I recently took the Box and Burn class at The Boxing Fitness Gym and has such a great experience. The instructor brought amazing energy and really focused on endurance, agility and power. I loved how the workout mixed boxing, weights, and conditioning, while keeping it challenging, but fun The vibe was super motivating without feeling overcrowded, which made the whole class even better. Definitely recommend this class if you're looking for a solid workout! Looking forward to going back!

I can’t say enough good things about this boxing gym! Since joining, my cardio has gone way up, I’m looking leaner, and I’ve improved my boxing with the help of instructors Kez and Krisztina who really know their stuff. One of the best parts is that I can bring friends along, and it always turns into a fun, motivating session. Whether you’re trying to get in shape, learn technique, or just blow off some steam, this place delivers!

BFG has become my go to training gym…Kez and Kristina have created an amazing community where you can come and get a sweat in and learn boxing techniques in a very fun environment. So thankful this gym opened up in Woodland Hills! We don’t have many boxing gyms in the valley and I was very excited to try this one. I’ve gone a few times and absolutely love it! I’ll definitely be coming regularly. It’s a very welcoming environment and while there is a lot of focus on good form, it’s friendly for all levels and coach Kez is great at adjusting and modifying for each person. If you’re looking to learn boxing and/or get a great cardio workout look no further!
Also very clean, parking is easy (and free!). Check it out.

The Boxing Fitness Gym has put together an incredible concept, and executed it really well. Boxing is such a great way to work out and release stress - the workouts are tough as hell, but also fun, and constantly varied, so I never get bored. Kez and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and inspiring, so they're really good at pushing all the students just a bit further than we think we can go (but not too far). I usually drag myself to the gym reluctantly, but when I can fit in a boxing class with Kez, it's the only time I actually look forward to working out.

Oh My Goodness! I can’t rave about this place any more than I do! Just opened in Woodland Hills, convenient parking and right off the freeway. Really amazing first time deals and great pricing after. The workout is phenomenal…half boxing and half strength training. You’re always doing something new and different while working on foundations. Kez is such a great trainer she really knows what she’s doing and is capable of hearing the session for anyone. It feels like it would be intimidating from the outside but, Kez and Kristina and SO WELCOMING. You won’t regret it! Hope to see you there :)

Tried out a boxing class today, and let me tell you—I might not be the next champion, but I sure felt like one! Coach Kez is an absolute gem. Sweet, helpful, supportive, and the kind of person who somehow makes you feel like a total badass while also making sure you don’t die mid-workout.
The class itself was a mix of boxing mitt work and cardio, which means I got to throw punches and question all my life choices (in the best way possible). Had to modify a bit, but Coach Kez was right there to help, making sure I kept moving and feeling good. No judgment, just pure encouragement.
And the best part? Having an awesome boxing gym right in the neighborhood. Who needs therapy when you can just punch things in a controlled environment? Can’t wait to go back for round two! 🥊
Krisztina was also so sweet and incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through all the membership options and making sure I had all the details I needed. She made everything super easy to understand and never made me feel rushed, just genuinely welcoming and happy to help!

I am SO excited to see Kez opening up her own space in Woodland Hills. I have trained with Kez at the gym in Santa Monica, and she is a highly skilled and patient coach. I was a total beginner when I arrived in class, and nervous about aggravating an old injury. Kez patiently worked with me over several sessions to show me proper punching technique and to make sure I was using correct form. I feel fitter and stronger than ever before!
