Exercise Coach is really great and I’m glad I found it. All the coaches are great; Adrien has been my coach lately and my sessions are always tough but very good. I just hit 100 sessions and thank exercise coach for helping me stay in shape and fight osteoporosis.

Between a hectic work schedule and an array of personal commitments, exercise had fallen between the proverbial cracks of my life. But once retired, I had few excuses. I disliked gyms but knew I had to do something -- for my health, if nothing else. What to do??? Then one day I came across an ad for The Exercise Coach and thought it was worth looking into. I wasn’t sure if 20 minutes twice a week was going to provide enough exercise but decided to give it a try. And what a nice surprise!

The Exercise Coach in Studio City provides a safe, comfortable environment staffed by a welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive staff. And while there to work out, the bonus for me is the enjoyable camaraderie that permeates the space.

In the several months since starting, I've gained more strength, more energy and have been slowly seeing my body tighten up and slim down. Instead of a chore to check off my to-do list twice a week, I look forward to going!!

The equipment is great. The technology makes your workout so efficient. The best part for me is Mychal, my trainer. He is a terrific teacher and absolutely delightful to be with. I feel myself lighting up when I walk in the door and see him.

I’ve been going to exercise coach for about a year. My trainers Adrien and Mychal are awesome. I have a private trainer that I pay way more than exercise coach but I cannot say that the workout is better. It’s amazing that even though I work with a trainer and do Pilates, I can see the difference exercise coach has made!

When I got older and overweight, it hurt to work out. To mention, disappointing was the baseline of my health journey.
Then The Exercise Coach came in view. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and understand the dynamics of the new technology that they are using. I recommend checking it out. Also, no one is going to instruct you to do sets of burpees.

Love this gym! Not only do I feel welcome every time I walk in the door, but the results are undeniable. After 6 months, I'm definitely stronger and feel much better. Friends and family can't help but make sweet comments about how fit I look now. For me, the best part is having the appointments twice a week. The commitment makes you feel compelled to go, and not blow it off, like you might do at regular gyms. And since it's only 20 minutes, I don't feel exhausted afterwards and I'm ready to go on with my day. The price is reasonable and totally worth it.

I had been a customer of The Exercise Coach for 2 years when I lived in St Louis and then my father passed away so I took a year off and moved to Studio City. My body told a story of quick decline after taking the year off and the coaches at The Studio City Exercise Coach helped me get right back on track! I was able to regain my muscle tone and strength after only two months and I can’t live without The Exercise Coach! It is the best workout with the best results I’ve ever experienced!

The Exercise Coach has been an amazing positive in my life. I've known for a long time that I should do some strength training, but I've always found it boring. I never knew what to do and don't like the sweaty gyms that are mainly lot of guys and intimidati with clanging weights So going and doing 20 minute workout twice a week in a small uncluttered space with Super friendly, bright and knowledgeable staff who are always so encouraging and seeing my fellow work out buddies improve has been a great experience for me. It's an investment in my health, and one that I highly recommend.

I have been going to the Exercise Coach for a few months now and I am already seeing such a change! After many years of not exercising, I finally decided to prioritize me! My kid left for college and it’s my time now! The Exercise Coach is low commitment (20 minutes twice a week) and high gain. I have muscles I forgot I had. It's an expensive club. I paid for a membership in September, attended religiously 3 times a week and still had sessions left over in January when I received an email that they would be "expiring." I asked for a refund and they refused, that they "can't" refund unused sessions per the contract. I told them this was bad karma; I paid in good faith and they kept the money because they chose to "expire" unused sessions. What kind of business does this? A tone deaf outfit. I'm at Planet Fitness saving thousands and getting a better workout. You decide.

In my mid 60’s I was concerned about losing muscle mass and strength. After seeing a Facebook post I decided to investigate The Exercise Coach. I read the science behind it and it made sense so I decided to try it. After 2+ years I am very happy with the results. I have stopped losing muscle mass and am getting stronger every day. The two twenty minute workouts each week at 6:40am work with my busy schedule and I look forward to hanging out with my group and sharing our progress together. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach.
