I like the different exercise machines that are used. I feel it is a safe non-judgmental environment. I enjoy my trainer and the trainers that I have used. My only complaint is the expense. On the plus side it has gotten me to workout. I look forward to going. I am stronger, I feel better. If you add it that it is personalized it's worth the cost.

Favorite place to exercise for 20mins with a trainer. It feels like I worked out for an hour at the gym opposed to 20 minutes with a trainer and specialty machines. Best part no crowds.

Love coming here! First the equipment concentrates on the perfect load of weight for you, state of the art computerized, saves your progress so you can see how you are strengthening. Amazing! The concept of a 20 min one on one workout is wonderful. The coaches help to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, help with good form, and encourage you. All in 20 minutes! You can’t beat that! You really have to try it to understand this concept. I don’t think you will walk away. On top of this, the coaches are knowledgeable and great to work with. If you want to work on slowing done the aging process or working and only have 20 minutes twice a week to work out your whole body, check this out.

I spend 20 minutes, full strength exercise and it feels like you spent 45 minutes , you live accomplished and looking forward to the next session. All coaches are wonderful, very caring and attentive, every exercise is carefully selected and the coach makes sure is done correctly. Highly recommend

The staff here while training you are very hands on, positive, and encouraging. My overall health has improved. My cholesterol levels have improved as well as my A1C. My sleep apnea has gone from severe to mild. I have gained so much strength.

My husband and I are doing this together. We have both lost weight. We have both gained strength and flexibility. Overall, we have seen nothing but improvement in our quality of life.

The Exercise Coach in Claremont is amazing. I joined there 7 months ago after recovering from Covid, my strength was gone and I really needed to get it back while also being careful of my knee that I need to have surgery on. Since joining I have made amazing progress, I’m feeling so much stronger and healthier and I am now able to have my surgery. I am so thankful to all the staff especially Cam for helping me get where I am today. After my surgery and recovery I plan to continue my journey with them so I can stay healthy.

I LOVE the Exercise Coach in Claremont, CA! I have been working out here since August 2022 and have gained a significant amount of strength and balance since I started. I recently participated in their 30-day Metabolic Challenge because my body has been in a lot of pain. I hurt everywhere all the time. My hope was it might reduce the amount of inflammation, joint and muscle pain I was experiencing. Well I experienced that and a lot more!

The benefits I personally experienced on the 30-day challenge included weight loss, lost inches around my stomach, improved blood pressure, less fatigue, reduced sugar cravings and more control over what I eat. I feel "cleaner" putting real food in my body. My skin looks amazing with a chronic rash I've had for years greatly reduced. My aching legs are no longer waking me up at night. My mental clarity has increased, my clothes fit better and I discovered new, whole foods that I really enjoy.

I have to say that the ultimate reason for considering the Exercise Coach in Claremont are the coaches. They are the best!! Every time I walk in the front door I am greeted with a smile and welcomed personally by name. My coach for that day sets up a personalized workout for me and gives me the encouragement I need throughout the session. They provide just the right amount of motivation that keeps me coming back week after week...even in pouring down rain! I highly recommend the Exercise Coach Claremont!!

I love that my workout last only 20 minutes. I also love that I have a personal coach every time that I workout whether it is Cameron, Dave, Renee, or Jen. I have been coming here for approximately 3 months and the changes in my body are absolutely amazing. My goals were to build strength and improve my balance. I use to struggle getting up the stairs at work, often I would choose to take the elevator. Now, I can practically run up the stairs with all my bags and gear on. My balance has improved too. I’m stronger now at 50 than I was at 30. It’s hard to believe that I’ve achieved these results only going twice per week. I need a new wardrobe now as most of my clothes is falling off me. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to all the trainers I’ve worked with, Dave, Renae, Cameron and Jen. You are all awesome !

I wanted to try working out at the exercise coach because their system is different than going to a traditional gym. The machines are computerized and it allows for the workouts to be completely customized to each person. They are calibrated by the trained and highly knowledgeable trainers to stay within the correct ranges of motion, which protects the person from injuries and improper form. As another healthcare provider I am very pleased with this system and feel confident recommending this method for patients to obtain an effective and safe exercise program. You really have to try it to see how much of a difference this system can make in meeting your goals. You might be completely surprised, I know I was skeptical but I found I had completely underestimated the technology in these machines. At the Claremont location I worked with Paula and Cameron, and both were very professional and did an amazing job at helping to obtain maximum benefit. Highly recommend.

I love the Exercise Coach Claremont because of the approach to fitness. I'm completely spent after 20 minutes and back home in time to finish all the other things that I have to make time for. The staff are wonderful too but for those whose time is precious, you can't beat their fitness philosophy. 20 minutes and you be glad you are done...its awesome!

I met with Coach Jennifer to try out my first free session. I wasnt sure what to expect, but she was patient and thorough in explaining each machine and the benefits it would provide for me. I did a complete workout, and yes, it was only 20 minutes. I was slightly sore afterward and could feel it the next day, but I also had a lot of energy. I am looking forward to my next free session and feel I could easily fit the workouts in during my busy work week. The studio was clean and well spaced out. I was slightly concerned going to a gym during covid, but Jen and I were the only ones there and they have all the protocols in place, plus this place is definitely not a gym! Thank you for the great experience.
