Started with The Excercise Coach about a month ago and I have had my a$$ kicked on numerous occasions (in a good way). Michele, Rachael, Ty, and Brian have done a great job in working with me to get me to a better place, physically. They are always encouraging and always positive. It has definitely been a shift in the mindset of working out. BTW… if you do get to work with Michele, don’t forget to get her a coffee. Keep up the good work!!!

I've been going to the Exercise Coach in Glendora since June. I told Adrian at the beginning that they had their work cut out for them. The only exercise I got at the time was walking from the house to the car, the car back to the house and around Target. I'm now down 35lbs., my right knee is strong enough that I can go up and down stairs normally and I feel great! If I can do this, you can do this. 20 minutes a day, 2 days a week. No excuses for not fitting this into your schedule. Thank you Exercise Coach!!!

It was finally time for a change! I found The Exercise Coach to be the solution for someone like me! I have come to accept, and more importantly, UNDERSTAND the concept of eating healthier! I don't drink coffee anymore, I haven't eaten bread or pasta, nor do I crave it. Here is my truth... I was unable to walk, for any amount of distance, without having to stop & rest due to a pain in my hip joint. My family would always wait with me,, even at the mall. Last week was the 1st time in YEARS that I didn't have to stop & rest! The only thing that has changed, is The Exercise Coach. I have lost a few pounds, definitely inches, but more importantly I feel GREAT! I highly recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone, of any age, looking for a healthier lifestyle. I had the opportunity to meet with Jennifer Gardner Smith and get a one on one explanation of the programs they offer and have a hands on use of the equipment. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and enjoys what she does and brings excitement and energy to the experience. They offer two free sessions so you can see if it is something you'd be interested in. I highly recommend that you stop by meet Jen and Adam and take advantage of the two free sessions, you will be hooked The space is inviting and intimate. Love it!

Wow what a workout in only 20 minutes! I consider myself to be pretty fit and active going to the gym twice a week and hiking 6 miles at least once a week. The Exercise Coach system pinpoints exact need for strengthening the body where it needs it. A completely different work out compared to free weights or conventional machines. Better, tailored workout in 1/5 the time.

I knew I needed *something* to get me out of my pandemic funk and back onto my bike and hiking this summer. The Exercise Coach came at just the right time. I needed to lose my "COVID-19" plus improve my dismal comfort food diet of the pandemic period.

I love the fast-paced 20-minute workouts that take me from exercise to exercise, elevating my heart rate and improving my coordination (some initial attempts at "churning" were comical). Jennifer and Adrian, the coaches I work with, have been super cheerleaders when I think I can't hit a workout target, and they're attentive to getting my feedback about setting new challenging goals.

I highly recommend participating in the Metabolic Comeback in concert with the workouts. It's *not* a diet, but rather a mindful choice of the quality of the calories you're putting in your mouth. I already knew I was heavy on the refined sugar and pasta/bread products, but thought wrongly that I was offsetting those with vegetables (which I've always eaten a lot of). The Comeback has made me aware of choosing quality foods and avoiding processed foods. The combination of the workouts and the Metabolic Comeback are helping me realize my goals going into this: improved strength, improved diet, and a little bit of weight loss.

I love working with a personal trainer and the individualized workouts/care they provide. The whole Exercise Coach gym is so greatly constructed in a way that clients can achieve goals they set and actually see themselves getting stronger, which I find really encouraging and love about this gym as opposed to others. The trainer who conducted my assessment was experienced and professional. He assisted me to develop measurable goals based on the information I provided. The workout area is a clean and inviting space. The exercise machines provide immediate feedback on movement which I found especially helpful. What a great find! I've never seen workout equipment quite like this.

Found out about The Exercise Coach while searching for personal training in the area, and decided to give it a try. Jennifer was very patient and warm with me, and took the time to explain the unique fitness approach that they offer: shorter workouts on low impact machines. When I went in for my first training, I was surprised at how high tech their machines are. The trainer calibrated each machine to my resistance comfort level. Cool stuff!

After 2 sessions, I already feel a difference, and no joint pain whatsoever. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone looking for a unique, tailored personal training experience.
