I canβt say enough good things about Body Studio for Fitness and Theresa Gordon, co-owner and trainer. Each week there are new challenges, loads of encouragement and the well-equipped gym has a wonderfully supportive atmosphere and clientele. I signed on for one round of sessions and eight months later I am still here and loving it. I am thriving under her individualized and whole person approach, am 10 pounds lighter, have increased strength and balance, and successfully completed my first marathon. This place is the best!

I had 2x weekly sessions with Danny for over a year. Each week I noticed improvements. Danny would regularly change up the workouts to keep them fun and to engage the muscles in various ways. It was not so much about the number of reps but rather the quality of the exercise. Danny was a patient teacher and would ensure that proper form was followed. He customized exercises to my needs and even to my level of sleep from the night before.
Danny was a fantastic cheerleader bringing out the best in me. And even though I would be sore from some workouts, I wanted to come back the next time. He was able to instill in me solid routines that I will look to continue on my own.
I truly cannot express how awesome Danny is as a personal trainer. It was a pleasure working with him for the past year.

I really like the personalized attention you get with the trainers. Theresa is awesome and such a great motivator! I am very pleased with my experience thus far, and may even get the courage to wake up with the birds to do Boot Camp!!!

I have been a client of the Body Studio for Fitness for more than 4 years, training regularly with Danny Gordon, one of the owners, 2-3 times per week. This is the longest I have every exercised regularly in my life! Danny encourages me to push myself in every session and achieve the best results both through nutrition and exercise. Danny is a firm as well as encouraging trainer who really cares about lifelong fitness and health as well as his clients. He and his wife, Theresa, co-owners, really live their motto, "Don't Give it Power!" I am in the best fitness condition of my life and even ran a half-marathon last year with their encouragement and example--they walk the talk! I also really like supporting a locally-owned business that has been here for 20 years. I love the Body Studio for Fitness and encourage anyone who would like a custom-designed exercise program to go and check them out. I hate gyms and am so glad I walked into their private studio 4 years ago! It has changed my life for the better.

I started training with Danny in February 2016. I had regularly exercised in the past, but I had become sedentary in recent years, was newly diagnosed with osteoporosis, was experiencing lower back pain due to arthritis and am approaching 60. I realized I needed to get in shape, build muscle, strengthen my core, work on my balance and increase my cardio capacity. I am seeing results after working with Danny for only 6 months. Under Danny's guidance, I am able to lift heavier weight, I have more cardio endurance, and I see a gradual firming of previously flabby body parts. Danny has a very positive attitude, is patient, and he is incredibly encouraging and supportive. He has years of experience and is capable of personalizing a workout routine to meet any physical limitation, or injury, all while working with you step by step to meet your fitness goals. I look forward to each session with Danny, and leave my sessions energized. I high recommend The Body Studio For Fitness. Danny and his wife Theresa, and the other trainers I have observed, are all dedicated to the health and fitness of their clients.

I've been working out with Coaches Danny and Teresa Gordon at least twice a week for the past 2+ years. There's never a sense of "doing the same repetitive" exercises. Each workout is unique, challenging, safe, with a sense of accomplishment.
Ive worked with great personal and gym-based trainers over the years. The trainers at The Body Studio for Fitness are extraordinary!

I have been a client of The Body Studio for Fitness for over 10 years. Let me say first, I really don't like exercise BUT Theresa has kept me fit, helped me lose pounds and gain muscle and actually enjoy my sessions with her ! She strives to make sure what we do accommodates the aches and pains of aging (gracefully) ! She understands the human body and adapts as needed. It is a very professional environment while being a warm and welcoming place to either start an exercise routine or continue on keeping your body fit. I know I feel better when I leave my workouts and my body is in better shape than it was 10 years ago and I look forward to many more years of Theresa's encouraging and challenging sessions to keep me fit to chase my grandkids !! If you are looking for personal training, I cannot imagine a better place to go than the Body Studio. Any age, male, female, fit or wanting to be this is the place to try. Any one of their trainers are great - I have experienced working out with all of them - all quality trainers.

Danny, Theresa and the Gang are fantastic. They listen to their clients and are sensitive to their needs as they push you to be your best. They are current with new trends and equipment to better our physical and mental health.
When starting at the Body Studio I figured one week and done. But after a few years working with Danny, I feel stronger and younger than ever before.
"Don't give it power" is their mantra and it is so right on many levels!

I have been coming to The Body Studio For Fitness for just one month shy of a year. I wanted to get back in shape and lose that excessive weight that creeps on to your body when you turn 60! I am happy to report that I am very fit and have lost close 10 punds in this past 11 months. Shinta is my trainer and she is amazing! Her workouts are NEVER boring and they change every week. I need variety and variety she gives me. We also worked on my weight in a very healthy manner and she is a good coach to get you through the ups and downs. I truly look forward to getting up twice a week at 6:30 am to go workout with Shinta (plus she is a lot of fun!). She truly is the best. Danny and Theresa run a great studio. Everyone including Shinta,and Danny, Theresa, Brittany and Eric are very friendly and knowledgeable. So why not kick off your summer by signing up at The Body Studio For Fitness. You won't regret it!

The trainers at the Body Studio for Fitness are fantastic. The personal attention that you get from your trainer and more private environment is perfect if you don't like training in a gym with so many others around you while your trainer is checking his or her e-mails on Facebook. At the Body Studio your trainer designs a program for you each week, teaches you the moves and watches that you are doing the exercises correctly. They also work around any physical issues you may be experiencing and they are great for your mental outlook because of their positive attitudes and overall care for your well-being. The owners, Danny and Theresa Gordon are exceptional trainers and are wonderful role models for the trainers they employ. You cannot go wrong with any trainer at the Body Studio. Check them out and become a healthier, happier and stronger YOU!
