Jimmy is a knowledgeable and kind trainer. He quickly learns what you can handle and helps to give you a push when he thinks you need. Workouts are filled with variety week to week. The facility is new and clean.

Jimmy’s a great trainer! Every week it’s something different which is what I need and the muscles hurt so good afterwards! He gives us lots of great strength training exercises and a nice clean facility to train in. Highly recommend!

My 11-year-old son is a junior golfer, and he’s been doing golf-specific training with Coach Jimmy here. Jimmy is amazing — super professional, super fun, and he really knows how to get kids excited about training. Honestly, it’s pretty incredible how much my son looks forward to every session now.

As an athlete, he needs good overall performance, and after a few months we can clearly see he’s getting stronger, more coordinated, and more confident. The Block is definitely a place we’d recommend. Coach Jimmy pays attention to every little detail and has so much knowledge. We’re really grateful for everything he’s done!

Training at The Block has been a game changer! I’m 30 years old and am used to just lifting a few days a week on my own but wanted to see more practical results for strengthening the muscles for my golf swing and improving my mobility. I started working out with Trainer Jimmy Le and he curates an exercise program focused on exactly those goals and pushes my limits with every session. He has a deep bag of effective exercises and is really knowledgeable of how it relates to the golf swing! For me, it’s really great to find a trainer that I can talk fitness, golf, and trust that he cares about seeing me improve. I’ve already noticed my golf swing becoming more fluid and faster (swing speed going from 117 to 120+ mph) after just a few sessions.

The gym has state of the art equipment, the trainers are all super friendly, music is always in good taste, and it’s just a great, non-intimidating environment to workout in. Def recommend seeing Jimmy Le and checking this place out!

I love working out at The Block! My trainer Jimmy Le is awesome! He comes up with workout routines that are fun, yet challenging and he helps me to work out muscles I didn’t even know I had! Not only that, but Jimmy is so nice and genuinely wants to help you reach your fitness goals - whether you are already in good shape/ athletic or just getting into working out, I highly recommend The Block Performance Center and if you're looking for a new personal trainer, Jimmy is your guy!

So grateful to have found The Block and trainer Jimmy Le. At 56, had put on weight, lost energy. Jimmy designed great workouts for me that were challenging, but not crushing. Really well equipped gym, but not overcrowded. I feel like a new man, and look forward to every session.

Enjoyed it so much, have my 16 year old son working out there as well. He’s never enjoyed the gym, until now. Would give my highest recommendation for anyone looking to get in better shape.

Such a first class facility and group of trainers. I've worked with Mike Garza "Garza Fit" for years, and honestly, I will never to go back to winging my fitness program ever again. Not only does Mike continuously change my fitness program to keep things fresh, he gives me alternative workouts for when I am out of town and in places where gym access may be limited.
As an adult, I can't recommend him enough. But he also has a ton of youth athletes he works with. If I had kids, they'd be clients too!

The best place I’ve ever come across for everything training and performance. Not only the best trainers in the business but the best people who genuinely care about their clients success. Every person I’ve come across in that gym (clients included) are incredible people, striving for more and having fun while they do it.
