This is a cool family run gym. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Great for beginners to intermedate workout warriors who are new to workingout or those needing to get back into the swing of things or just want to maintain thier current level of fitness. Known for their 6 week weight-loss program, workouts are functional fitness based (HIIT style) kinda like a PE class in high school in groups. You can expect jumping jacks, push-ups, burpees, and more for cardio, and traditional sqauts and shoulder presses and rows for strength building. Classes are as challenging as you make them. There are classes as early as 5am and as late as 7pm Monday through Friday. Also open on the weekends for two classes in the mornings. Personal training is also available for additional an cost, for those that need more attention.

I’ve been going to The Camp in Cypress since January and it’s been an amazing experience! The trainers are great — always motivating, energetic, and focused on helping you improve. The rest of the staff is just as awesome — super friendly and supportive every time you walk in.

Joining the Camp Cypress has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I’ve been going to The Camp for the last 3 weeks for the 3 week challenge and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice and supportive. You walk in and you’re automatically greeted with the hello or good morning. The trainers fully explain their routines and walk around to make sure your form is correct. I recently became a member because I’ve enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to a healthy lifestyle and seeing some changes in my body. Lol

Be careful of this business it’s a scam. Biggest complaint is they will cancel the earliest or latest class without telling the members. Plus I signed up for a 6 month contract and after the 6 months they still require you to notify them 30 days even through they made it sound you had to give the 30 days in the 6 months. Canceled the membership and they still charged me 6 days later after. They don’t care I stopped showing up after the 2nd month bc of lack of classes and received no texts or phone asking if everything is ok. Don’t waste your money here.

Great place to workout at. They set you up on a meal plan, work out plan, and in other words a life plan to live a better life. The staff here is friendly, patient, and encouraging. The facility is kept in great condition not to mention it is SUPER CLEAN. In my option, the only thing this place needs is to be open 24hrs a day and a shower. But if you just want to get in work out and get out this is the place for you. It is a great community they often host community parties and gatherings at the beach. Management is almost always there which is a plus in case you have any questions. So many lives have been changed within the wall of this facility, literally there are pictures of the breathtaking transformations of their members. To conclude, don’t let the brown building fool you, as soon as you walk into this facility you will feel the transformation.

I was fortunate enough to be given a 30 day pass to The Camp Transformation in Cypress by my dear cousin-in-law Robin Southerland 🏋🏼♂️. I have gone to a total of only 8 classes so far with each time getting more bearable. 😓 I was very skeptical at first and really thought I would not enjoy it. But I was Encouraged by my sister Christina Mulipola 👭and made a promise to my daughter Karina 👧🏻to get healthier (who pushes me out the door to go and gets a little mad when I don’t go). My life lately is a little rocky and at times I feel defeated but today I feel on top of the world 🌎. My 8 workouts at The Camp and watching what I eat has contributed to a 10 pound weight loss. Even though it’s not much but it’s encouraging to know know it does work if I GET UP AND JUST DO IT. 👟

This is THE place that will help you lose the weight that you’ve been wanting to for the longest! I did the 6-week challenge 3 years ago at a different location. Life happened & I gained all my weight back and more. I tried going back to the gym and do workouts on my own and none of it worked. Then I made the ultimate decision to return back to the one place that actually worked for me. I’m new to this location but it’s conveniently in between where I stay now and work. The trainers here are awesome!! I love how they change up the style of classes everyday. I highly recommend you give this place a try. It’s not easy but it’s totally possible if you’re mentally ready to make a change in your life!

I love this camp. Before coming here, I was not into working out. Now, I am able to workout everyday, which is great for my health! I don’t think you can get a better deal than having a trainer guide you with other class members. I tried going to the regular gym before and it didnt work because I didnt know how to use gym equipment and i didnt know how to do the workouts. Here, you are guided every step so you dont waste money or time at all!

I’m a regular at The Camp Long Beach, but this is my first time training at Cypress after hearing pretty good reviews about it. Small place compared to Long Beach and Westminster, but the trainer that day (Andrea) was super sweet and likeable and designed a great workout. Plenty of parking in the back parking lot. Would definitely come here again when I’m in the area :)

Thanks to the camp and it’s trainers I was able to successfully lose 90 pounds in 6 months. It was not easy and many times I wanted to give up and I never did. I continue to this day to stay on tract to maintain my weight loss.
I made time to go every weekday at 4 am, that in itself is hard to do.
I built a family with all those that go here, we all support and push each other. The trainers will always push you to do better, if you believe you will succeed.
I joined as a member and it is by far the best decision I have ever made.
Thank you to the staff and members for always having my back and pushing me to succeed.

BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL !!!!!! I did the challenge last year. It's far from lose 20 pounds and get your money back. There are a lot of hoops and conditions attached. Daily check in's required. Check ! At least 30 full workouts in 42 days. 36. Check ! Lose at least 20 Lbs. Lost 29.7 !! Check ! Leave a review on Yelp. Check! Leave a review on their FB page. Check ! Oops, they have two FB pages and disqualified me. They tried to get me to sign up for the year and apply my $500 towards it because I "beat the challenge". But when I wanted my refund, they told me I didn't successfully complete it and disqualified me. Trainers & staff were great and the program works. But beware of the owners and don't expect them to honor their word. They will try whatever they can to find a loophole.

They have a great price for the year membership only (compared to other crossfit). I would not waste my money on doing challenges, the contract has too many requirements and you end up paying $497 for 6 weeks. With the year membership its $997 for the year (with the promo). I really like the trainers, their good rock music, and the workouts are 45 mins and very effective.

The concept seems good but it's also a lie... I visited a few months ago after seeing them all over Facebook.. they advertise over and over as FREE! FREE! FREE! it's not until you get there that they give you the run down.. yes "technically" it can be free but only after they hold on to a huge up front deposit of a few hundred dollars.. which they make you put down to start the program.. only after that can you then either put that money towards their regular services or have it refunded.. personally I prefer being told up front.. this is what you get for x amount of money.. rather than the old bait and switch.. again seems like a good concept, everyone was nice.. but their way of luring people in with FREE! only to find out that in reality you better show up with a pocket full of cash.. left a bad taste..

The community at The Camp in Cypress has been so amazing and supportive through out the entire challange and classes. When I signed up for the Bikini challange I was nervous and unsure if I would succeed. Luckily I received all the information I needed and everyone was helpful in answering my questions. I really followed all the instructions and work outs and was able to lose over 5% body fat! Honestly the best part of the experience has been being around a community of motivated individuals and sharing a common goal, it's really helped to follow the program. I've accomplished so much more than I would of on my own and am stronger than I've ever been. The workouts also never get easier because they accomadate all the weights and exercises to keep challenging you! That said, they also accommodate exercises for all levels and injuries as well.
