If you are looking for a gym, I highly recommend TGP - fitness Roseville! If you are a beginner to advance and anything in between, the coaches will modify the workout to fit your fitness level! There are monthly challenges if you are goal driven. If you need help with nutrition they got you! They don’t push a certain diet they work with you to find a nutrition plan that works with your life style so it’s sustainable. The best part though is you become part of a fitness family! Best decision my husband and I made was joining this gym! Come workout with us at 9:00 am!

I recently completed the four "Foundations" onboarding classes before starting the group Crossfit classes this past week. I have always been intimidated by Crossfit, but these individual sessions with Coach Jill prepared both my mind and body - not only with helping me understand the unique language, class structure, and Crossfit moves, but also teaching me how to listen to my body and make showing up every day feel like something I can sustain when I have struggled in the past with keeping a workout routine. Everyone is non-judgmental, encouraging, and goes out of their way to help you. Coach Jill is AMAZING and I feel so lucky to have found this place!! I love it so much!!

TGP CrossFit has become a place in my heart. July of 2023, I found myself going through a rough patch and couldn’t get myself out of it. I had done CrossFit before and loved it so I thought I would try it again. I searched for CrossFit gyms and TGP was the first to pop up with great reviews. I contacted the owner (Samantha Lane) and she immediately replied back. I went into my first class with Coach Jill, and dang was I sore! But I kept going. I immediately fell in love with the community there and not once did feel intimidated. Everyone is amazing there! I can now say that TGP is now stuck with me. If you are thinking of joining, don’t think twice and just do it. You won’t regret it. I am thankful to have had found this place.

I participated in their new location on Enterprise in Sacramento and did a six week challenge. The opportunity offered me to try out all kinds of classes from CrossFit, to team training and spin too! The coaches are so knowledgeable, supportive and the other members are encouraging and enthusiastic. I met my goal of losing 20 pounds in six weeks and plan on continuing this momentum. Enjoyed my classes here, coaching was spot on, WODs were fun, good experience overall, a couple negatives were calendar was wrong one day, music was a little distasteful one day, and pricing for drop in was two different prices, but I’d give a five star if those few things weren’t there. Great equipment and friendly coaches and friendly athletes. I’d work out here again and recommend this gym. I would drop in here again next time I’m in town.

Results Transformation Center is an awesome place and community to workout. I joined their August Challenge on August 1 and 6 weeks later I am down 21.2 pounds! The workouts are great and the coaches are fantastic. If you have injuries the coaches modify the exercises so you can still workout and they are super supportive. The owner Sam is amazing and very helpful as well in working with you to achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend Roseville Results Transformation Center.

It's been 5 months since I joined TGP Crossfit. I'm SO happy I had the courage to walk through that door because this place and the people in it have changed my life. I never thought I'd say but it's my favorite place!!

Usually the gym is a playground, and for some like me, it's a sanctuary. There's no shame in TGP environment, only motivation and encouragement. And every day you show up there, is opportunity for growth both as an athlete and as a person. The amount of attention and support you'll receive from the coaches just won't be able to find at other gyms.

Extremely proud of myself for completing my 3rd challenge with results! I lost a total of 22.4 lbs and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that’s looking for something different and fun. The 20 lbs challenge works! My 1st round I lost 21.4 lbs, then on my 2nd challenge 16 lbs and on my 3rd challenge I lost 22.4 lbs. The coaches are very supportive and everyone is super friendly. Results Training Club WORKS!

The coaches are supreme. They spent time showing me the proper way to complete the different physical tasks to get the most complete result possible. They encouraged me when it was hard. And it was hard sometimes!

The eating part prevented me from losing the 20. I’m a past challenger and won the challenge four years ago, so I know how to properly eat to lose the weight, it was the “doing” it that was difficult for me at this stage in my life for some reason. But that can be corrected!

I'm not sure what their business model is like now, but the more I think about my experience, the more upset I become. I took their 6 week challenge several years back. I remember thinking at the orientation that the whole thing felt like an overproduced used car sales pitch. After putting down $500 that you "get back," you are pressured into buying their several hundred dollars worth of suppliments.

2 stars instead of one because I really did enjoy their workouts, and they had some great trainers. However, I failed to lose 20 lbs by.... Get this... 0.8 lbs. I did not get my $500 back, but I naively thought that was ok. They were clear about their rules, and that no one could be weighed again. Imagine my surprise when I find out years later from other ex-members that several people were allowed to weigh again, wear sweat bags, etc. Let's not even talk about the margin of error that exists in scales.

I mentioned that they had great trainers, but apparently the good ones don't last. The ones who really care about the members and their success don't last, and somehow the ones left are more effective salesmen than trainers.

