Perfect! I have never worked out but at 67 I thought it was time! I mostly needed strength training but have also lost weight:). The program is excellent and I am not intimidated by a room full of jocks. The staff are lovely and take you at your own pace, no judgement. Try it, you won’t regret it.

What do I like about the Exercise Coach Scripps Ranch? As I have said several times before: Everything! The positivity and professionalism of all the trainers top my list of likes. But now there’s more. My whole experience (~ 4 years now) has been incredibly rewarding. Several months ago I was undergoing some major medical issues so my participation had to be suspended until I finished my treatments. Now I’m back to my 2x week and doing great. Have recently set some PB’s (Personal Bests) going back to when I started OVER 3 years ago. My doctor said he thought I did so well with my treatments because I started the process in such good physical condition. BTW: I am 79 yo. Tracey, you were right about me “bouncing back” quickly despite the long layoff. Thanks again to you and your great staff at The Exercise Coach Scripps Ranch.

My goal is to get stronger and every visit I am seeing success. The coaches are so friendly, knowledgeable and fun!!
So, now 9 months later...the results!! I successfully climbed the Mist Trail. The 4 Mile trail ( 2.5 miles to where it was closed) and the Upper Yosemite Falls trail last week. Could NOT have accomplished this without the excellect coaching fron Mars and Tim. This program is awesome!!

I FINALLY feel like I have found an exercise program that works for me!! With age, my body has changed and what worked to stay fit is either no longer doable or no longer having the desired effect. After a few years of hitting a wall (the menopause wall) with regard to fitness, THIS program fills my new (almost 60 yr) needs and I am seeing and feeling definite results. Mariana, Jeni and Alex are FANTASTIC coaches! I have attended about 20 classes and look forward to attending for long time to come!!

Have never been a person to go to a gym - but this looked like a unique and positive program. I turned 60 last year and wanted to build strength and tone up some problem areas. I am very pleased with my first month of personalized workouts at this studio! Coaches Mars and Jenni have been super knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I look forward to my sessions twice a week - even the cardio! Would highly recommend this staff and studio.

The Exercise Coach in Scripps Ranch provides some of the most complete and challenging workouts that I have ever had. I love that the machines customize the workout based on my needs and challenges the areas that usually don't get exercised. It's so intuitive and the coaches are incredible. I am so much stronger than ever.
The Exercise Coach has personal training for everyone, from beginners to pros. The customization of the workout routines makes everything more interesting and beneficial. I highly recommend you take their trial sessions and see for yourself, Highly recommended.
