I joined right after the trial classes and I’m so glad I did! Justin is such a responsible and funny trainer, he really makes the workouts enjoyable. The gym has an awesome vibe, great energy, and it’s always super clean and organized.
I have a wrist injury and Justin always check and helps by adjusting my workouts so I can still train safely. He’s very attentive and supportive. Definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for a positive and motivating place to work out!

I have worked out at many places in my life and around the world..this place rocks..Justin is amazing..it isike having your own personal trainer for a small group and he pushes you to be your best..try it out
UPDATE: It has been a few months now. This place rocks and the owner Justin really pita time and personal touches to help train everyone. This is not your typical gym. He helps all types of people no matter your physical level. As someone who play soccer most of my life and try to go from couch to fit, this has been an amazing experience. I love this place.

Amazing place to workout!. Signed up for a free trail and now making it 3-4 days per week. Justin is an excellent coach - always pushes for the better yet not compromising on the form and all the coaching while working out , I’m starting to lift more than where I was 2 months ago. Clothes fit better and feel stronger overall.

For the second year in a row I was in town for Thanksgiving and dropped in for a class. The workout was great and I love the community they have built.
I love that the workouts are designed so people of all fitness levels can participate and get an amazing workout. They have a wide variety of equipment which keeps things interesting.
I definitely earned my Thanksgiving meal with the workout they designed.

I’m a big fan! I stumbled across The Field Fitness when looking for a nearby group fitness class, hoping I’d find something with smaller class sizes and a positive culture. I found that, and more, here! It’s been almost two months and I’m enjoying feeling stronger. I’m even trying some personal training sessions!
I’ve never been a weight-training type of person and always grew bored with exercise for the sake of exercise (I generally prefer activity-based fitness), so it has surprised me that I enjoy these classes so much. But it’s a winning combo for me: the coaches are knowledgeable and help with your form, they’re encouraging, the routines are dynamic, the space is well-ventilated, there’s upbeat music, and a lighthearted atmosphere. So glad to have found this place!

Today was my 227th class at the Field! Classes are still fun, challenging, and engaging. No one class has been the exact same; the exercises are the same but in varying combinations with different equipment. I still want to wake up at 6am to go to class. Coaches Tony, Mickey, and Justin are awesome. They continue to correct my form and get me stronger and more toned. Gainzzzzz! Oh wait, there's another coach from SJ, Josh, who is pretty fun as well. Come workout with us and you won't regret it!

Original review: This place is the best! I joined their monthly membership had a blast so far. Coach Justin is definitely very experienced in this field. I started out with an ongoing knee problem that’s painful every time I walk up and down the stairs. Coach Justin showed me how to do each exercise so it doesn’t hurt and also taught me some stretches that I could do at home to target that problem. In just a couple weeks of classes, my knee is now pain free! Now it’s just continuing to work on toning up my body and burn more fat. :) Forget about regular boring gyms, Field Fitness is the place to go if you’re serious about improving your body.

I tried the 1 week free trial and really enjoyed this gym! Classes are small enough that it feels like personal training. The gym is spacious with clean equipment. Group classes each day focuses on HIIT & strength training different body parts. Coach Justin is great at helping you with form so you get the most out of your workout. He also helped me with understanding body metrics & macros so I can better reach my fitness goals. Def recommend this gym!

I did a trial class today and it was awesome.. the coaches are friendly and explain the right posture with patience and a smile… they also give you high intensity and low intensity options … this place works for someone like me who has done very little exercise in the past 5-10 years and for some one who is very active…. I've been looking for a good cross training gym in the east bay area and so glad I chanced upon this one. Justin is a great coach, he observes and corrects the forms so accurately and knows when you are slightly out of form too. The classes are very well designed too - to suit beginners and more advanced folks at the same time. So far in love with the place, highly recommend!
