I've been a member for about 4 months and it has genuinely changed my life. I came in with a specific goal—to pass a fitness test for a career in law enforcement—and the staff helped me every step of the way. At first I was intimidated but as I kept showing up I felt encouraged and supported by both the staff and other members. The coaches are incredibly supportive. They worked with me to create a personalized program that focused on helping me gain strength and endurance. They were very helpful in giving tips to help me eat healthier. They made it so simple and easy to understand! But what truly makes this gym special is the atmosphere. It’s a positive and motivating environment. Thanks to the team at The Break Off, I was able to pass the fitness test. Couldn't have done it without them!

My favorite gym to go to in Orange County if you are seeking strength and knowledge of how to attain it, this is the place to go! Sam, Paul and all the coaches here are knowledgeable, down to earth and very awesome individuals and of course very strong. They are knowledgeable about any fitness goals you may have. Lots of awesome power lifting bars and equipment (you cannot find in globo corporate gyms) that are good to utilize in Power lifting. A lot of awesome tunage playing over the speakers as well!

I can’t hype this gym up enough. Not only did it help me find more confidence in myself and the way I lift, it has given me a community of people I will have in my life forever. Fitness has been a huge part of my sobriety journey and this gym has become my new home.
