I joined Body Line Pilates without much exercising experience and I can say that I have improved so much in both physically and mentally. The instructor is able to give tips and adjustments that improved my posture and developed my inner strength. As I improved physically it gave me the motivation to continue exercising and improved my mentality. I would highly recommend attending this studio.

I have been to several different pilates classes, come across different instructors in the past years. Soo is by far the best pilates instructor I've ever seen. Soo has very deep knowledge and understanding of body muscle and how each muscle works. One can tell immediately that she has a lot of experience in teaching as well. First few mins in our first class, she immediately noticed what areas I needed to pay more attention and how certain posture or already developed disc problems cause daily pain in my life, and explained what I may need to do to build muscles to support with my neck and shoulder pain. Since first day, my sessions have been amazing. She gives very thorough direction and guide for each position that it would be a great experience even for a beginner. She pays full attention to each area of your muscle and gives ultimate guides, step by step. You won't see the usual legwork on the reformer to start off, and do what you'd normally see in a regular group pilates class with Soo. I could tell that she customizes workout plans for each person because she understands that each needs different body workout and has different weaknesses. Given that along with her experience and knowledge, you will experience by far the best body workout with Soo. Simply put - Best. Ever.

I've been doing one on one sessions for a few months and I can already feel my posture getting better and less back pain. The teacher is super nice and she makes the session feel comfortable. She's very adaptable and plans out exercises fit for me. I highly recommend for those who want to fix their posture and workout their whole body!

I started to take 1:1 pilates class here over one year and I strongly recommend this place if you have any pain from your posture.
The instructor has deep knowledge of the human body and she provides very detailed guide for each position.
I always had the back pain but it is gone after starting the pilates here.
The instructor always wrote down all positions & exercises to match my body condition for each class.
It is really great place and happy to know the instructor, Min!

I had bad back and neck pain after working from home for few months. I've been coming here for almost half a year now, and all the pain is gone. Before I never had enough strength to sit up straight, my back was always bent even on the expensive office chair. After half a year of pilates, I gained enough back muscle that I can sit straight up even on the sofa!

Great place to learn pilates. I did the try out class and loved it so, continue to take classes. The instructor is nice and passionate. Great for postnatal exercise !
Now it has been 4months that I am doing pilates. I feel healthier and my body is much more relaxed. I suffered from cervical neck pain but I feel like it is healing little by little.
The instructor is attentive to your body condition and explains well how the exercise is good for the specific muscles. I recommend this place for the people who have pain because of bad posture or want to have a healthier life.

As an art major, I often suffered from back pain and horrible postures. Taking pilates here improved my core strength greatly and took many of the pain away. The instructor is also very nice and makes the session delightful and comfortable. Would recommend 100%!!

Once you start pilates, itβs really hard to quit it because you start to notice the changes in your body. Especially if the instructor can identify your weaker muscles that require more training and help you strengthen them. She is a very experienced and kind trainer who makes you feel confident and comfortable during the sessions. Highly recommend if you want to correct your bad postures and improve your health.

this is the best place for me. after three classes, I already feel the relax of my shoulder, stiff joints and sore backs. I think She is very professional, accommodating and very helpful. Her customized class really eased my stress and low strengthen of body muscles to follow her instructions. I have gave up on my previous tow classes and this is the very first class that I fond of Pilates. this is good. And I can't wait to see my improved health and strengthen core after couple of months later. so love it (at least to me, this is the best place, so far) Love it!

Iβve been taking 1:1 pilates class for ~5months now and Iβm very happy with the experience. Iβve been to other pilates studios before I never felt that it really helped getting better body posture and strength. But here, instructor Soo provides customized exercise program and fixes every inch of incorrect posture during classes I really feel that my body changes (in a good way) after every single class :)

Iβm not good at exercise person, but Iβve done a lot of exercises. I tried pilates because I want to lose weight, fix my posture, and my friend recommended me to do it. Unlike other exercises, pilates is amazing because there is no pain after exercise. Pilates is also a good exercise for all ages to correct posture. Soo also likes to explain pilates very easily. Through many athletic and pilates instructor experiences, soo will correct the wrong posture exactly when exercising. Soo is amazing!

The Bodyline Pilates is my favorite pilates studio I've ever been. Studio is very clean and well managed.
Also Min is the best instructor in my life. She is amazing, incredible, professional, and enthusiastic. I had a back pain and she found where the problem comes from, and made me feel very comfortable during class. I feel my body is changing quickly without back pain.

I am sixty one and new to Pilates.
I wanted to take lessons for strength building and better health.
I signed up for private lessons with Soo Min.
Soo is amazing; she is friendly, helpful, and patient.
She explains about muscles I am using, and what I have to do for muscle
strength and better balancing
She customizes lessons suitable to me according to the progress I make.
Depending on how I feel, Soo adjusts the intensity of my workout.
For one full hour, I continuously exercise feeling muscles.
After each lesson, I feel refreshed, and happy about workout.
Soo is a fantastic teacher, and I enjoy every minute of her class.
