The studio is very well equipped with lots of natural light. Instructors are very well trained and the machines really give you a great workout. I highly recommend this spot. My trainer is Kieth who just happens to be drop dead gorgeous which is an added bonus.

This is an excellent gym: unique equipment and workout routine, personal attention, intensity of the workout is adjusted with every visit so it perfectly matches my strength, and the convenience of the location. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach!!!

I like the people and the program. I can see my progress in building strength without getting injured. I have had the unfortunate experience of trainers actually pushing me too hard and I have ended up with long term should pain among other injuries. I do not think it will happen here. Highly recommend the Excercise Coach.
