I'm a newbie to Blueprint and working out in general. Gyms can be intimidating but at Blueprint I was welcomed and comfortable from day one. All of the trainers are genuine, motivating, and friendly. I highly recommend the Diamond program. It's more expensive but a worthwhile investment, especially if you're trying to work on your lifting technique.

If you want to take your work out to the next level The Blue Print is where you need to be. The best coaches, the environment is so positive and the My Zone tracking is Awesome, in 4wks. I've lost 2% body fat and I burn 600 to 680 calories every workout. THIS MUST BE YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION. You won't regret it.

This gym is the real deal. Kyle and the entire Blue Print team are absolutely amazing. They've created such a welcoming and motivating environment that makes you actually want to show up and push yourself. They're always there to support you, keep you on track, and help you hit your goals.
I especially love the big classes—there’s just something about being surrounded by a group of people all pushing themselves at the same time that drives me to work even harder. It’s such an inspiring atmosphere.
I can't say enough good things about Kyle and how he runs this gym. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely fun to be around. What an awesome, well-spoken guy with a true passion for helping others succeed.

By far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The staff is always welcoming and motivate you through every workout. Good, clean, equipment and overall a great environment. Don't be worried if you're new. They will help you out every step of the way. I highly recommend going here if you want to get back into shape or get healthier. I love this place.

I’ve been coming to Blueprint for about 4ish months now, and it’s become my new addiction. My problem with working out is I can never keep track of what I’m doing, come up with new and exciting movements, and motivate myself on my own to keep going when I get tired. Blueprint has solved all those problems. Each workout is different and they fly by, and I always leave feeling better about myself and my day. On top of all of that, all of the coaches/ trainers are probably some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are just so supportive and encouraging. They’ve been amazing to work with and are all so easy to talk to. I go every week day and someone asked me recently which day is my favorite, and I honestly couldn’t pick - 20/10 experience so far and I highly recommend if you are looking for a good sweat with some good people.

This gym is one-of-kind! I’ve been on ClassPass for the better half of a year and found them thru that app. I can proudly say this was the only gym to ever make me want to get off ClassPass and actually sign up for a membership! The coaches are top tier & invested in you and your fitness journey, the community aspect is unmatched (everyone is so kind), and the facility is clean, stalked with so much equipment AND not to mention they always play the best music. I’m so grateful I tried a class here on a random Tuesday because im hooked. I've been coming to this gym (specifically for personal training with Danny) for the last 3ish months. During this time, I've lost close to 10 pounds & gained muscle during it - to me this is a huge success because I have a super busy schedule with work & little kids that make eating clean & finding time to exercise difficult. With Danny's coaching and motivation, I've been able to learn what fuels the body & make adjustments to my diet and physical activity routines that are manageable for my lifestyle & goals. The learnings I receive from Danny lasts way beyond the hour we spend at the gym - his influence sticks with me as I make choices throughout the rest of the week, and that is extremely valuable/ beneficial for anyone who's trying to sustainably improve their day-to-day towards a healthier self.

Not a gym girl but personal training with Danny is just the right flow for me. He has great energy and thorough with his workouts. I am not in shape at all and needed the right program to fit my needs, Danny is it. Just the right motivation and knows where my limits are. I actually look forward to our workouts and feel great the whole time. I appreciate that he recognizes when I need to take a break or little longer between sets. He makes me feel at ease and comfortable in my own skin. His music playlists sets the right mood to get it done.
The facility is very clean and organized, every trainer I've encountered is friendly and encouraging, even the other members root you on. You feel like you belong.
This is a great space with good people, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Blueprint LA brought me life! I was so bored of working out using an app but I hated going to the gym. I never knew what to do and what machine does what for my body. A friend told me about BPLA, and I was very adamant at first, oh no, another gym and more expensive than my app. I tried it for 3 days and was HOOKED! I love the group setting, everyone is in it together and giving their all in that hour. The workouts are always different and I don’t even have to think about it like I would at a regular gym, just tell me what to do! I have seen progress in the last 4 months, but most importantly, I feel strong. The coaches are amazing—so motivating and knowledgeable. AND last but not least, I’m soooooo impressed that they know EVERYONE’s names and make you feel like you’re family. Thank you, BPLA coaches!

