This exercise studio is great. The trainers are amazing. They are very knowledgeable about fitness, exercise, and training. They are very encouraging and supportive and listen to the needs of the client. I have severe OA in my knees and hips. The amazing equipment in the studio and the knowledgeable trainers have helped me to strengthen the muscles around those joints to reduce my pain and to significantly reduce the amount of pain medication I take on a daily basis. My gait and balance are both very much improved. I see a huge difference in my muscle strength and tone. All of this with only two “twenty minute”workouts a week! I love this studio so much. Give it a try for the two free sessions, you will love it too!

Highly recommend this studio because of the style of training, imagine only 20 mins of your time twice a week helps with mobility, strength and to lose weight. I’ve been working out only for a month and already see the changes.

Staff is encouraging and helpful. Great workout in literally 20 min, perfect for busy moms!! However, it is pricey and you need to make sure you keep track of your sessions, they do not roll over into the next month.

I love the whole concept from the 20 minutes to the twice a week. The machines are amazing because of the way that they operate, there is very little chance of hurting myself physically. I’ve had personal training before, and the equipment they used caused all kinds of troubles on my body.The trainers have all been so knowledgeable and kind and they also motivate me. So glad this place exists. I’m getting stronger everyday. I’m trying to get as many as my friends to join because of The Exercise Coach’s results on me. People say I look great!

It's been 1 month/8 sessions and I've noticed an improvement in my strength. 20 minutes feels like 10 because it goes so quickly. The workouts do increase in intensity which means it's working. I've received many compliments.
