In-home personal training service where we bring the full gym experience to your home! We provide all the equipment from the dumbbells to barbells, kettlebells, battle rope, stability ball, bench, squat rack, resistance bands and more! Our inventory designed around functionality and space so even a small 10x10 ft room can still fit all of this equipment! Already have home gym equipment? No problem, we'll send a trainer over to train you with what you got!
We offer packages from multiple sessions at a discounted rate to our Wellness and Intro to the Gym Packages!
Consultations are always free, ask us any questions you have so you are comfortable and confident choosing us as your health and fitness professional

Kyle built a structured, varied and engaging workout program for me and my wife, with each week’s plans tailored to us individually. He’s been really kind, methodical and scientific in helping us each get back in to the gym, relearning weight and resistance training as we go. Kyle tracks the progress session to session and so over the course of several months we’ve been able to see the evidence of how we’ve advanced be it reps on certain movements or tracking the weights we are lifting. He has also been very thoughtful in helping us manage injuries and chaotic schedules with a baby! we’ve mostly used Kyle and the Bay Fitness team in our home gym but it’s been fun to mix it up and use Kyle’s facility for some sessions.

I was in search for someone that would be knowledgeable how to work with my personal challenges scoliosis etc and wanted to make sure I found someone with an excercise background so I would be safe and be able to gain strength and not hurt myself. Kyle is great. He came assessed and each week I get stronger - and I see it from my balance, to how I move to carrying things and even walking up hills.
He's both patient and encouraging!

My daughter gifted me a consultation with Kyle (whom she chose after doing some in-depth research) and after a phone interview regarding my goals and concerns about my physical health he came to my home for an hour long session and it CHANGED MY LIFE! Kyle is great at gently leading you through stretches and exercises to safely build strenght and flexibility throughout the entire body. He is studying to get a PhD in Kinesiology (the study of movement among other things) and it shows. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Did a terrific set of four workout sessions with Evan Coleman and could not speak highly enough about working with him. I've just turned 40 and wanted to design a routine that helps me set the stage for another 40 years of strength, balance, and flexibility, and Evan created a great set of various exercises that helped expand my fitness 'vocabulary' as well as ensure that I am using proper form and won't end up injuring myself by pushing too hard. I am a relative workout / fitness novice and he was thoughtful, encouraging, supportive, and just overall great to work with. Highly, highly recommended.

I've been working with the Bay Fitness for almost 4 months for strength training and coordination. I've had the pleasure of working with Kyle, the founder and more recently, new addition Evan. What a great experience I've had with both of these guys. They are up-beat, optimistic and encouraging. I've been impressed with Evan's knowledge of physiology and how to exercise and build strength safely. I know this is hard to believe, but I actually LOOK FORWARD to our work out sessions! No distractions, one on one attention and guidance. It's been such a good experience for me, that I'm about to undertake my next 2 month coaching session! I recommend Evan wholeheartedly!

My family discovered Kyle (The Bay Fitness). They wanted to get in better shape after Covid but busy work schedules and kids made going to a gym challenging. But since Kyle comes to your home it makes it easy to fit in and maintain. Kyle is knowledgeable, experienced and a great guy. However, I think the biggest benefit is that he is able to work with each person in a unique way that takes into account their goals, fitness level and any injury or age issues. For example, he works with my 14 year old granddaughter on learning how to exercise and me (a 73 year old senior) on balance, core and strength training. I highly recommend Kyle if you want to feel and look better and have a higher quality of life.

I was told Kyle at the Bay Fitness was THE man to go to for my issue. I was training for a half and a full marathon and injured my hip, unable to run. I went to Kyle and he focused on form and strength to help me get back on track. We weren't sure I could get the half- but with Kyle's help and my determination, I was able to run a half marathon last week. I am a true believer in Kyle's training. He is also fun to work with and gives lots of Friends references, which is one of my favorite shows. If you're looking for results, Kyle is the man to go to. I am forever grateful for his training and am looking forward to more sessions of his while training for the full marathon.

Kyle has knowledge and experience that is very hard to find. I have been able to coordinate strength training for youth soccer players, led by Kyle. He is detail oriented, thoughtful, and has purpose behind everything he does with all of his clients. He makes a genuine effort to suit his client’s needs and assist them in improving performance, strength, endurance, etc. Every player that worked with him gained valuable knowledge on strength training and a better understanding of how their bodies work. Kyle has been great! He gave us our training program and demonstrated every exercise with us and also watched us do them. We like the program so much. We asked him to schedule a second program for us and he came back last week and he even let me videotape him so that we can see the exercises if we forget what each one is. I've worked with a lot of trainers, and Kyle is head and shoulders better than the rest. He's knowledgable, attenttive, and tailors workouts to your specific needs + goals. I had a shoulder injury that limited my bench progress for a long time, and over the last few years he’s helped me get to a point where I could move more weight than before the injury (never thought that could happen). I can’t recommend him enough!

If you are looking for an expert in the field of exercise to help you get your fitness back on track, look no further than the Bay Fitness! I have been a member of countless gyms, worked out with many personal trainers, and participated in tons of online classes, and I can say with complete confidence that Kyle is the best personal trainer I have ever met. His attention to detail, expertise, and patience are above and beyond. Kyle was recommended to me by my physical therapist, as a trustworthy personal trainer who could help me get back in shape after recovering from a shoulder injury, and being forced to take a break from my sport of horseback archery while I healed up. Not to mention I was 6 months away from my wedding, and feeling motivated to look my best!
At first I will admit I was hesitant to have a personal trainer bring equipment to my home, and wasn't sure how the logistics would work out with my husband also working from home. After only 1 session I was hooked! Kyle makes it so easy for me to stay on track with my regular workouts, he arrives early and skillfully sets up everything in my small living room. Kyle creates customized workouts for me to target my fitness goals, and I am always blown away by how great I feel after our workouts!
After an injury it can be scary to get back in the swing of exercise, but after 6 months of working with Kyle I am in the best shape of my life, I haven't re-injured my shoulder, I am back to competing in horseback archery again, and everyone told me how great I looked in my wedding dress! I am forever grateful to the Bay Fitness team!!

Kyle is a great trainer and I’ve had a few. He comes with a well thought-out workout plan and any or all the equipment needed to carry out your sessions. I had a previous shoulder injury and he has tailored each session to maximize strengthening and retraining to avoid irritation or re-injury.

I signed up for a marathon and didn't train. I was 13 weeks out when I realized I would need help. So I contacted The Bay Fitness. Kyle was so sure I could be ready for the race, even though I wasn't so sure. Our first session was great. He talked me through all of the exercises and the reason behind them, which was helpful for me. And I had a plan... which was so important!
We do weekly check ins on form and how my body is feeling.
It's been four weeks - and I can tell you, his method works!
I already PR'ed a half marathon in my training and added weight to my exercises. I didn't even notice I was improving and getting stronger.
I highly recommend Kyle and The Bay Fitness. No matter what your goals are, or how experienced you are.
