el lugar me gusta y también el ambiente me salí en el tiempo del COVID pero volví a regresar.
en lo personal Lo recomiendo hay mucha motivación mucha alegría cada quien hace el ejercicio a su ritmo pero también la motivación de ellos hacen que te esfuerces un poco más,estoy muy agradecida por lo que me han ayudado Y por hacerme parte de este gran lugar.

The Camp really changed me for the better. They have a great community of team members that want you to thrive. I’ve been coming consistently for 7 months and already lost 50 pounds. The 6 week challenge really got me to drop the weight, with workouts combined with the right nutrition. I love that I don’t have to think about my workout going to class everyday. The HIIT classes are a great way to get target upper or lower body work, the coaches make sure you’re doing it correctly, your form, and push you to get better and stronger. Hace un mes agarré la membresía de cada mes, quería saber cómo era el ambiente etc , mi primer día fue de lo peor nadie me guió y dije para esto pagué 180 ? No vale pena te dicen algo y cuando llegas es otra cosa y para terminar mi triste historia , pedí cancelación de la membresía lo cual ya lo había hecho por la aplicación pero quería estar segura, me dijieron que me llamaría para avisarle de la cancelación , no me llamaron y me sacaron del sistema y aún podía llegar todo agosto, la peor experiencia.

4 days in and words cant describe the feeling of support and guidance but especially soreness I felt through this weeks classes. I started out not working out much, until I signed up here in The Camp. This place truly holds up to their name: a transformation center. They provide all the equipment, dumbbells and barbells and more, to exercise upper bodies, lower bodies, and full bodies depending on the focused area of fitness of the day. Super fun if you like a good circuit workout! Music was great! I like how they set up everything with a ton of different weights so you have a quick choice and you can change weights if needed. I highly recommend the camp to someone who is looking a for a fun , effective and positive transformation . This is the second time I do a weight lose challenge at the san jose camp TC, successfully achieving my goal. The hitt classes are fun, the instructors and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. One of my favorite things is the diet part I got creative along with other challenge members cooking delicious meals, you never need to starve or eat boring foods. Just follow the instructions and you will succeed. The beginning and the taking the decision to join this life change is the hardest part. In the first weeks not only me, but other people started seeing a good difference .I feel more energetic, my strength and resistance improved a lot . I feel really positive and healthy . Now I can’t wait to take the hard body challenge.

The Camp Transformation center is a great gym to get you right into shape. Completing the 6 week challenge is difficult but the classes are really fun and coaches are great! They really push you to do your best and challenge you. They also guide you through the 6 week process and have different suggestions of things to try based on your body's progression. Classes are HIIT style, always different and alternated between different body areas. All of the coaches are excellent, no matter which one you have for that class. I am doing the next one because of the great experience I had.

I recently signed back up after being off since Covid started. But I was an active member before covid hit. I am very glad I was able to return as they do make sure you see Results. It is up to yourself to continue and follow your diet to accomplish all your goals. I lost 30 lbs before covid but gained it back after for failing to stick to the diet. But now that I am back I hope to see even more better results. Mr Alan was very nice to welcome me back. All the coaches are amazing at helping us reach our goals. "REMEMBER YOUR WHY"

I love THE CAMP!!!! The trainers, especially Cathy and Allen, are professional and caring. They make sure they know you name and seem genuinely happy to see you. I have been a long term member at 4 gyms on my journey and THE CAMP has been the best so far.

Awesome staff and coaches, clean gym with quality new equipment. The Camp offers an atmosphere of support, with a hint competition and mad love for their clients. They offer modifications to exercises and meet you where you are in your weight-loss/fitness journey. I always said that gyms weren’t for me. I did a free trial with camp a year ago and I’m still here. The workouts never get easier, but I feel like I’m getting stronger. The coaches are great motivators that makes you want to keep coming. So glad I walked into the Camp Transformation Center.

At 50, losing weight had gotten really difficult. I changed my diet for six months and lost zero pounds. I started walking and lost 25, but then hit a plateau and didn’t lose for 2 months. Then I saw a Facebook ad for The Camp and an upcoming 6-week 20 pound challenge. I was desperate and thought clearly they knew something I didn’t. I came in for an orientation and the staff was super friendly and encouraging. I was given nutrition guidelines that though aren’t always easy to follow, made me really think about the foods, amounts and times that I ate. The workouts are amazing! I’ve gone to lots of gyms in the past, but this gym is totally different. The temperature of the gym is cool, which I love. The trainers are encouraging, friendly and fun and give us great workouts. The classes give me the structure I need to a workout. I can tell a difference in my strength and endurance every week. The music is loud and songs I have on my own playlist. There is a feeling of community and support among the members. Not the posers and jerks you find in a lot of traditional gyms. You know the members are making a commitment to their health and fitness by coming here. I’m excited to be starting my second challenge after losing 20+ during the first six weeks.

I love this place!!!! The hardest part of the workout is getting there, so one you make it to the gym get ready be cause the workout is like a train. You can’t get off this train until it stop! So many great things to say but bottom line contact them and what ever they tell you is facts