The BPLA is an amazing gym. I've been a member for a few years now and every time I leave class I feel like I have accomplished something great.
Coming out of the pandemic, I was in search for a new gym. Personally, I am the type of gym goer that needs someone to tell me what to do or else I'll just wander the gym aimlessly without any purpose. Also, I'm very socially awkward, so approaching people and finding connections is very difficult for me at times. Entering this environment, I automatically feel welcomed and energized to tackle the exercises ahead of me. All the gym members are so nice and supportive. The way the classes are formatted are perfect for my needs as well: there are specific exercises to follow, but you are working out at your own pace. Finally, the coaches here are so friendly and encouraging. They are constantly pushing me to continue even if it looks like I'm ready to give up.

Came to this gym with the goal of supplementing my normal workout routine over the summer with a few extra classes here and there. Ended up loving the environment and workouts so much that I cancelled my outside membership and went all in with BPLA. Great gym! I went here for about a year and unfortunately, due to a new work schedule. I can’t make it to the gym frequently enough. They have great workouts themed to the days of the week – turbo Tuesdays throwdown Thursdays, and Savage Saturdays are the best. The coaches are great and I still try to make it to the free community workouts when they have them. It’s a perfect workout schedule for people who like to push the envelope.

The Blueprint LA found me at the perfect time in my life. It was 2022 and gyms were just opening back up. I was craving a new gym with a positive vibe and great culture. I never been one to post, or rate restaurants or establishments- but when I was asked to share my experience at BluePrint, I had to share.
I’m one who has been active during my entire life but recently ( the last 6 years) I had a lot of issues with my hips, holding me back from living and being active. Finally, after undergoing 2 surgeries- I’m back to being active. Recently, I was referred to BluePrint. I’m a member at another gym, and I thought to myself, why would I ever join another gym- and have 2 memberships?
My friend gave me a guest pass, and I thought, why not go & see what it is all about.
Now, 2 weeks in, i couldn’t imagine not having BluePrint!
It’s an energy & a vibe you don’t feel with a traditional gym. The coaches are amazing and really want to help you. ( not just on the workout floor but with your personal goals)

Absolutely love this gym! The coaches are always so welcoming and supportive and friendly. They check in all the time and try to help in anyway possible. One random thing that I also love is when I first started I obviously didn’t know everyone and different classes you get chances to meet different coaches. Coaches I barely even met knew who I was. I’ve noticed that with any new comer they know who you are which makes it feel even more comfortable when beginning a new gym that you may feel nervous or shy. It’s welcoming.

Blueprint LA has been incredible! I wanted to challenge myself, and this place definitely knows how to make that happen. The workouts are meticulously designed, and the trainers consistently help correct your form. The classes are bustling with energy, and the two rotating trainers ensure you get the attention you need.
The gym itself is fantastic—spacious, with a unique blend of indoor and outdoor areas that give off major camp vibes. It’s especially great in the summer, allowing you to soak up some sun while working out.

Athletic workout - mostly cardio and strength with other modalities mixed in. I personally love the programming. It can be overwhelming at first but the members are friendly and helpful. Smile and follow the leader and you’re golden. Nice big warehouse space. Chilly in the a.m. but the coaches guide you through a good warm-up. The coaches are knowledgeable, upbeat and encouraging. I always appreciate the feedback and correction on form. They really seal the deal for me. I am consistently challenged. I arrive with a nervous energy, get my booty kicked, but leave feeling pretty darn accomplished. Check it out!