What a life changing experience it has been just 14 weeks in. I am down 59 pounds and I can’t tell you how often I am getting compliments on how far I have come from friends, family, and coworkers. It feels so good to hear that my transformation is obvious to everyone else. It makes all of the sweat and hard work worth it. The coaches and staff of RTC are everything you need to achieve success. I love my FitFam now and I look forward to working out. You can make the changes in your life too. My fiancee and I have been wanting to lose some weight, but couldn't afford the challenge or the monthly membership. We found out about the 21 Day Detox, signed up and went to the orientation. During orientation, Matt Weaver spoke about how the detox was only $21, no hidden fees or taxes. After the orientation, they gave us contracts, they were a little confusing so we asked one of the trainers for help. They had different options- sign up for the 21 day detox for $21, then you have a membership for a "discounted" $139 a month, or pay $139 for 21 days. I asked the trainer if we could sign up for the detox, then the membership, but if we could change our minds and cancel after the 21 days. She said yes, so that was the one we wanted. However, after looking at our paperwork, she selected the 21 days for $139. We had no idea until we were charged a combined $278- something we currently can't afford. There wasn't even a $21 charge. When I called to ask, they told us about the option "we" had selected, but I told her there was a misunderstanding and asked if we could switch to the other option. She said she would talk to her manager the next day and call me back. No call, so we went down there. The girl we talked to, knew what I was talking about when we came in. I verified what deal we had selected and explained to her we couldn't afford the $139 right now, that was why we signed up for the $21. I asked if we could cancel after the detox. She said yes, but we would be charged the $21 for the detox, and then an additional $139 because you have to cancel 30 days before, in order to not get charged the $139. I asked if there was an option to ONLY do the $21 for 21 days, she said no. I asked if we could cancel altogether and get a refund. She said we couldn't. With how well known Results is, I would have expected better customer service, and clearer instructions on their challenges/ promotions. I think it's very shady the way they worded everything and won't budge when their employees are dishonest to potential members. Now I'm worried I will be treated differently because of this situation, and I will be taking full advantage of my $139 "membership".
UPDATE:
A Results employee reached out to me and basically told me the same thing as the other person I spoke with. There is NO option for $21 for 21 days ONLY. Even after the owner stated there is an option for that. I requested they just cancel everything and refund my money. Very disappointed in their advertising and process for everything. They seem very unorganized and no one else seems to understand the challenge agreements.

My whole life I tried to lose weight. Doing all sorts of diets, starving myself, and going to the gym and exercising at home…I would gain results but then it would all come again because I was lost and mainly because I lost motivation. When I heard about the results transformation center from a friend I literally couldn’t believe it, I was like okay Ill try it. At the end of my very first class, I was in shock, it was very fun, exciting, and everyone was very motivational. I didn’t notice how fast those 60 minutes passed by. Only an hour a day. I went every single day, then I started going twice a day. It became something that I enjoyed, I never knew I could enjoy exercising and without even noticing, the weekly weigh ins surprised me with my pounds coming off. The gym members and coaches would push everyone to work their hardest and put in all effort. Its a great gym to go to if your struggling and need motivation. I will be going for another round now till I reach my goal weight and possibly even get a membership forever, you can catch me at the Roseville Gym :)

I just finished my 3rd challenge with Results and i could not be any happier. I would recommend this place to anyone that is SERIOUS about making a lifestyle change for the best. Prior to signing up for the 20lb 6 week challenge i did some homework on the gym. I took the time to read the various reviews left by people and i filtered through the good, the bad and the ugly. I can only speak for myself when i say i have nothing bad to say about the gym at all. The typical complaints come from people who did not successfully finish a challenge but you signed a contract, it's on you if you read everything or not. PERIOD. With that being said after finishing my 3rd challenge i am now a member. Results has helped me drastically change from 1/14/18 to 6/3/18. In that time period i have lost 53.6lbs, dropped 10% body fat and gained 6lbs of muscle. All that in just 18 weeks!!!! I am eager to see what other awesome changes i can make. The coaches are awesome, the front desk is great and the members become a solid support system and a second family. My only regret is waiting so long to sign up.

ANOTHER CHALLENGE COMPLETED! I have been a member at Results for nearly a year now. I love it as much now as I did in the beginning. I have completed several challenges and feel great about my accomplishments. I did not make the 20lb loss this time around but the fact that I lost weight at all over the holidays is something that I am proud of. I will continue my journey with Results and my fitness. I look forward to what the next year brings to me. I am so much stronger mentally and physically and have made some amazing friends along the way!

