One of the BEST fitness centers I've ever been to on any Army installation (and I've been stationed at 6 other bases).

A good place to work out. Not well ventilated, but is good for crossfire. As it has a family room for those that have children and want to work out eith them there

A large open area to conduct high intensity training and stationary equipment is available. This facility has a restroom, a locker room, and a sauna. This gym often conducts competitions. Those are always fun. If you are into doing competitions make sure you bring your A game. Stay fit and letβs Gooo!

For parents, this is the only gym with a play area allowing one to bring their kiddos. Staff here is wonderful, quiet and respectful environment:)

Just out exploring the gyms on base. This has potential. It is an open bay fitness area. However, there is a children's area where you can workout and the todlers can play. The army wellness center is located here. The locker rooms were clean. Oh, and there is a boxing room. The staff was great and very helpful.
