The Camp totally changed my outlook on working out and eating clean! They guide you step by step on how to do the workouts, and making sure your form is well to make sure you don’t get hurt. The trainers, the staff, the attendees make it such a nice place to go to everyday. 100% recommend whether you’re starting off or have been working out for years. They offer modified workout stations to make sure the exercises are a good fit for every single fitness level. It changed me!

Best gym experience! The trainers and staff are genuine, kind, helpful, motivating and knowledgeable.
I started scared and insecure. In a matter of a few classes I started gaining confidence that I was on the right track. I never feel judged about my ability level. The classes kick my butt every day but I feel so proud of myself when I finish!
I’ve tried so many different gyms and I never felt like I knew what I was doing. I would keep to myself - pray that no one was looking at me and stay on the treadmill for ever. Now, Im gaining knowledge and community from like minded people who want to see me succeed! JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE!!!! I love it and will never go back to the mundane gym experience.

I have been a gym member for as long I can remember. But I’m not motivated enough to workout. I have joined several classes but not enough for me to get up and go. I was sluggish and always have so many excuses. My husband and I have a peloton membership I was active for a while, but get bored. I tried so many gym memberships still looking, but for me something was always missing.
One day I looked up the Camp Transformation in Lodi and I told my husband I want to try this gym. I started May 26 for just a week to see if I like it… My husband said ok here we go again lol… but he saw my excitement and how I was enjoying going to the gym and saw I was motivated. I told him I wanted to join the 21 day challenge and he was very supportive of me. He decided to join me on my journey. The Camp in Lodi is a Gem for me. I love the people, the instructors that are so engaging with the people, and inspiring. I highly recommend to everyone to give it a try it and you will not be disappointed.This is life altering. My husband and I I are now both a members.

I am not a gym person, I have had a Peloton Bike for the past 5 years and have been a loyal rider and used the extensive classes to create a vast array of workouts, and that has worked for me. My wife was not always on the same page and needed more motivation, so joining a gym was the best option for her. She tried several, but nothing that really inspired her, she was reluctant to go and when she went it was more for social connections and friendships, which is great, but not impactful. She wanted to try Transformation Camp in Lodi and I thought, ok, here is another waste of time and money! Of course, I support my wife and her choices, and so she started going and I have never seen her more excited about going to the gym! She would come home and be all sweaty and excited about her experience and the wonderful workout she had and the people she was meeting and the instructors. I was truly excited for her as she was excited to go and she was really working out and making progress. She told me she was starting a 21 day challenge on June 23rd and I was excited for her, I then said maybe I will join you, but wanted to test it out first and I did my visit on June 21st, first class and was really inspired and impressed, so signed up for the 21 day challenge with my wife. We have been going everyday they have classes and have even squeezed in a couple doubles in a day. I am impressed with the instructors and the variation in every workout! It is HIIT and not easy, but the results thus far have surpassed my expectations and beyond. I was in the military and this reminds me of my boot camp days. I signed up today and will be cancelling my Peloton Membership, and this will be my new home and family! It’s exciting to workout with people that care about just getting healthier and changing their lifestyle and eating healthier in addition to maximizing their workouts without judgement. Everyone is at different levels, but feel welcome and encouraged for what they accomplish every workout. So excited to be onboard and cannot thank my wife enough for finding this Gem! Come take a class, you will be inspired!

I’ve been going to The Camp Transformation Center and have seen real results in my body and others—which is amazing! The coaches are super encouraging, the people here are kind, and the atmosphere is genuinely fun. The workouts are easy to understand, and I actually look forward to showing up and getting it done. It gives me energy for my day and has made me enjoy working out again!
That said, I did witness a few negative experiences with Trainer Karl. At times, Karl can come off a bit rude—especially when he threatens extra burpees or punishment if someone talks while he’s explaining a workout. I totally get the need for respect and focus during instruction, but there’s a better way to handle it without making paying clients feel talked down to.
Overall, it’s a great place with a lot to offer, and I’d definitely recommend it—but I hope the tone from all trainers matches the otherwise supportive environment.

The Camp Transformation Center has truly changed my life in ways I never imagined possible. Before joining, I struggled with energy, confidence, and the ability to keep up with my kids. Now, not only am I stronger physically, but I have a whole new mindset when it comes to taking care of myself and my family.
One of my proudest moments was going on a hike something I never thought I’d be able to do and when my child got too tired, I had the strength and endurance to carry them back down! That moment showed me just how far I’ve come, and I owe so much of that to this amazing gym.
The coaches here are beyond incredible. They are motivating, supportive, and truly care about every person who walks through the door. They push you to be your best while making you feel like you’re part of a family. The energy in every workout is contagious, and the encouragement from both the staff and fellow members keeps me coming back.

I am on my 4th year going to "The Camp". I never thought I would stay so committed to any gym, and I have tried a few. The Camp has excellent trainers, knowledgeable, motivational and supportive. When I started - I thought I would be embarrassed not knowing what I was doing, but I felt so comfortable with all their support. I joined the 6-Week Challenge (loose 20 lbs. in 6 weeks). I only lost 13 lbs. but hey - I went down from a size 16 to a size 12 and have been able to maintain since.
The Owners are AMAZING! The Campers always encourage each other. I have made many new friends - MY AFF (Awesome Fit Family)!

I joined The Camp Lodi in Summer of 2023 and have had an amazing experience! I’ve gained knowledge of proper strength training technique and form through Elite Classes, learned proper portion control for weight-loss through Challenges and am looking forward to the new Peak Physique program in January!
The owners and trainers are wonderful and are always so helpful no matter where you are in your journey! They demo the stations and ways to modify and are there to support you through your health journey.
With the help and encouragement from my AFF (awesome fit family) I completed my first Spartan Sprint and five 5k races this year!
The Camp Lodi is definitely a great gym to check out if you’re just getting started in your weight loss/health/wellness journey that offers a ton of guidance through plans and programs to help you achieve your goals! I love that I don’t have to plan out my workouts and that someone is always there to make sure I’m doing the work properly so I don’t hurt myself.

Coach KARL, RAMIRO, KARINA, JESUS AND MARCUS are fully educated and knowledgeable coaches. They educate you, guide you, correct your forms and help you meeting your goals. I will advise everyone to spend money here to become healthy - mentally and physically rather than spending money on junk food.

I really love this place because I feel like they are very involved, educated, and determined to help on my fitness journey and life transformation. I feel like I get more done in the hour I spend here compared to going to another gym for an hour. I love it because you just have to show up and do the workout I don’t have to come up with my own routine and it’s intense but I feel very accomplished after. It’s a great place for people looking for results, if you have time to show up for an hour the rest is done for you!! Just follow instructions. It’s a very friendly and encouraging environment

This gym is amazing! The owners, staff, members, and trainers are so motivating and caring. It is like a family, and I look forward to seeing them daily. Everyone is very encouraging and that inspires me to continue to work harder and get stronger.

Life changing gym experience. Its so motivational and energetic . With full guidance under supervision of knowlegable coaches , group of people get trained. Sometimes we dont even know what we r capable of.

Be careful with these guys even after you cancel your account just how they instruct it need to be canceled they may just continue charging your credit card. Happened to me and even after I called and spoke with someone they promised to work with me on returning my money( over $800) it was on my credit card that I typically use for recurring payments. Since I received an email from them acknowledging the termination of my contract I didnt really think to double check if they stopped charging. Well they did and even after I called again they said they would stop charging. They did it again. Well this time I made sure to double check and I got in contact with my credit card company I sent them all the documentation and will be refunding my credit card. I was considering going back but not after their shady business practice. Seems a little scammy!