Round Two Challenge Review! I just competed my second 6-week challenge with Results Transformation Center with a less than 20lb loss. The first round I had lost more than 20lbs so my total loss to date is about 30lbs and 15.5 inches. I have really enjoyed this program and have made some really great friends along the way. The second challenge was definitely harder for me partly because I took a cruise in week two and gained 5lbs and partly because I was drained mentally and physically trying to play catch up for the missed workouts. It was a little bit disappointing but the bottom line is that I have still lost more weight and become more healthy in a 12 week period than I have in a very long time. I have joined Results as a member and will begin my third challenge on June 17th to try to lose that last 20lbs that I have to lose. The coaches and staff at Results are amazing. They really care about your success and will work with you to reach your goals. It's intense but there are all different levels of strength and abilities and the coaches help everyone to get the most out of their workouts!
I am still so excited to be a part of this organization and LOVE that the workouts are never the same and never boring!
Results is worth every penny and is now part of my life!

I took the 20lb. Challenge. For me the exercise was difficult and the diet was not that bad. Weight was stubborn coming off, but the coaches had great guidance and helped me to lose 21 lbs. I'm happy I took the challenge and am going to do the next challenge. No sitting around in these workouts and they can be tailored to your limitations and/or strengths. Highly recommend!

Took the 20 pound challenge and thought it was really good. This is a circuit training based program and the coaches do a good job of mixing it up to keep you on track. Coaches take the time to understand different members limitations and will provide alternatives as needed while still pushing for best results. Depending on what time of day you go, you will have 2-3 different coaches who have different styles so that is also a benefit to get the best results.

The nutrition component is challenging, but if you can get creative within the guidelines they give you, you can stick with it and not be too miserable. After the first week, my wife came up with some different ways to put things together and thanks to her efforts, I was able to get through things and meet the goals.

Obviously you have to do the work and follow the plan to see the results so make sure you are at a point where you can get to the workouts and can control your diet.

7 weeks ago I took the results 6 week 20lb challenge! Before I started the challenge I was at a low part in my life. Day after day I would work 8-5, come home make dinner for the family & then lay on the couch and watch t.v. I had gained 30lbs in the last 2 years. My clothes were not fitting, I had no energy & I was stressed most of the time. I was just not myself anymore. I was so focused on everyone else that I lost myself. I felt I had no time to exercise cause everyone relied on me. I had known people that did the challenge and succeed. I signed up for the orientation but then didn't go because I was scared of the commitment. Finally though after a couple months of thinking about it I went to an orientation and signed up. I knew I needed to do this for myself. I sat my family down and told them I love them but I am taking 6 weeks to focus on me! They understood & supported my decision. I had also encouraged two of my girlfriends to join also. Having that support & accountability was huge! I was so scared the first day of my workouts. I didn't know what to expect. I was out of shape and afraid I would hurt myself. I'm not going to lie....it was the hardest workout I had ever done in my life! I couldn't run around the building without stopping multiple times & my heart rate was so fast. The next day was so painful. I told my husband that I think I made a mistake and there is no way I can do this everyday. I emailed my coach and asked if I should take a day off because of the pain. He said go & work through it. I forced myself to keep going and by day 4 I was loving the workouts! I kept going and it became the happiest part of my day. I could feel myself getting healthier & stronger. I was having fun laughing, sweating & high fiving! Everyone was there for the same reason and super supportive. Fast forward to week 6. I succeeded in the challenge! I lost 20.2 lbs. Beyond that though I am in the best shape of my life now. I can run! The challenge is hard. You have to really want it and you have to stay committed. The diet is hard but it is only 6 weeks out of your life and your body will thank you. I am now a member of results and am excited to see what I can do in the next 6 weeks. I make time for me. I get up and do the 5am class & love it! I would recommend the challenge to everyone, it is a life changer!

I loved my experience at Results Transformation Center Roseville! I did two rounds of the 20lbs Six Week Challenge and lost enough to qualify for all of my money back. You really can do it. The Coaches are AMAZING and truly care about the members they coach. The support the members give each other during workouts and after workouts is incredible. Although I am unable to continue to be a member at this time, I would whole-heartedly recommend Results! I look forward to a time when I can be a member again.

