I absolutely love working with Jay! His group classes are small, well-rounded & a moderate speed. I love the flow, and my body feels amazing after finishing the session with stretching. Studio has a calm setting & is always clean. I also started Pilates private sessions & Jay really takes the time to make sure I have a clear understanding of the fundamentals.
