Hello I've been a member of the Woodland hills Camp for over 5 years now. Personally I absolutely love this gym! The front desk staff and the trainers are very helpful and kind. The gym community here is great! everyone you come across this gym is motivating towards the common goal which is health and improving it. With a wide range of fitness levels from beginners to advance anyone can find a gym friend to motivate and hold one another accountable and that is what makes this place special. If your looking to start somewhere this is the place, having a strong motivational community is important in anything we do in life. That's what you get here from its staff and members. Don't hesitate and take the challenge to better yourself each day.

I've had the pleasure of training with Kamren at TC, and I can't recommend him enough. He brings a wealth of experience to every session and truly knows how to push you to your limits. What I appreciate most is that he's not here to coddle youβthis is hard work, and he expects you to give your best. We literally pay to be told what to do and how to workout! Kamren knows exactly when to push and when to back off. Every workout is challenging and super effective, and I've seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness since working with him. If you're looking for someone who is ALWAYS prepared (all the weights and stations are prepared and laid out on time every class session) will hold you accountable and help you achieve real results, Kamren is the one you need.
If you need to be coddled to workout and don't want to push your limits, try orange theory :)

If I can get zero star I would. I'm going to this gym since 2016 and today I got there 7 minutes late and they didn't let me in!!!!! During COVID I understand they asked us to come earlier to check our temperature but during the last few weeks they've been doing this and not letting people to come to the class!!! Everyone is so pissed and I am requesting to cancel my membership after 8 years!!!!! It's not worth it!!! I drove all the way here spent time and gas to come here to workout but since I was in the traffic I got a bit late and they didn't let me in!!! This is crazy!! I'm not in the school and I know the discipline and I come almost every day!!! The class wasn't even started!! This is the first time happened and this is not how it works and it wasn't mentioned in my contract!!!! So idk where they get these rules from!!! I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I'm paying to workout and they didn't let me in!!!

The Camp in Woodland Hills has had challenges, but having been part of the Camp community for the past 7 years know that it is extremely difficult to please everyone and some contracts are written ambiguously to always benefit the franchise. That being said maintaining, the staff (including trainers) have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Our community is strong and starting to thrive again. We all have our favorite trainers for different reasons, but there are classes during the mornings and evenings to accommodate mostly everyone trying this program out for the first time, or even those who have been coming for years. At least for me my top three trainers are in alphabetical order Alex, Frank and Steve. These guys kill you, or at least challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and step up into your next level of fitness and health. I cannot give it 5 starts, due to some management decisions that impacted my fitness journey, but that has nothing to do with the instructors. Also, I know that for liability issues they cannot have heavier weight in the classes, but wish that would change, because some of us have grown beyond of the 50 lbs dumbbells.

I have been a member here since 2020. I love this place, but lately, AC is not on, and all doors are shut. very hard to breathe, and I asked the manager to open it many times, but no action was taken.

This gym is amazing! I personally hate working out but the trainers and staff make it such a fun experience and the workouts are always different which I love because you never get bored. Even the front desk is amazing shout-out Alex, Zoey, and Julian for always making me feel welcomed, never a dull moment here!

The classes starts 5 minutes late and finishes 15 minutes early. You sign up for 60 minutes class but you only get 40 minutes!!! All the good trainer left this place because of the owner!! I would NOT recommend this place.

This is an excellent fitness center with instructor led classes. You are able to sign up directly for a membership here or visit a few times a month through ClassPass. The classes vary in intensity depending on the instructor, and some can be quite intense for beginners so I would recommend going at your own pace. All the exercises are a mix of high intensity interval training with weights. The schedule is: Mon and Thurs, Upper Body; Tue and Fri, Lower Body; Wed and Sat, Full Body. The studio is closed on Sundays. I would recommend for someone considering an alternative to Orange Theory!

Thankful to have found this camp. The people that work here are fantastic! They helped me transform my life. Not only with going to the gym almost daily because it's fun with them (after you get used to the initial working out pains) but my mind, my focus.... everything seemed to shift into place. The trainers are excellent, the other members & the coordinator, they're all like a family. I love surrounding myself with such positive people. ππΌππ

The experience with The Camp was awesome, they helped me with that kick start I needed to enjoy my journey in getting healthy. I just don't think it was realistic for my situation. There were some things i was mislead in the beginning in regards to the challenge and how it worked.But i met a lot of amazing people there and I would not have changed it for anything. I love how you are surrounded by so many others who share the same goals as you and you really become and gain friendships here, the trainers are so heart felt and understand how hard it is. If there was one thing i would change it would be for the Camp to inherit a CERTIFIED Nutritionist. The food choices are not the best and you do gain the weight back quickly because you are losing it quickly. its realistic for someone with these types of goals. Thank you to The Camp for giving me the push I needed. I love and miss you all. BTW i attended The Camp In Thousand Oaks, CA 91360

After an 18 month bout with cancer, numerous surgeries and chemo treatments, I took a year to refocus myself and just breathe. Around the time I was finally ready to start back up with my fitness journey - workouts and clean eating - I kept seeing posts from a few different friends (South Bay and NorCal) about this place called the Camp. Their results were awesome and they sounded so positive so I looked to see where the closest one was to me. I reached out to and met with the Camp Coordinator, Mona, who listened to all of my fears and concerns (not sure what my body can do now, heaviest I've ever been, etc), and I signed up for my first challenge. Those first few weeks were tough as I hand't been moving my body that way in months, but slowly I started to find my strength again and rediscover my joy in being challenged and getting a great workout in! Working out with a group is a must for me being that I work out at 5a during the weekdays and the coaches are all amazing. You start to become part of the family, constantly being inspired by and inspirING those around you. There is no judgement and we all want to see each other succeed. We challenge each other to keep pushing and welcome new folks who come in feeling nervous or intimidated. Women and men of all shapes, sizes, creeds, and disciplines are all brought together by the common goal of self-improvement through eating clean and working out. We all have different goals - get stronger, leaner, find balance, eat clean, lose weight, put on weight - and all of it is possible with this support of the patrons and coaches at the camp. The workouts are tough but we all started on that first day being winded and feeling like we couldn't do what others were doing. And then a few months later you're doing everything you thought couldn't, and then some! The challenges are no brainers and the 1% supplements are also so helpful in providing a needed boost. SO glad I found this place!

I BIG thanks to Mona for her support, and all the beautiful staff at the camp, all cheering for all of us to the finish line, and to FTDI. I lost 19.1 lbs, not so bad. The workouts for sure give you results. I feel stronger, with so much energy, clothes fit nicer, and learned that through small steps you can gradually make a difference.
