From the second you walk through the doors, you immediately feel like part of a team. From the associate at the front desk, to the trainer, and to the other members, they all are there to help you achieve whatever you are shooting for. The trainers are knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness and are genuinely concerned for you and your goals. Have an injury you’re trying to recover from? No problem. The trainers know exactly how to modify every exercise so that you will not further injure yourself, and also possibly become stronger in that area and speed up the recovery process. Since coming to The12, I’ve become physically and mentally stronger. Thank you for all that you do The12 HB and can’t wait to crush some more workouts!

This is the first gym I’ve ever been excited to go to. The trainers are full of energy and know how to pump you up. They have a team aspect and make you feel so welcomed. Brooke, Taylor and Sara are all great (I haven’t actually had any other trainers yet.. so the others could be awesome too!). I love that it’s mostly weight training and some cardio. My heart rate stays up.. I average 500-600+ calories burned each class and it’s from weight lifting. Using this to tone and look super fit. Instead of my usual run on the treadmill where I had no results for 6 months.

Love, love, love The 12'." Best time of the day is driving to The 12 and afterwards driving to work, because I feel so great! Last year I wasn't able to do bench moguls, box jumps or jump lunges, I was in awe watching others who were able to do these exercises, now I'm one of those others.

This is a great workout program! The energy in the class is great, the trainers are great, and the community is great. It challenges me much more than other circuit programs like Orange Theory or Barry's Bootcamp. Would highly recommend!

The 12 just has that different feel from other gyms. The relationships you build with the trainers and other members make coming to the gym not a chore every morning, but exciting! I have worked out at the Camp, which I still love, and also a local and similar establishment. The difference for me is that The 12 takes your workout game to a whole new level. The entire staff, including the members, all make you feel like your family from the moment you walk in. I cannot say enough great things about The 12. I wish I would have found them earlier!

Wow this place, the trainers and lastly the people are all AWESOME ! The first day I was nervous but once I walked into there doors I was welcomed with smiles and positivity. Everyone who is apart of the 12 are super nice and extremely helpful.
I also enjoy the music they play, I wish I could have the playlists.

Taylor at the12 in HB is everything!!! The staff, the workouts, Taylors motivation, clarity and spirit keeps us coming back! The facility is clean, modern equipment, doesn’t smell like most gyms and there’s always clean towels and coffee!! I look forward to my workouts that I previously dreaded. I’ve already brought a friend with a free pass you guys gave me and she loved it! She may bring her daughter!!! Love this place!

By far the best gym out there!! I tried it for the first time, just from driving by and after my first class I was sold. The energy, intensity and motivation from the trainers goes such a long way and gives you that momentum you need to push for your goals. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly - it’s very community oriented! For whatever reason you’re training for, the 12 is the place to be!

I have tried multiple bootcamps and spin classes etc. and I can honestly say none of them compare to The12! The work outs are for every type of person no matter what your fitness level is. You feel welcome and everyone is so nice! Taylor is the trainer that I have been taking classes with and she is AWESOME! Funny, kind, encouraging and pushes you to be your very best!! They have a free two day to give it a try! YOU WILL GET HOOKED!

Intense, time effective workout. Basically circuit training on steroids (but no actual steroids). Just lean muscle building cardio and some weighted exercises, with some TRX thrown in. Beginner friendly, but can be as hard as you make it. Plenty of parking, clean, showers, towels (!), cubbies, and even coffee/protein available.

Brooke is the Best trainer at “The 12” in Huntington Beach! She’s motivating, positive, inspiring and so passionate at her job!!! The people that come into the 12 are the best! SECOND TO NONE! The 12 is awesome! I love that I can target specific muscles groups on certain days of the week! The small group setting is really fun and the more you go, the more you start to see the same people and can encourage each other. Get your high five game on point because you'll be passing them out left and right as the "community" vibe is strong once you're in the 12 family! The entire staff is always smiling and happy to see you or answer any supplement questions, or offer advice for alternative movements to the day's exercises. Special shout out to Brooke & Jared, they make the challenging work outs fun, entertaining, and their DJ skills are on point! Straight up...I'd challenge you to join and not regret it.

AWESOME!!! I’ve been doing spin classes for a long time, which is an amazing cardio workout. After losing a ton of weight over the last couple years, I now wanted to start incorporating upper body and core into my workouts. Enter, The12! My wife was going here and suggested that it would be a great compliment to my spin classes and was she ever right!!! (Wait, did I say that out loud?) Just by coming to The12 for the past month, I’ve already lost about 4% body fat! The staff and trainers are top notch and truly care about you and your fitness goals. There are so many perks that you get with The12, but you’ll have to find out for yourself. Give it a try and I promise you won’t regret it!

