I have to excercise but this is easy and fun!
My health insurance pays for a large portion of it. I have to just show up twice a week. A personal trainer is provided and I am done in twenty minutes. The only this that I do wish they would provide is an app so I can schedule my sessions.

Not crowded lots of fresh air, I really feel like I got a great workout and in only about 35 minutes. I always fee More energy, stronger and healthier at the end. And it's free with my Medicare plan.

This place is great. The staff is amazing. Very helpful. First few visits are free to try it out with zero pressure to join. I only go twice a week for 20-25 minutes and definitely feel stronger.

I finally took the plunge and hobbled my 70+ year old, injured body into the Excercise Coach to save myself. I could hardly walk.
Forward 3 months, I'm a new person, and getting better! I am able to walk confidently and without much pain. I am able to do things that I couldn't/wouldn't do! I feel strong and firm and my clothes fit better.
I'm not going to tell you it's easy, cause it isn't! But it's only 20 minutes. And, the coaches stand beside you and encourage and cheer you on, also making sure that you are reaping the highest benefit from your efforts.
This is the best option for Seniors to gain physical independence safely. The staff is incredible, the facilities are clean and cheerful. I only wish that I had started sooner! Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Dave and the staff at the Encinitas branch exercised the utmost customer service when I was there for my introductory and complimentary visit yesterday.
As well, the space was clean, spacious and the machines were impressive with the technology built in.

I went to an introductory session with David and I'm signing up for the group training. I think Exercise Coach has a unique approach to strength training. At least to me, resistance training to build strength seems superior. This places uses tech to measure performance based on a bunch of data points and adapts as you progress. Each machine syncs with your account to give you a full picture and reports. The guys made me feel very comfortable and laughed at my stupid jokes. Also, the space is super clean and functional. Highly recommend.
