The staff are amazing! Amy, Jack, Ashley, Grace -- they all make me feel like I have a personal trainer -- which I guess is the whole point! I've been a runner, moved on to cardio and weights, hit menapause, and just got stuck. This team is helping me mentally and physically to get out of this rut. Getting an impactful workout in 20 minutes feels like cheating! Its just been about a month and I can feel the results. I feel stronger and more positive about my body. Looking forward to the muscle build to replace the unwanted weight. Thanks Exercise Coach and thanks Pleasanton Team!

I only went a couple of times. I think it may be good for a couple of months to learn strength training but honestly I think for the expense it us too high per session. Most gyms now offer a membership for $20 a month where you can get the same effect verse $300 per month. You pay an extra 50 for 5 sessions with the trainer and then you are on your own.. so yes you are paying way more than what you would pay at the gym to for it on your own. However the trainer is very nice and the equipment is nice. Ok to get you started I guess.

I love the studio and the coaches! The program is easy to participate in, and feels effective so far. After just 4 weeks, I have noticed improvement in my strength. The coaches are really great, too. I especially want to do a shout out for Kylie, who always motivates me and makes me feel great for giving my all. Usually I have difficulty carving out time to exercise, but I can easily fit 20 minutes into my day. When I leave after each session, I feel like I'm cheating! But I know I'm not... I am excited to see what results I will be getting as make more progress.

The atmosphere is professional, but relaxed and non-judgmental. The equipment is world class. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive and top-notch trainers. The fact that the routine takes 20 minutes and I still get an intense work-out is a huge plus. In just a few weeks I am already noticing changes to my body, an increase in muscles and a decrease in fat!!

This place is amazing! I've been working out my entire life and the workout program here seems to be the best and smartest workout I've ever seen. It's one on one coaching with technology driven equipment so you can't hurt yourself but yet get a great workout. So glad they are here!
