Dom at The Facility Sports is great. He set my son up to succeed with a good workout and nutritional plan. He has been going to The Facility Sports for just over 6weeks and my son has gained 1 mph on his sprint speed. The Facility is amazing. It’s hard work and my kids ASK to go whenever they have a break in sports seasons—and if they can swing it, sometimes during their season. The biggest payoff has been their friends (and friend’s parents) asking them what they have been doing in the off-season to get so strong and ripped. Can’t say enough good things about the coaching staff and love to know my kids are learning proper technique to prevent injury on and off the field and court.

Love this facility and coaches Dom & Lexy. My son plays baseball and training with Facility Sports has made him faster and stronger. He’s had great results and we’ve been going here for 6 months. They also teach him about nutrition which is great. I love that he is tracking his protein and calories. I wish I know about this facility years ago and would have started him here earlier.
