I have never used the phrase βI canβt wait to work outβ but since joining EC 8 months ago, I say it everyday. The strength training has been incredible and life changing. The use of AI combined with the excellent trainers make it unbeatable. I have tried everything from OTF to pure barre and nothing has been this effective. I highly recommend anyone give EC a try!

I have tried everything from Pilates to PureBarre but I always had to take a break due to injuries. The Exercise Coach is the first place that made it possible for me to continue working out when joint pain would flare up. The machines can be adjusted to so that I can still work my muscles without having to take a few weeks off to rest. I started a couple months after completing physical therapy for a shoulder injury and the coaches would stop and adjust the program if I so much as felt a pinch in my shoulder. It's been 6 months of consistent workouts with adjustments at times for knee, hip, shoulder or back pain (I know - it's a lot) and I haven't felt this strong in years. The 20 minute workouts fit with my full schedule of working, babysitting a grandchild (I can pick him up!), and helping my parents. I thought I would only do this for 3 months to get stronger, but now I'm here for life. Thank you to all the coaches at The Exercise Coach in Newport Beach!

The first time I stepped into the Exercise Coach I knew I had found the perfect place for me to work out! I was looking to increase my strength and endurance in a time efficient manner while having fun doing it! The coaches treat me like family, always encouraging every step of the way. The Exerbotics machines are fantastic, giving the exact right amount of resistance while pushing you forward, I love checking my stats on their iPhone app! My strength has greatly increased, Iβm an avid pickleball player and now I always want to keep playing even after my friends are finished!

I am older and was unsure about strength training. Izabella and Diego are absolutely delightful and have such enthusiasm for their business. The trainers I alternate with Jackie and Luis are lovely and so knowledgeable. I have been going for several months and I am seeing results ! Highly recommend for a great work out which is π―effective . Best 20 minutes

I can't recommend this place enough! Izabela and her team have created such a welcoming environment and made strength training fun (and fast) to do! If you're looking for a way to objectively watch yourself get stronger and stronger then you've found the place. The screens on every machine show your progress over time and encourages you to keep going. Definitely check them out!

Very knowledgeable staff. Hate to workout and the 20 minute sessions grabbed me. What a great workout and motivating as you can see how you are performing on the computer screen. Very High tech and no time wasted with crazy repetitions and waiting for equipment. Canβt wait to see results.
