Any reviewer knows that sometimes we aren't fortunate enough to go back to an establishment and try them out again once they have been reviewed. Luckily enough I was able to return and experience Beat Fitness again and witness the improvements first hand.

Although the parking situation is still the same, the major and best improvement is the variety of classes. Now they have BEATography which creatively mixes dance moves and strength fitness into a unique and fun experience. They offer a kickass BEATCardio class they will get you toned and ripped.

I am a huge fan of dance fitness and Tiffany is the absolute best instructor. Tiffany's patient, energetic, and an overall motivational instructor. She kept the class feeling sexy and encouraged us to keep pushing forward. She teaches mostly to the beat which makes more sense to me since I am not a trained dancer, and her moves were easy enough to follow BUT provided an intense workout. I was left feeling sore.

Some Tips
1. If you are attending Booty Burlesque bring some heels to feel extra sexy. (Its not mandatory but adds some flare to your moves)
2. Your first class is still free. So if you are unsure if you want a full commitment you can always try it out.
3. You don't have to book online. Just show up day of and pay as you go. Super easy

I love this place - got an unlimited deal from Living Social and it's totally worth it! The work outs are hard but lots of fun! You won't make it through an entire session if you go full-paced. But I think that's great - give you something to keep moving towards. The instructions are amazing. I have no idea where they get so much energy from. They'll do the majority of the workout with you with incredible energy and then do another session right afterwards. They're amazing and something to aspire to.

The music is awesome and often goes along with the movements your doing, but isn't typical pop or mainstream songs. Sessions usually last over an hour and instructors come around the room to make sure you're doing it right. While it's hard and they combo leg, arms, and cardio all into one movement (rather than having obvious specific "sections"), it's also lots of fun as the movements are interesting and different than a lot of other places I've gone.