Being an introvert and shy, I was hesitant to come to BPLA not knowing what to expect and being out of shape. Coach Chelsea kept answering all my questions/concerns and when I finally took my first class, everyone welcomed me in and checked in to make sure I was doing ok. Just an update… I love this place! So much more than a gym… great daily classes, specialized programs, community workouts to benefit great cause, multiple challenges so you never get stagnant or bored and their personalized training is above and beyond the rest. I absolutely love this gym! The Blueprint is more than just an amazing gym and great workout, it's a community of people who motivate and push you to achieve your fitness goals. The staff and members are friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I've never been a part of a gym quite like The Blueprint where the trainers are high-energy and constantly checking in on your progress. I used to be a regular at this gym, attending diligently every day at 5 am and putting in my best effort. There's no denying that the gym has a flashy appeal, with excellent installations, cleanliness, and an impressive array of new and well-maintained equipment. However, my experience left me wanting in a few key aspects.
The gym's strength lies in its aesthetics and equipment quality. It's organized and visually appealing, making it a pleasant place to work out. But when it comes to achieving personal fitness goals, I found myself lacking the necessary support and attention.
One significant drawback was the lack of individualized attention. The classes were often crowded, making it difficult for trainers to focus on the needs of each participant. Consequently, I struggled to receive proper guidance on my form and technique during movements. This lack of personalized feedback hindered my progress and left me feeling like just another face in the crowd.
Another concern was the fast-paced nature of the classes. With numerous exercises packed into a single session, it was challenging to concentrate on personal records or track my progress effectively. I often felt rushed from one exercise to another, making it difficult to gauge my growth over time.
What disappointed me the most was the gym's apparent emphasis on marketing and self-promotion. While the gym produced flashy, overly edited videos of their coaches and events, I would have preferred to see more attention directed towards the clients. It felt like the gym was more interested in showcasing its image than in genuinely helping its members achieve their fitness goals.
To be clear, the coaches were extremely friendly, but their inability to provide one-on-one attention limited the overall effectiveness of their guidance. Personalized support is crucial for anyone serious about their fitness journey, and this was where the gym fell short for me.

I was bullied and attacked most of my childhood so walking into new places with large groups of people can be intimidating and scary. Blueprint LA (BPLA) was the first gym I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed the first day.
I found Blueprint LA after I posted on Hermosa Forum (Facebook Group) looking for a personal trainer to get ready for my wedding. Coach Melissa answered my post. She was the one who first introduced me to BPLA and I will be forever grateful for her.
I did personal training with Coach Melissa and Coach Shannan. I never felt alone. They have made such an incredible difference in my life. They helped me realize that if I am committed to something, there is nothing that will stop me from achieving what I want to achieve. Both trainers have pushed me to train harder than I would ever push myself. They continually inspire me to try things at a level higher than where my comfort zone lies and it means the world to me. They were patient, flexible to work around my schedule, and checked in on me daily to see how I was feeling after a session or in general. Melissa and Shannan are one-of-a-kind, really care about their clients, and want to make sure they reach their goals. They have helped me achieve an incredibly strong core which has given me more confidence with everything that I do! Thank you Melissa and Shannan for being my coach, friend and inspiration! I truly appreciate you both so much.
BPLA coaches are always positive, encouraging, and full of energy. They are all love what they do and truly motivate and encourage all their members. The classes/workouts are always exciting, challenging & new. Working out has become much more fun because now I actually know what I’m doing with the help of the coaches. Not only am I in better shape now, but I also feel much more confident about myself. These workouts have had a huge positive impact on my life.
Theres a podcast that you can listen to. This podcast helped me relate and connect to many of the coaches at BPLA.
My advice to those setting health and fitness goals is to be patient and consistent, and that the work will pay off. I've been a member of The Blueprint L.A. for more than four years. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and can't imagine ever going to another gym. Every workout is challenging and motivating. The coaches are top-notch. They guide you when you need it, but more than anything give you that special push you need to complete every station. The coaches and many of the members have become friends for life, which is why I love the BPLA community. It's great to see all thew familiar faces every day, but really cool to welcome the new members who come in each and every week. I have done a lot of different gyms, classes and at home workouts but nothing compares to BPLA. I look forward to going and the classes are always tough and productive workouts. I work and have kids and there is still always a class time that works for my schedule and amazing coaches that are intentional and committed at each class. I have gotten so much stronger and I love the community and inclusivity focused Blue Print gym.

The classes are quite chaotic. There are just too many students in a class. Don't get me wrong. The community and the coaches are great, and you can definitely get a good sweat from the workouts.
But for beginners, you won't be able to learn good lifting techniques and movement patterns because of the lack of coaching time.
And for advanced athletes, you won't have the time to build up to your heavy set because they limit the time you have at each station, and most likely you'll be sharing the space with 3+ other people.

I attended my first Blueprint LA Class Sunday, May 21st, with Coach Melissa and Jenn. When I entered the facility, Melissa greeted me with a smile and was SUPER pleasant and inviting. I am super picky with workout circuits and how instructors demo each station, especially being a new bee; however, Melissa did an outstanding job explaining each station. She took little time explaining each station so we could jump into the workout immediately. (when I say she took "little time explaining each station," she provided proper instruction without cutting into the workout time.) The flow of the workout was phenomenal and provided an excellent sweat burn. I was impressed with how Melissa and Jennifer worked the room, and we were readily available to provide form correction when needed.
I would join Blueprint LA today, but unfortunately, I live too far to become a regular member. I will be back, though, mark my words. And a thank you to my wonderful friend Breezy for the invite!