Tomorrow will be my 2 full week at the 12 HB. I love the workouts and how hard we are pushed at our levels, but honestly that’s just kinda the icing on the cake. The atmosphere and people that makeup the 12 make me literally wanna be there all the time (which I guess explains how on earth I get myself to finish 2adays haha.) Jessica and Lauren Handeling all the front of the house stuff make me feel like family the moment I walk in the door-And the trainers, Keith and Jessica are so involved with every member from knowing their injuries or goals to knowing there intrests and outside the gym life. Its not common to find somewhere that you feel known. It really makes getting your head in the right place easy knowing there are so many people that are for you. Its honestly inspiring to see such a solid community of people with the goal of creating healthing environment To bring people into and send them out of! Do I recommend this gym to friends and family? YES!!!

I started off as a weekend warrior going to The 12 in Irvine and Costa Mesa with my wife, Luisa. As a pay per session client, I have always enjoyed the workouts but I could not go during the week because of my job location. When I heard they were opening up another facility in Huntington Beach, I could not wait to join as a full time member and make it a part of my weekly routine. The 12 has really helped balance my life after a long, stressful day at work!

I attend the 6:30pm class most weekdays. Jessica is a positive trainer who is energetic and runs the class like a ball of fire! She will push you to workout hard while challenging you to become better and stronger.

The Huntington Beach location is great! If you are looking for a gym with motivated people to workout with and be met with wonderful trainers and staff to help encourage you throughout your fitness journey, this would be the place for you!

If you’re looking for the most intense but awesomely fun workout, come here! Keith is one of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working out with. And as he says it, “embrace the burn!!” It’s the fastest hour of my life so I can keep coming back because I don’t feel like I’m stuck in a gym for 4 hours. You’re getting the same results from a much better environment. People are great, music is upbeat, and the exercises are constantly changing so you know you’re working out every muscle of your body and not being bored with the same routine. Both Jessica’s are amazing too! Jess at the front and jess the trainer are both adorable smiley people and I’m always happy to see them. Highly recommend going here!!

I have been a trainer for 6 years now, in and out of different gym so I've seen a TON of different trainers in my life! I can honestly say Keith is one of the best trainers I've seen so far! As a trainer I tend to be pretty critical on who I alllow to train me, but Keith absolutely KILLS it! Not only does he know what he's talking about in the gym and gets you PUMPED up to be there, he is so genuine! He loves on EVERYONE that walks through that door, and you can tell he loves his job so much. He eats, sleeps, breaths 12 nation!! It's contagious!

The work outs are incredible! They cater to everyone, from someone trying to get in shape, to body builders! It all about what YOU can do, and going at your own pace!

Everyone is so welcoming in there, and genuinely excited to see you when you Walk through those doors! The 12 truly has become my second home!

I can't emphasize enough how much I love this place and how much it has changed my life. What started as a physical fitness goal to shed a few pounds turned into something so much more special that holds so much value in my heart.

Growing up, I've always struggled with fitness and weight balance. Like everyone, I was extremely insecure to go to the gym and when I did, I would just go on the cardio machines. If you're anything like me, I can promise you that this place will change your life.

As soon as you walk into the doors, you are automatically greeted with sincerity. I've had the pleasure of signing up with Tall Jess and Small Jess and they're just not my "gym" people, they're definitely my girlfriends because they're so effen amazing. They're super sweet and super knowledgable and they will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Jess also told me before I started, we are a community here and everyone just wants to send positive vibes all around. She was not lying. Its not just their trainers/staff that sends out amazing vibes, its everyone there as well. Everyone that sees me struggle and turns around to tell me "YOU GOT THIS!" or just a simple high five at the end after the worst 45 seconds of a circuit. Its so amazing being apart of something that wants to push everyone to their best potential. Thats what people search for right?

Their workouts are amazing and never duplicated, I always leave that place with a sore body part and it makes feel my worth in the end. I feel stronger each time and I know my physical and mental state of mind is changing for the better.

The 12 Huntington Beach has honestly been a huge blessing in my life. I've always been pretty active but not so much consistent. I got really out of shape this past summer and was looking to get back into shape when my friend invited me to The 12. I was very nervous after seeing some of the post, thinking there is no way I can do these workouts; especially being out of shape. But! I went anyways and guess what? I survived! This gym is for EVERYONE! It doesn't matter where you are at in your fitness journey; you start where you're at and everything can be modified. I went that first day and have fallen in love with this place and have continued going ever since. Never have I craved working out in my life. This gym is a perfect balance of having a lot of fun and busting your ass at the same time. AND! the trainers are amazing; especially KEITH and the front desk chick is a babe and so friendly. This gym will turn into your second home and they will become like family! I highly recommend checking The 12 HB out; your health and fitness is always worth the investment!
