Elevate is full of knowledgable yoga instructors who help me learn something new every time I take a class. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I've only been going to the studio for 2 months and I've felt like a part of their community from the start. The name of their business is fitting because the studio really is elevated.

Instructor (Carly I think) put together a nice flow, her cues and knowledge of anatomy were great, very nice style. Owner was super helpful on the phone. The studio space is clean and lovely - just a lovely vibe. I was visiting from out of the area but will be back periodically and will definitively get to some more classes.

Laura our instructor was personable and made me feel very welcome. It had been a few years since I participated in a Yoga class and I wasn’t confident that I would be flexible or fast enough to keep up with the flow. However, it was a very encouraging and gentle experience. I felt so peaceful and rested afterward. The esthetic and location of the Studio was impeccable, I cannot wait till my next class!

I LOVE this studio! Laura Mary and Audrey are amazing and all of the instructors here bring their own unique and high value expertise to the mat. I mean at PT who integrates her knowledge into the class? It’s incredible!! Every class at Elevate is led by very knowledgeable and talented instructors. it’s a beautiful studio with challenging classes for more experienced yogis and a variety of classes with very helpful instruction in all levels!

My first class with my little one for Mommy & Me Yoga was so fun! I'm excited to help foster a sense of mindfulness in his life from an early age. I’m new to the area and signed up for a 5:30p class. There is only street parking so I ended up reaching the door at 5:34. The door was locked and class had already started. I guess they don’t have someone to check you in other than the instructor. While it’s pouring raining she took a while to come to the door then pointed to her watch and shrugged. Very off putting and no grace if you are 5 minutes late. On top of that they are still trying to charge me for it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I love this place!! The owners are wonderful people and really care a lot. They have so many classes to choose from. I even did a glow yoga night at clock tower here in town that was so fun! I highly recommend elevate for anyone looking for a true authentic yoga experience. Our instructor Kay was very welcoming. As she guided us through our different positions, she was very clear and had a soothing voice. I felt very comfortable among the people there.
You could go at your own pace and comfort level, I felt no pressure to keep up with those who were more adept at the poses. A great experience, overall!

I do the livestream. It is a fantastic experience. I think the teachers are fantastic. I like the variety of movements. I like that we do similar movements/flows often but that they don't ever feel the same. I really enjoy how much time is devoted to learning new skills. I love that it seems like we do traditional yoga mixed with newer movements. I just think you have a fantastic product that deserves a very high score

I moved back to the area and wanted to find a yoga studio to get back into practice. I really enjoyed the promotion for the free week of yoga for locals, because I could try out a few different teachers. I really enjoyed each teacher and their different styles. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the space is full of light and calming, and I got a great work out too!