LOVE this gym!! The workouts are always super dynamic and interesting, whether you go on a strength focused day or a cardio focused day. They really do strive to make workouts that work for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned athletes.
I joined after sustaining a serious injury and not being able to exercise for almost a year. I was a strong athlete but lost a lot of my strength and stamina from being inactive during my recovery. I have since gained back the fitness I had prior to my injury, and then some! They are very good at working around injuries and providing modifications, when needed.
The culture of the gym is equally as amazing as the classes they put on. The coaches as well as the members are the kindest, most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. People of all fitness levels are welcomed and motivated to become the best they can be.

Fitness Journey: I grew up playing team sports and love the competition from peers to put in the extra work. Loved working out in my home state of TX at gyms and in groups. However, when I came to LA 10 years ago I was smacked in the face with a narcissistic gym culture. Ultimately I bought home workout equipment, and stuck to outdoor activities, rather than joining CrossFit gyms and group exercise warehouses. BPLA has zero pomp, no narcissism, no requirements other than showing up and putting all you got into a workout, and I really dig that.
I was gifted a free month for X-Mas this past year, I went to classes with an open mind. From the jump, the coaches were genuinely invested in the experience. From taking extra time to explain movements, to reaching out via text to see if I needed anything. BPLA pitches their TRIBE heavily in a way that is genuine rather than gimmicky. There is community, there is healthy competition and support, and it is more than just the physical workout. Owner Kyle Flynn hosted an Annual Planning seminar to kick off the year where he gave us tools that have helped him to become successful in his journey such as keeping a daily plan, writing down annual goals, coming up with 10-20 game changing daily-must-do's to reach a better self, and to pinpoint areas in our life we will no longer tolerate, as some examples. This gym isn't just about the body.. it's about the belief, balance, business.
With all of that said... I'm an outsider by nature, I keep to myself to recharge, and never do I feel pressured to join in on any extra curricular gatherings offered by the "Rip Tribe".... best of all, I don't get any flack for it.. I can be as involved as I want, just show up to the workout, leave it all out on the turf, rinse and repeat without any judgement or pressure to do any more than just that.
Hell of an environment, worth the investment. Monthly it comes out to about the cost of a nice dinner date. I'm glad I was gifted a monthly membership, and I see myself being part of BPLA for as long as I'm in the South Bay.

In November 2022, my soccer career of 18 years came to an end. In the last 4.5 years of my soccer career I was given the opportunity to compete at the division 1 level. But once my senior season came to an end…I felt lost without the high intensity team workouts that I always knew of. I didn’t know where to start or what workouts I should do to help me continue to build muscle and stay strong. So I started to try all different kinds of workout places from hot yoga sculpt to barre to Pilates to spin and more. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. After having two children, I was a bit nervous/intimidated by the thought of working out in a group setting. I’m so glad that I took a chance and signed up for the three day trial. To be honest, all I needed was one day to convince me that I had found something that I loved, something that made me feel like an athelte again! A year (+) later, I feel stronger than I have in a very long time.
So grateful for a place that (finally) convinced me (after a lifetime of just wanting to be skinny) to embrace and appreciate getting stronger!

