This place is awesome and I highly recommend AOP to any pitchers who are seeking to make it to the next level. When I walked in the first day I was underweight, had previous back and shoulder issues making it difficult for me to lift properly and throw. After explaining my situation to them they worked around what I could and couldn’t do by giving me lifts that didn’t put strain on my back while still building the muscle I desperately needed. As for my shoulder pain, they immediately got me in with a PT to see if there was any damage, luckily there wasn’t. They used that visit to build a specific recovery throwing program to get me where I needed to be, I went from not being able to throw a baseball without pain to pitching in fall ball games with zero pain while also gaining velocity. Art, Fred, Silver, and Mikey were awesome and very knowledgeable to work with this summer.

Next level facility, serious inquiries only! If you are looking to take your Pitching to the next level, AOP is a place to be. Took my son there two years ago started throwing low 80, Now sitting low 90s topping 94. I invested my time and money into my son and his hard work is paying off. He now competes at the D1 level and plays at cal State Bakersfield. Expensive? Not for you then. Investment in your child, then it’s for you! The choice is yours…

AOP is the place to be if you want to be better as a pitcher. I walked into AOP throwing low 80’s, one year later at AOP and now Im sitting lows 90’s touching 94. Art and Fred gave me a plan, I bought in and got the results I was looking for. AOP helped me become a under average highschool Pitcher throwing low 80’s to a D1 Pitcher throwing 94 in one year.

If you’re looking for a place to train, a place that isn’t just going to feed you sweet lies & has transparency this is the place to go. Don’t expect to come here and be told you’ll have it all figured out just because you’re paying top dollar. Put in the work, put in the time & you will see results. There is no timeframe for results so if you’re looking to go from 75-99 in two weeks this is most definitely not the place for you. I came here after being a shortstop my entire life, completely converted into a pitcher & spent 7 months making the switch from a lifetime SS to pitcher. I signed a contract in the first 3 months training here. Parents— there’s a common misconception that because you pay for something you’ll automatically get something in return. This is true if you and your child are WORKING hard at the right things for an extended duration and not just checking a box. I have been in professional baseball for going on 3 years and these are the exact people your children need to be exposed too. AOP provides the tools to be successful— it’s up to you to apply it and work for it.

I Moved across the country just to work with Art and Fred. It was worth every penny. They work with you everyday and make sure you understand what you’re doing on every drill. If you want to get better go to AOP!

I would never recommend this program to anyone . Art does not care about any of these kids just see them as profit . I had my son in the program for six months and never seen any progression. A waste of time and more importantly money for my Son.who is looking to play D1 baseball. STAY AWAY**** Stay away**** **STAY AWAY****

Just stopped in to see what it was all about , talked to Freddy. Asks him if they needed a bullpen catcher for their lessons and he said no. Used to do it for other facilities and they paid a few bucks.
Still looks like a great place to hone your skills. Would definitely check it out if you’re looking to step up your baseball game.

Been to every major training facility in the country. I swear by this facility and getting better every day. This facility is not comparable to any facility in California. If you want to go to the next level train here!

AOP is the best throwing facility in Southern California. They’re very knowledgeable as far as making a plan for each individual and assessing flaws in throwing mechanics. The facility has top tier technology and everything you need to get better.

Incredible experience. If you are looking to take your game to the next level, and are serious about your future as an athlete, and a baseball player, then I highly recommend giving this place your attention. All they do is produce results, and there are some of the best in the business. Professional training and MLB coaching can’t make for a better spot to improve your career. Don’t wait. Start making dreams a reality.

Overrated. The owner kept upselling his pitching program. He is always after you for signing up more packages. Expensive for this big group of workout. Will not recommend to anyone.

Art dialed in the pitching mechanics of my high school athlete. He gained velocity and control going through the program. They have modern equipment and is there 1:1 with his players for instructions.
