I first joined The Camp for the 6-week challenge, and now it’s been over a year and I’m still here because I love it! At regular gyms, I never felt like I was seeing results, but here it’s completely different. The coaches are super friendly, motivating, and push you in the best way. Every workout feels like progress, and it’s truly about showing up for yourself. The atmosphere is like family supportive, positive, and judgment-free. Best decision I’ve made for my health and happiness!

The Camp provides me with qualified trainers that actually treat me as if I being trained one on one within a group session. They make the classes so personal, looking out for each individual form and capability when exercising. I have differently seen a difference in my muscles and strength since taking the work out session and they keep me motivated. The staff provides great customer service.

I've wanted to join a gym for a long time, but I had mild social anxiety. I was worried about not knowing what to do at a gym, or lifting weights with improper form without knowing. Thankfully, my friend (Capri) recommended her workplace to start of since they were having a special. I took one class with Terita, and even though the first class kicked my ass, I did not feel embarrassed, ashamed or even anxious about my performance. The trainers at The Camp were able to show me the proper forms of all the exercises they had me do, encourage me to lift heavier because they believed I was strong enough to do so even if I didn't believe it myself, and never made me feel ashamed or weak.

Since I started lifting weights at The Camp, I have gained so much muscle mass, so much so that a random man at another gym told me "I look muscular for a runner."

The Camp Pasadena has gotten me back into exercise after years! The schedule has something for everyone. The trainers are all fantastic- motivational, informative, approachable and helpful. I really appreciate that I don't worry about injuring myself because they are there to correct my form. The environment is welcoming to people of all athletic and fitness backgrounds. In 45-minute workouts I get my heart rate up, I feel stronger, and I leave with more energy. Highly recommend!!!

Wow!! This place is just what I needed to get back into my physical self care. The trainers are amazing. Each have their own style and they really motivate you to work your hardest. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This gym truly makes me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities while pushing me to my edge. I have been going here for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. The coaches are great and really work with everyone to make sure that you are comfortable and understand the exercises. I also love the team building aspect of getting to work with other people during your workout. Plus they have classes to fit everyone’s time frame I personally love being able to go early in the morning before work to get my day started. I would recommend this place to anyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I've been working out TC Pasadena for over 1.5 years and I love working out here!

The coaches are phenomenal. The three of them have different styles, but all bring something unique/fun to the game so there is always something to look forward to regardless of with whom you work out. No matter who you're with, you will assuredly get a challenging and fun workout, which is scalable based on your capabilities and experience. One thing I really appreciate about this particular gym is that, as I've been at TC for a while, the coaches have gotten to know me and will actively encourage me to challenge myself by picking up a heavier weight or motivating me to do a more challenging version of a certain move.

The TC removes the guess work of "Hmmm what kind of workout do I want to do today?" I am a mom with two little kids and a full-time job. I don't have time to decide what kind of class to take, when to go based on the type of classes offered or who is teaching, etc. With TC, I know that I can show up any date, any time, and have a phenomenal workout.

Since beginning my workouts at TC in January of 2023, I've become stronger than I've been in a LONG time. My cardio endurace has improved -- before, I'd struggle to do mountain climbers for more than 20-30 seconds, and now can easily clear the 45 - 1 minute rounds for this move. I'm lifting weights 1.5-2x heavier than I've ever lifted in the past. It's gotten to the point that I wear weightlifting gloves when I work out now, because the heavier weights scratch the palms of my hands -- definitely a good problem to have! :)

The front desk team is super friendly. I am always greeted with a smile, and sometimes teased if I show up after a hiatus or at a time that I usually do not come work out. In general, they make the place feel like a tight-knit community. I also appreciate how TC decorates for major holidays! It mixes things up and it's fun. :)

Overall, highly recommend this boutique gym if you want a great HIIT workout and to get stronger.

Me and my husband signed up with The camp about 2 months ago. We love this place. The staff is very friendly. We love Javier and CC, great coaches. We enjoy going there almost everyday. There is a new workout every time we go and I already see the difference in my body. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get fit and love HIIT type workouts.

I’ve been a member here for over two years now, and wonder why it took me so long to join!! I started with a challenge, it was incredibly doable, well managed and handled by the team, and I definitely achieved my goal. And I continued on to get in much better shape than I’ve ever been in my life. The people attending are diverse, fun, and work hard! I started coming to Camp Transformation Pasadena in the year of 2022. The first person I met was Terita and Vanessa. Terita was super friendly and great motivation in helping me keep it consistent. Vanessa helped me get signed up and till this day motivates me to join the weekend activires at the gym the trainers host. Javier is an amazing trainer in building your endurance and helping go heavy in weights. Cece is great at helping you keep proper posture in working out and balancing your body. Joey is the director and makes sure your needs are met in your goal. Capri has an amazing welcoming spirit and highlights your strength on a daily basis. Overall this CREW NEVER LETS YOU DOWN. Joey is an amazing director. All the trainers (Javier, Terita, and Cici) and staff (Francis, Capri, and Vanessa) are super nice and will push you to reach your goals. Im lifting heavier and feeling lighter. All sessions are different and include a variety of different movements to really make you feel muscles you didn’t know you had. Highly recommend!!

I first heard about the camp from my friends. They posted their before and after pictures along with their success journey on thier Facebook page. One of my friends Hala did a challenge and encouraged me to try it with her. I went to check it out and I liked it so I started to work out at The Camp, I had a great experience with them they are very helpful supporting and encouraging, They answer your questions they are always smiling and very helpful, I just completed my first six weeks challenge and I lost 21.9 pounds even though I'm not a young woman.
I'm very happy and much lighter than before , i'm telling everyone if I can do it anyone can do it too. Thank to Juile Veas.

I got a sponsored post on Facebook that said looking for volunteers for weight loss program. FREE!
I couldn't believe that anything is free, so I googled for scams related to The Camp, Transformation Center. I found a couple of complaints, but far more glowing reviews of dramatic weight loss success. I decided to check it out. They were very enthusiastic, and everything made sense. They do ask for a deposit so that you are truly motivated. I have won weight loss bets before, so I knew that a money deposit would help motivate me.
The Trainers are all great! They are careful that no one gets hurt, but push everyone to their limits (according to their abilities) and beyond. Each Trainer has a different personality and workout style so you can find your favorites. I think the differences also give you a balance between cardio, upper body, lower body and full body workouts. This may sound crazy, but I was really happy to go to the 4am or 5am workouts because they do not conflict with my work or time with my kids. I cannot workout to this level of intensity on my own. I just don't push myself this hard. Each workout pushed me to my limit and I would sweat out pounds.
The group support was really great. I became friends with many of the other challengers as we encouraged each other. I felt as happy for their success as my own. They also have good online support through a Facebook group. Mostly everyone keeps things positive and encouraging.
The diet plan is really restrictive, but it worked. It was a big change for me, eating smaller meals, more often, and a lot more protein, and much less carbs. You need to Follow The Damn Instructions (FTDI) and Prepare your meals in advance. I weighed everything that I ate. I lost 5 lbs. the first week, then 3 lbs. a week the following couple weeks. Finally I had to cut carbs and just eat Tilapia and asparagus the final week, but I made the 20lbs in 6 weeks. (Actually 21.4) Not everyone makes it. I felt bad for a few people that were really close. Now I feel great, and decided to continue with The Camp. So I transferred my deposit to pay for my membership. If you need to lose weight and get healthy I think this is a really great way to do it.
