I am so glad I decided to walk into the studio on a whim in early July! My personal story is long and complicated, but trust me, I was deconditioned and needed coaching! I have noticed amazing changes in my body since July. My mobility, my balance, and my strength are all greatly improved. I'm actually believing a future without a cane is possible. Love the 20 minute workout! The prepay protocol with the weekly setting up of appointments really gets me there. Even if it's been a long day at work I don't consider skipping. I can always do 20 minutes. I've been doing it for 6 weeks and I feel stronger. Also noticing that my balance and reflexes are improving. The coaches are great. The equipment is high tech and it's fun to watch the screen while doing each exercise. I like outdoor activity and yoga but generally hate strengthening exercises. The Exercise Coach has solved that problem for me. I'm 59 and strengthen is really important and now I actually like doing it.

I've been a member of this service since 2022 when they opened their first location. It has radically improved my life. The staff are friendly and flexible. I needed some accommodations along the way due to cranky joints, and they've helped me adapt so I can continue. I'm so happy they are doing well enough to open this second location. It really works, just 20 minutes twice a week! Strength changes everything.
