I look forward to my sessions! Hey Joshua at first I was leery of whether or not I could see any results but in only a few weeks I can see small changes taking place. I go early in the morning and I am amazed when I walk out of there that I am physically tired and in the 10 minutes it takes me to drive home I am energized and ready to tackle the day. I think this is what runners must get, that runner's high even though I haven't been running. I've noticed my balance is starting to get better and my core is starting to strengthen even though I have just been going for a few weeks.

This is the best coaching way to exercise for all ages . It's one on one and you get results with consistent schedule.
All coaches are equally the best in this format of exercise. You must try it and you will feel the difference !

At first I did not think that a 20-minute workout would be long enough to see results. Some of the machines are computerized and provide a target effort that is gradually increased each session. On other machines, my progress is recorded manually. After about two weeks of 3-times/wk 20-minute sessions, I began to feel each session was a good workout for my muscles. The exercises are varied each session to make it interesting. An app provides a visual record of my progress on the various exercises. Now, I can tell that my knee feels stronger when I walk up stairs.. All the instructors, especially Nicole, are very professional and provide expert assistance and encouragement. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach at Rancho Bernardo.

The staff at The Exercise Coach are sincere, knowledgeable, unfailingly on your side, and so easy to work with. No grandstanding about their abilities, unlike some places. Every time I go to the studio I start feeling good as soon as I get started, and that feeling lasts. I wonder why I used to work out for an hour at other places but just feel exhausted afterward! This is the right place for me. My physician agrees! The plans and goals are tailored to me; I am not in competition with other clients; the schedule fits real life. And my body feels better for it.

At age 60, I found myself growing weaker where I used to have strength. Going up and down stairs was becoming a challenge. My balance made me unsure while walking or hiking. I suddenly had trouble getting up after sitting on the floor or in a low car seat. I realized I needed to get back to strength-training, but where to start? I’d always avoided personal trainers because I dreaded long, punishing workout sessions and someone yelling at me. The Exercise Coach is different. I need the one-on-one guidance to avoid injury and to help me improve. I can see my progress on a monitor during and after every rep. I like the small studio and the personable coaches. Most of all I like only exercising for 20 minutes and FEELING the results within a few sessions! It’s perfect for me!
