After attending exercise coach for over a year, I was able to loose an additional 20 pounds and feel more energized, stronger and confident in myself. The staff are friendly and helpful. I attend the mini group sessions and often exercise with the same group of people or find myself getting a one on one session with one of the coaches. It’s a great way to fit in two 20 min sessions a week into my schedule since I work a full time job and a mother of 2 boys.

Relatively small time investment pays dividends with consistency. Coaches are about proper form and about accountability. The sessions are based on a proven rotating workout system, resistance is based on a continuing assessment, keeping every session just challenging enough. There is some serious cutting edge science at work here.

The Studio is very clean and the AC works great on hot days. The coaches acknowledge good work and encourages better efforts. They have a very accommodating cancellation and rescheduling practice. All of the coaches are great - I can't name a preference.

I am a 57 years old who doesn’t enjoy gyms in general or long work outs. I don’t have that discipline to go on my own and spend hours working out. I also have a lot of back lower back pain and have tried basically everything and nothing has really helped me.
Chiropractors were a rip off ( that’s my experience)
There are three factors that got my attention when I first saw an add for the Exercise Coach:
The short time, the safe exercises, the coaches' attention by the away, all the coaches are very friendly and so pleasant to be around.
The studio is different from the traditional gym scene; away smaller and cozy, it feels like you are in your home with your personal trainer, and this has made me excited in a way that I wouldn't have thought possibles.
Another thing that I have to mention, the machines are challenging me with the progress of my work out and it motivates me to continue to small work outs at home, yoga, walks and bicycle . A 20 minute work out at the studio twice per week has been extended to a more active and excited body throughout the week

It would be easier to say what I don't like about The Exercise Coach (I wish they were open later) than what I do like. Every time I walk in the door I feel like I am visiting friends or family rather than going to a gym. The equipment is high quality, easy to use and almost every machine gives immediate feedback so you get the most out of each repetition. In addition, the 20 minute work out fits in to almost any schedule. And did I mention the staff? With their encouragement, I feel like I can accomplish almost anything and no goal is out of reach.

It is the best place to go to get in an effective workout. 20 minutes, twice a week and I am great I have been going for over a month and I am seeing and feeling the effects of this workout. I am 73 and I really enjoy doing this. Go try out Exercise Coach for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