My reason or “why” for joining Results Transformation was due to having lost interest in my workouts and lacking any accountability. I had gained about 20 pounds in the last few years and didn’t like what I was seeing or how I was feeling. Well, I only had 20 pounds to loose but, I will not kid you, this is called a challenge for a reason, and while I did not lose all 20 pounds, I gained so much more in Non Scale Victories (NSVs, there are a LOT of acronyms with this program). However, I did lose inches, my clothes looked and fit better, my cardio, and strength increased dramatically, and just normal everyday movements became more fluid and the stiffness was gone. I began to look forward to my workout, and running the lap around the building. I have not liked running since I have been an adult, but the run was a challenge in itself and I found that I wanted that challenge. Be aware that supplements will be hyped as the best way to lose the weight. I bought the supplements, and do believe that they helped. You will be eating a very limited diet for six weeks, and will need full nutrition for the workouts.
The following are the pros and cons as I experienced the program:
Pros: Personable and knowledgeable coaches, thank you Gina Shabazz, Alex Hansen and Consuelo Ponce! The workouts were well planned, and if you needed a modification the coaches would help you with that too. The Workouts did not allow you to “cheat”, because the coaches see all, and encouraged you to pick up that heavier weight. There was a good feeling of camaraderie, what Results calls a “fit fam”. While I am not a huge fan of this term, I did appreciate the “we are all in this together” feeling. I think it helps new members feel more welcome in the gym environment and that is a good thing. As for accountability, you were required to attend a minimum 30 workouts within 42 days, and place them on your Facebook page, your Results gym would call you if you signed up to attend a particular class and didn’t show up. Weekly weigh-ins, also, helped with accountability and were required. The diet was real food, and while it got to be a bit monotonous, it was still real, healthy for you food. If you thought of it as fuel, versus eating for pleasure it wasn’t bad at all. Cons: Each gym was different in configuration and amenities, and were very, very basic, my regular gym did not have mirrors to check your form while working out. Of the two gyms I frequented, neither one had a locker room or showers, just basic restroom stalls. If you are a germa-phobe, you may have trouble laying directly on the gym floor and the “turf” (a plastic grassy area), I have no idea how the turf is cleaned. Conclusion: After completing the challenge but not losing all 20 pounds, I was still offered an opportunity to join Results as a member at a discounted rate. So, after a careful cost analysis against a couple of gyms that offered similar training, the Results cost per class was quite low if you worked out three to five days a week. So I decided to become a member and join Results. This is because I believe I will continue to get the results I want, and am happy with the convenience of the multiple class times and days to fit my lifestyle. Utilizing my new, cleaner eating mode, performing my workouts, I am happy to continue my journey with Results.

This was the best 6 weeks I have given toward a program. The coaches Alex and Gina are always pushing you a little harder to assure you get the best hour of working out!. I loved the atmosphere of teamwork and their ability to modify any exercise to any fitness level...ANY fitness level. I began my journey overweight and less muscle than I wanted. I had knee pain and was not able to do certain activities. By the time I finished my 6 weeks, box jumps and burpees were second nature. Thank you Results for seriously changing my life in 6 weeks. The only recommendation I would say is to not be fully concerned with the scale but watch your BMI and fat percentage. As if you make the 20 lbs solely without getting those other 2 within healthy ranges you will not get your money back. They will offer you 6 more weeks but if you are close to your "ideal" weight that may be more difficult than you think. SO heads up, if you do the challenge WATCH those other 2 factors as they primarily focus on the scale while you are there then at the end...you will be disappointed if the other 2 don't line up. Don't get me wrong they are up front with you in the beginning, but don't make the same mistake as I did and forget to watch the other measurements. Its on me not them, just head my words. GREAT JOB RESULTS STILL 5 STARS IN MY BOOK.

Results is a really great program if you are looking for accountability with eating and working out. If you have over 20lbs to lose and are willing to dedicate 6 weeks (or longer depending on your goals) to a very strict diet and workout regimen, then you will see the results. I just completed my challenge and met my goal by following the program. The workouts are fun and also challenging, and coach Gina is absolutely the BEST!! I definitely enjoyed the positive atmosphere and encouragement of my fellow members and challengers. Follow the plan and you will see success!

As far as my personal experience for the 6 week transformation challenge I thought it was pretty simple. Very strict diet, and great tough workouts. The coaches are pretty cool. That's that but as for the money part and keeping their end of the bargain. There is where they get you. Basically they end up keeeping the money one way or another end of story. The challenge was lose 20lbs and you win the challenge. Well not quite true because I lose 28lbs and was still told I needed to have my bmi down. So I said okay well then I would like to put it towards the membership then like you had said if you didn't complete the challenge( in which I did lose my 20lbs) that we could do. But, there was a problem there too they said that in order for me to get a good deal I had to basically give up my deposit of $500 and get the membership deal. So in all honesty your losing the lbs if u really put ur effort but your paying for it for sure.
In my case my fiancé and my self both did the challenge and at the end of the day to lose the lbs we did it cost us a little over $1500 with the deposits and supplements "they recommend".
At the end of the day it's a great gym and I would suggest just starting with a membership and eating healthy instead of doing the challenge but that's just my personal opinion