The workouts are well thought out, challenging, fun and effective, however, as a previous athlete and out of shape mom my favorite part of the workouts is that I feel like I am on a team again, being coached by knowledgeable coaches who push you at just the right time and who leave you be at just the right time. My body has regained a strength it once had when I was younger and I still leave tired (and sore) every day which is exactly what most people are looking for at the gym. If a great intentionally workout is what you're looking for you will get it no question. What you will also get is something that is unique to this special place, something that is unexpected when you step into a gym. You will get a knowledgeable and caring team behind you supporting and cheering you every step of the way, you will make friends to sweat and laugh with, you will feel like a part of something so much bigger than a workout you'll be a part of the "BPLA fam". This place is so much more than just a gym (although I supposed it could be that if that’s what you are looking for) BPLA is filled with love, it is filled with staff and members of all different shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels, who truly and without any ulterior motives want you to succeed. They surround you with kindness, passion, and encouragement from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Going to exercise is now something I look forward to and being at the gym is somewhere I am happy to be. What can I say about this place. From the jump, Kyle and has crew have welcomed me with open arms. The initial connection point was professional and comforting which helped get rid of any anxiety and worry. My 1st class experience was exceptional - the warm, inviting greeting when you enter the door, the clarity in communication and instruction with each station and exercise, to the energy and the encouragement you experience, everything was 1st class. I don’t have experience with the group classes because I have only done private training while at BPLA. Because of this, my relationship is with the coaches and not so much with the community. However, that doesn’t deter the fact that I see how influential this gym is on others. From Instagram posts to seeing classes in session while I’m there, the energy is felt no matter where you are and it’s full of positivity and hope.
BPLA took a chance on having me train at their facility. I am a disabled individual with a progressive neuromuscular disorder. Pretty much my muscles are deteriorating over time and have difficulty walking and maintaining balance. With that being said, physical fitness has been the only thing scientifically proven to halt or slow down progression. Coach Einar and Kyle have given me a safe space to work on myself while being pushed to my limits. I’m surrounded by some of the most genuine, smart, positive and loving coaches at BPLA and I am beyond thankful to be able to train at a place like this.

The first two days I couldn’t finish 3 out of 5 stations, but it became achievable very quick when I saw everyone finishing the 5 stations. And then came the good part that made me love this place, I started having fun, because I learned how to do most of the exercises correct, and I started feeling great about myself when I finish. Vana was very attentive, she never visits a station without correcting someone or encouraging another or making someone’s exercise more challenging. Chelsea would not leave until I do the exercise correct, she does not quit, and she has a great helpful attitude. Many of the coaches there are knowledgeable and informative . My experience in this place is simply amazing.

The Blueprint is one of the best places for your body, mind and soul. Coaches and trainers are top notch; great at finding ways to motivate you and extremely knowledgeable but not pushy they also jump into workouts with you when they aren’t coaching. You aren’t just joining a gym you are joining a community. Both members and coaches are eager to pick you up when you’re down and pump you up higher when you’re already up. With a wide range of fitness options from heavy lifting (with fundamental coaching and variety of specialty classes), HIIT, boxing, yoga and workshops to make sure you stay physically fit this place has become more of a home than a gym and being part of a lot of gyms over the past 20 years I’ve never found one that has the energy the Blueprint has. I have been a member of the Blue Print Community for a year. I signed up because at the time my daughter was a coach and she was always so happy to go to work and she would talk about her amazing coworkers and the loving members that I figured I would give it a try- I was intrigued, what person in the early 29s really loves their hi ??? I have joined other gyms or training programs and within 90 days found myself making excuses as to why I was becoming less and less consistent, but that has not happened at Blue Print!! I actually feel like my week lacks positivity if I don’t make it to class at least 4 times a week. For me it’s a combination of being competitive and not with any member but in my head- I have to meet my Myzone monthly goal- nothing worse than getting to the gym and realizing your my fit band is not in your car —-urghhhh. It also has to do with the amazing people I get to work out with- special the 5:00 AM crew, everyone is so encouraging and welcoming, we are all a different fitness levels but I’ve never felt judged when I can’t do something, like the darn box jumps, I feel encouraged when a toss a tire and I hear “look at you go!!!”, I feel understood after that 5th burpee and another classmates says “WTF- these are stupid!!” Yet we finish the set. But above all, it’s the coaching staff, the amount of care they put into preparing the classes from picking the exercises to the way the stations are set up. I am so grateful for their individual pep talks that make me feel that even though I can’t do a specific activity there are variations that will help me reach my goals without putting my body a risk for injury. If you are looking for a place that will challenge and encourage you, a place with a true sense of community then Blue Print is the place to be.

