Working with Grant has been great! After playing a sport in college I never thought I’d enjoy lifting the same way, but Grant has made it fun, challenging, and something I look forward to every morning. In just a few months, I’ve even been able to things I couldn’t do when I was playing.

Grant is a wizard when it comes to establishing a robust workout routine that I corporates your every desire. He help me with my balance issues and assisted with aches and pains due to a recent surgery and poor stretching. He introduced the right amount of exercise to see some real progress. He has always said “Communication is key!” As long as you are willing to tell him the truth about how each exercise feels he can adjust the program then you are sure to see the results. Grant knows fitness! As a (usually) self-reliant person to figure out my own workout routine, I figured I would mix it up and try a personal trainer. Grant had some fantastic ideas and was very knowledgeable about some plans for meals and what to do. I get to try new workouts and ways of approaching weight loss. If you're looking for someone who will give you a personal plan that fits you, go with Grant.

I met Grant at the University of Oregon. Whenever I had a fitness or dietary question he always had the answer. Working out together he really motivated me to expend every ounce of every I had. His ability to throw in different routines throughout the workout kept me on my toes. Great teacher, great motivator, great friend.
