has years of experience working with different body types, which makes him a great choice if you're looking for a new trainer. Plus, he's super nice! 10/10 would recommend!
