As a business owner, I prefer resolving issues directly with management and avoid leaving negative reviews. However, after giving Sid, the owner, two weeks to respond without a call, I feel compelled to share my experience.
This location struggles with communication and scheduling. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and texting is unreliable. Booking bi-weekly appointments is challenging, and scheduled sessions are often canceled without notice. The facility itself is small, and the carpets are noticeably dirty—a detail that stands out to me as a carpet cleaning professional. I offered Sid a barter deal to help with the carpets, given the business seems financially strained, but received no response.
The equipment is not sanitized between clients, likely due to overworked staff and lack of owner support. When I decided to cancel my membership, I signed a cancellation form, but the staff couldn’t provide a copy due to the absence of a copier. I reiterated to Martin, a staff member that I’d love to continue under better management, but the current experience was unacceptable. Despite confirming cancellation, my credit card was still charged.
A simple call from Sid could have resolved these issues. Potential customers, proceed with caution—ensure clear communication and verify cancellation policies before committing.

I really like this gym! It offers 20-minute circuit training classes for 1 to 3 people, focused on increasing strength. I hadn’t worked out in a long time and needed a comfortable environment to ease back into fitness, and this was perfect. I’ve been going twice a week, and I’ve already added about 30 pounds to most machines. The setup is great for anyone returning to the gym or looking to build strength and mobility in a supportive, efficient, and manageable way. Highly recommend!