Blueprint LA is for every body, regardless of your fitness level, they are truly amazing and beyond, I am so happy to have found this gym just a few minutes drive from my house. I struggled with home workouts during Covid shutdown, I was unmotivated and not disciplined, I needed to reclaim my health back and the only way to do this was in a gym like Blueprint LA (and I have found my home!) Blueprint LA has helped me lose 20+ lbs and 12% BF in 4 months of joining (along with a consistent nutrition plan). Blueprint is worth every penny of your monthly dues because 1) Their classes & programmings are EFFECTIVE, fun, exciting, and challenging. They change everyday which is great because it prevents plateaus and keeps you coming back for more. On a personal level, I love their classes because they incorporate movements that move my body (and love to do) from usage of kettlebells to barbells, from plyometrics exercises to hypertrophy. 2) Their coaches are non like the others - real people, caring, kind, very knowledgeable, they want to see you succeed, they love to see you succeed, they create a safe, commUNITY environment. Their energy is so inviting and welcoming, and they know every member's name. 3) The members. Ego out the door when you step into the gym. Every member in this gym has the same goal, and it's to rip & have fun. As mentioned earlier, I struggled with home workouts during the shutdown, but working out with the members here and being part of this community is the best part about showing up. 4) The facility is very clean, huge with plenty of space even with 30 members in one class, with so many equipement choices, I have never felt unsafe or overcrowded. They are always making upgrades and improving the space. They offer 3 day trial, which is what I did first before becoming a member. Take their classes, you will not regret it, and working out will not feel like a "work out" when you're here!

I have just started going to this gym and I’m in love! I think my favorite aspect is the coaches. They are not only encouraging and motivating but they actually help you! They are always walking around helping people with their form!
I also love the space! There is so much room! You are not crammed into a small studio and they have the big sliding door open so you have plenty of fresh air coming through.
The workouts are awesome! I’m in the military and need to be pushed and these workouts will do that!! You can alter to fit your level but no matter what, you’ll leave sweating! I highly recommend taking advantage of their 3 day pass to see if it works for you! You’ll love it!

I hate coming here. I hate it. Hold on, no wait yes I hate it. But yeah. I actually show up. Of all the gyms over the years that I’ve helplessly wasted money on each month wondering why I don’t go in and cancel, this is the only gym that I actually show up to. Not perfectly, sometimes I fall off the wagon. And I still hate exercising no matter what form it comes in. But I still come here. I know the people, they know I complain all the time and they still support me. And I’ve made enough friends who make me come back no matter how long of a streak I have of laziness. The moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiles. Smiles from the coaches & those attending 9am on a Turbo Tuesday! As a 1st timer & someone who didn't workout for months, I was happy to have the support of the coaches. They acknowledged me & allowed me to modify some exercises. I've been going to BPLA for over 2 years now, there are so many words to describe this gym, the people, and the workouts. I am a very active person who gets bored with workouts easily. The way the coaches have their workout routines structured, you'll never get bored or plateau. I've been missing out! Gym FOMO no more! I missed the Tribe Vibe at UFC Gym (circa 2013). I liked Crossfit, but it was a bit too heavy for me. After a year of no gyms, the Blueprint is what I've been missing. I found my home (playground). I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's in a warehouse, so indoor/outdoor. Classes are small to medium and pretty spaced out. Coaches are the happiest people on the planet, super friendly, positive, high energy, and motivating! We're all ages, shapes, sizes, and skill levels doing the same workout. You can easily scale & modify to not hurt yourself. Classes are done with 2 Coaches and they go around helping/correcting you. The class programming is so well thought out and organized. There's an upper body day, HIIT days, and even a deadlift day! Because the worst thing, can be when coaches don't talk and you end up doing legs 3 days in a row. There are usually 5- 8min Circuits with 2-4 different exercises, so it goes by really fast. It's well thought out because the circuits have everything- push, pull, fast twitch, dynamic, static moves. There's always fun toys to play with- battle ropes, Olympic bars, dumbbells, KB, Sleds, TRX, med balls, and squat bands! And the music is everything! It definitely gets you moving (and maybe some dancing). BLUEPRINT GIVES ME LIFE!

I’m not a fitness expert (far from in fact) but I never feel intimidated here. All are welcome and more importantly all are valued! He provided me great PT rehab after foot surgery that got me back on the tennis court and identified a weakness in my wife's hip that kept her in constant pain and created a training protocol that has her pain free.
I was a member at Brik Fitness that closed 4 years back and many of us were looking for that same vibe where the membership and staff were like a big family where we all looked forward to workouts and we , along with the trainers pushed each other to achieve our goals. BPLA achieves the same vibe. I look forward to class each day and you have members who can be decades apart in age working and pushing each other. I used to workout before but then I stopped. My daughter joined The Blue Print La and asked me to come and try it out. It took about a year and I finally did. It was the best choice I have made. All the trainers are amazing and they practice what the preach. They all do the workouts the members are doing. They are always there for you with help with the workouts or the diet and nutrition or just to listen. This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. Love this place.
