Bar is my "go to" work out.. Fast paced, fun, bang for your buck.. Instructors are knowledgable and keep us in the proper position for best results... Having a firm/fit body is important to me for my appearance, overall well being, not to mention, skiing, golf, and swimming.. I'm so grateful that I found Bar when I was in need of a personal trainer to rebuild my thigh after a spell of a bulging disc.. It fit the bill and I've exceeded my goals.. I would and do recommend Bar anyone seeking a better body!
