Tried this workout and loved it! But…..I have been now to two classes over the last two days where the teacher didn’t show up.
I have called and texted the business number and no one responds. Inconsistent opening times for a business is literally the worst…..
Hopefully someone will get in touch to make this right because I really did enjoy the workout. But if you are going to operate a business and accept consumer $$, then do so professionally:
Update: The business made it right! The owner and instructors reached out and apologized. The 2nd instance noted above was a miscommunication and the teacher did show up but the business door was locked and clear signage didn’t exist to indicate how to get in.
Anyway, I changed my rating here and would definitely recommend this business!! Thank you everyone.

The Bounce Habit is the best! I love taking classes here; Talia is an amazing instructor and she is very educated on rebounding and all things fitness. I've been able to see fast results in my body and I feel stronger and more toned. Talia's classes so much fun, the workout flies by and she makes everyone feel welcome. After every class you'll feel invigorated and ready to conquer the day and week ahead! Bounce has been my go-to form of exercise for the past few years thanks to Talia and her incredible teaching. If you're looking for a great full body workout look no further!

Talia is one of the best fitness instructors all the way around: she makes the trampoline bouncing classes very upbeat, a good challenge and adds a lot of spunk! She really worked with me by modifying the moves so I can still workout in-spite of my challenges.
From the first class they all made me feel welcomed. Although I was out of shape they made me feel super comfortable. The facilities have very clean restrooms and showers. It also has an area to get ready. They take good measures to keep the studio dis-infected after each class. I really liked that! I’d highly recommend these classes and our amazing instructor!!!

This is my favorite cardio that I do all week! High intensity without the aches and pains I get running or doing cardio at other gyms. It’s so fun and Talia always has the best energy. Always a positive experience.

I absolutely love Talia’s class. 25 years of yoga and needed to mix it up a bit. I found Talia and her bounce crew. It has been such a gift. It’s a super fun class. Almost like a dance class with tons of cardio on a trampoline. You sweat a ton ! It’s a great work out!! Love Talia’s energy. I’m hooked !

Trampoline fitness has definitely changed the way I view working out. With modern music, sick dance moves, and a great instructor, I enjoy building my “bounce habit” everytime I’m in class. Talia is very energetic and the format of the classes really pushes you to meet your fitness goals (cardio, toning, movement / coordination) but also allows you to have fun. 10/10 recommend see you in class. :)

This is the most fun yet effective workout I have ever done! Even after a couple of classes I notice by body changing immediately like no other workout has ever done for me. Bouncing is the best form of cardio, it’s low impact yet burns soo many calories and the class flies by! I love that the class also incorporates toning exercises that really work every part of your body. Cannot say enough great things, this is my favorite workout class ever!

I’ve been bouncing with Talia since 2015. By far the best workout! Classes are fun, upbeat, awesome music and best of all a total body workout! Talia is a pro. Just a quick note…should you have an injury she will accommodate to your needs too :)

Come as you are ( well.. with sticky socks or sneakers) and leave feeling fabulously sweaty, light hearted and happy to got your bounce on. To try it is to become addicted. No better place to bounce than with an experienced, creative pro like Talia.

Can't say enough GREAT things about this workout! If you are looking for that happy medium of cardio and toning, The Bounce Habit is for you.
I also love that it is not only a physical workout, but it is mentally challenging as well. There is something so refreshing about being able to completely shut off your mind to outside distractions for 1 whole hour.
Talia is also the toning queen. I love her sequences that she comes up with to lift and tone.

Trampoline workouts are becoming more popular, so there are more fitness facilities and classes following the trend now, but Talia‘s classes are my favorites. I am streaming Bounce Habit classes to work out at home these days, but I’ve worked out following Talía‘s lead in studio, and via streaming for years, and I am so happy to have the opportunity again. Her workouts provide every fitness benefit you can think of, including being easy on the joints, unlike higher impact activities. For beginners, there is usually a slight learning curve, but don’t let that stop you; no matter what level you start at, you will benefit.