Me and my fiancé did the 6 week challenge where you're suppose to lose 20 lbs in the 6 weeks, I lost 22 and he lost 28! We loved it! We followed their meal plan to the T and went to the gym 5 days out of week most of the coaches are great, even tho the classes can get pretty big they still make you feel like you're being trained one on one since they're so attentive. I definitely recommend this place but read EVERYTHING you sign we were under the impression that once we lost our 20 lbs we would get our deposit back. What we were told was that we will pay $497 upfront and if we completed the challenge we would get our money back or we would go another round. Point is me and my fiancé don't have another 20 lbs to lose, that was not our goal. So our only other option was to get a membership and commit to 6 months which is great but we are still paying $99/ month on top of losing our deposit none of this was discussed at the time of the contract. LOVE THIS COMPANY!! I wanted to write a good honest review of my entire experience. Sorry it’s pretty long because they are that good! So the short story is that this company is honest, fun, and really do give you transforming results. The knowledge I gained is amazing! I have gained new friends and a new outlook on my body and my health. Even if you don’t want to do a challenge the gym is so fun. The entire six weeks was a new work out every day! I never got board!!!

I have never lost weight before; I have been living life not worrying about what I eat and how much I exercise. My weight became too much and I started to feel uncomfortable in my own skin! I knew I had to change. I was on Facebook and seen a post about a 6 week 20lbs challenge. They said to sign up and go to orientation. So I went!
I was super impressed. The owner of the company was there to tell us about their gym and the 6week challenge they offer. He was real!! No fake words about how easy it is or how you can loose weight by just joining. He explained that it will be hard work and takes dedication. I knew he was telling the truth. The price of the challenge was pretty high. They also talked about the fact that you can get your money back if you reach your 20lbs goal! There was also a BMI stipulation. This made me kind of skeptical as most companies just want the money then they don’t pay attention to you any more. But the owner of the company really encouraged me to join so I did!
I joined the 6 week challenge. At the first meeting where we had to weigh in and take a before picture I was impressed! We had to choose a meal plan. This was very hard for me as I am a vegetarian. I was able to talk to a coach one on one to make a specific meal plan for me. On this day they also talk about products they sell to help with this challenge. Protein powders, EFA’s, Glutamine, Multi-vitamins, and a 21 day detox. No, they did not tell you that you should purchase these items during the orientation. So I had to pay an additional $200 for all the products needed for this challenge. I know some others used different products from other stores that may have worked.
In order to get your money back you must meet the 20lbs, BMI, and complete 30 workouts. The workouts were amazing!! They are classesS, not just work out on your own.The classes were all throughout the day so it was easy to go during my busy work weeks. They even have classes on the weekends! I never did the same work out the entire 6 weeks. The one hour workout went so fast! There would be one coach teaching the class. It would seem like you would get left out but not at all! The coach would watch everyone all the time to make sure you were doing everything correctly. I was so new to this whole working out thing I had to be corrected many times! It almost felt like I had my own coach. Every coach seemed to love their job and truly like to help people!
Every Monday we would weigh in to make sure we were on track for our 20 pounds lost. Some of my new gym friends fell behind. The coach would talk to them one on one to help change their meal plan or have extra cardio. They wanted you to get your money back. They continued to help everyone out throughout the whole process. They wanted no one left behind! They didn’t care about the money they care about us loosing the weight and being the person we want to be. After my 6 weeks I was able to loose 23 pounds! I could not believe it. I was unable to get to the healthy BMI. They offered for me to put my money into another challenge or even a membership!!! They did not just take my money because I did not meet ALL requirements they let me join as a member and put that money into a membership! Now I will be a member of the gym so I can keep that weight off and get to a healthy BMI. I LOVE RESULTS! IT WORKED FOR ME! --- NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO WRITE EVERYTHING I WANTED TO SAY!

I highly recommend this gym. Coaches are very supportive, exercise program is challenging and fun at the same time. Although I did not lose the 20lbs many others did. I have seen great results from the change in eating and workouts so I continued attending Results after my challenge ended.

Results Gym was one of the best decisions I have made for myself! I stepped up to the 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge and completed it successfully! Although it was not easy, it was well worth it! I learned how to properly weigh and measure my portions, food prep and push myself outside of my comfort zone. I finally stopped making all the excuses to not lose weight, put effort and will power above all and conquered something that needed to be done! I'm 20lbs lighter, healthier, stronger and feel great! The only reason why my review is missing the 5th star is because the gym has no fans and the lighting is terrible, other than that I love it!
